A great place to go shopping they have so many stores I'm sure you'll find what you are looking for.
Lovely mall! Many malls are going down but this one is not - it's thriving and that's so nice. Although I do some shopping online, I prefer to shop in person to see the merchandise quality and feel. For clothes that's essential for me, but I prefer to shop in person for most things. A mall is perfect for that and this mall is wonderful.
Great mall! It's worth the trip where ever you are to come here. Lots of great stores, very clean and friendly staff in each store. One of my favorite places to stop in Novi.
Absolutely DO NOT go get ANYTHING pierced at Express yourself! Don’t even buy the jewelry since I’ve heard from multiple REAL piercing shops that it’s all over priced metal. More doesn’t equal better since My nipples got pierced there and it was BOTCHED. The piercing itself was pierced not in my nipple but in my areola and the jewelry I got from them was so small it caused my nipples to try to devour the bar. I had to go to another piercer to get larger jewelry and tell me the mistake that this place made. He even knew who I was talking about and exactly where I went to go get them done as it wasn’t the first time he has had to fix there crappy job. I even recently had to get them removed from the constant pain and discomfort from the piercing itself being wrong despite the constant cleaning and care I tried to do to fix it. I was told by an ACTUAL professional it was never gonna heal like it should and would take YEARS thanks to these people not knowing what to do despite doing it daily. I get that I seen dots placed on my nipples but how am I supposed to know the placement is wrong when YOU have a certification on your wall showing people YOU should know better than to do this bad of a job. 400 dollars later and I have to remove them such a waste of money and time! Hopefully if my nipples heal properly I won’t be left with permanent scaring or trauma and can get them done PROPERLY in the future. Any walk in piercing place shouldn’t be aloud in the mall for stupid spur of the moment decisions like I made from amateurs with needles and nothing better to do. Sad because everyone was so nice but guess it didn’t matter. I see why they place a no refunds sign now so please DO NOT GO THERE I wish I would’ve walked away.
This is one of my favorite malls in the tri-country area.
One for its central location off of the major freeways.
In the mall parking lot surroundings, you have a Red Lobster, McDonald's, and Chick-fil-A ( this location is always crowded so download the app to order and move along faster).
This mall opens its main doors an hour before the stores open. This is great for mall walkers. This is great especially once the colder, wet, and snow begins to roll in.
The reason why I love this mall so much is because it's a great affordable activity for preschool. I love to enter at the “mall main entrance “ near Macy’s Department Store. That entrance has the Puppy store. The staff is great about letting people socialize with the puppies even if you have no intention of purchasing! Bring quarters so you can feed the pups!! Its never any pressure to buy a puppy.
Then further down you have Auntie Annie Pretzels and they usually have free samples! Download that app for great deals and freebies.
Kiddie corner from there is the kid's play area. You can't wear shoes so remember to bring socks. It's a cool fun time for the kids. Across from this free-play structure is a small arcade. You can use cash or a card to buy a reloadable card to play games. A notable game is the claw machines! It's play until you “win”. So at least you get something every time you play!
There is a “convenience store “facing this play structure. This is great if you happen to forget your beverages/snacks or like us stay way too long. Then we need a little something.
On the other side of the kid's play structure are a few coin games that you can ride on. They only take quarters. I mean they are your quarters bc I've never seen them work. The kids have just as much fun crawling around on them.
Across from this area, it's a really cool toy store. It reminds me of a small Toys R Us. It's a wide range of toys for all ages and every price range. We go in and usually grab something small. We also get an idea of what the kids are eyeballing for their birthday.
If you walk to the food court there is a much bigger and nice coin ride on machines. At this location, they actually work. Kids still have a lot of fun if you put money into it or not.
Everything I just described I do and it takes about 4-6 hours with a 2-year-old. So this is great if you want to get out and get them tired and ready for a nap. Literally perfect for a playdate.
Excellent mall with a lot of shopping and food options. Also, very clean and organized.
It was a nice beautiful mall and especially lively during this Christmas season. Although very large, the mall was easy to navigate. They had plenty of seats and a large play area. They have Starbucks which is in JCPenny.
I took my kid to the Mall slightly before 10am. The whole building was very clean. Kid friendly. Plenty of space for kids to roam and rest. We played at the play area, which is very well maintained. We love the unique design of it. There's a ride-on area right next to the play area. It costs $1 for a ride. Only 1/5 rides worked at our visit. We lost $3 due to not working rides. We went to the management office to report the issues and got our money back. The staff was friendly and helpful.
