Great hotel off the strip yet still close to everything. Very quiet & set up in different 3 levels buildings (not high rises). Nice pool & amenities. Nice gift shop & good restaurants at the hotel. Staff was very friendly, helpful & professional. Room were well appointed, very large & clean. The only issue we had was on our first night when they shut down the water in the middle of the night for a few hours to work on system….this was not a pleasant experience & we wish we had been forewarned but I still give them a high rating. I’d stay there again while in Las Vegas.
Big room, well kept, and clean. Grounds are beautiful. Marylyn’s restaurant was very good and good value. 18 minute walk to Sphere. Only issue was we requested a microwave and after confirming they had one available and would bring it we never received it.
I loved this hotel! It's beautiful, has a good assortment of restaurants, the pools are beautiful, and the rooms are honestly amazing. I don't love the hands-off approach they have, though. Check in on your cell phone. Check out on your TV. No room service or new towels or anything. I just feel like, for as beautiful as it is, you should get a sense of service and personal touch. So it's missing that. But I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to stay close to the strip, but just off it.
The area is a little scary, though. We did walk to the strip daily and it's about a 20 to 30 minute walk. But it's not super safe or scenic, and there's a lot of construction, homeless people and such. I wouldn't want to take a child there.
What a great find near the Las Vegas strip! Quiet boutique-like hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The food, the hotel room and amenities including the entertainment was very nice. So many places also nearby the Tuscany too. We will definitely come back when we visit Las Vegas!
The property is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurants offer a variety of options. The pool and hottub are is clean. The workout room is pretty large but was very busy.
We enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that caused us to drop our rating to a 4. First, the vending machines were out of water, which is a necessity in the desert. Second, there were a few deferred maintenance items that stood out.
The grounds are beautiful. The mattresses are harder than a 2x2. The pillows are flat and not comfortable. Our bathroom light flickered, the shower dripped for hours after using. The carpet is frayed. The toilet ran. There is a mini fridge, no microwave, limited tv channels.
I'm a local and have been here several times for events like like music and entertainment. I've never been in the rooms here.
Location would be 5 stars, but there's a lot of roadwork causing traffic disruptions around the entrance and exit. That's probably not their fault, but it was part of my experience, so I'm counting it. On the bright side, the Tuscany is quite close to my place. This elegant casino hotel is nestled on a well manicured property.
The service in the bar was top-notch and friendly. The drinks are yummy and reasonably priced.
I haven't eaten any food here yet.
Its really the staff here that makes it great. So many thanks to Claudia, Kirby, Number 41, and the gang at Pub 365 for pulling off a last minute miracle for a misbooked convention event. We were told it was one of the best parties of the conference! All of you really went above and beyond and totally saved the day(night)! You have every bit of Cannabis Queens' appreciation!
Also loving the cleanliness in and around the property. The rosemary hedges are gorgeous, and it's a great refuge from the hustle of the Strip, but close enough to jump back in the game easily.
Will definitely be coming back for future business and personal trips. Thanks again!
