The room was exceptional ????, loved the design and overall appearance. Nice building, and the pool is great. The menu can be improved at some of the restaurants. I don't gamble at all. However, I would stay again ♠️♥️♦️♣️????... Azn lady in casino getting caught ???? by security ???? I appreciate the fresh air!
This resort hotel was great! We stayed here for an event over the weekend and had a good time. The staff were very helpful; we made a group reservation but added a night and they were accommodating. We also asked for a crib in our room which was a great amenity for our 1 year old. The pool area was nice; they gave us towels and waters at the check in desk. I understand that it’s a casino resort and their target customer base isn’t families with kids, but I do wish they were more clear on which restaurants were kid friendly and what their hours were. There was no hotel information in our room other than the sparse info listed on the room’s TV. I was hoping for a map, restaurant list with hours, and menus. When we went downstairs to see what restaurants were available (on a Friday at 6pm), some were closed, and others appeared to be just bar seating. We ended up going elsewhere for meals on our trip.
As per usual, I was unable to rate the rooms since this was not an overnight stay. Tulalip Casino, though, has a great selection of the newest slots mixed with old favorites. The floor is pretty big, with plenty of card tables along with roulette and a craps table added to the number of slot machines to pick from. The staff was helpful, with a friendly smile. Had a good time, all around, thank you Tulalip Casino. You guys rock!
We didn't stay at the resort but we did spend time at the casino. The machines paid out better than most casinos. I loved that it was totally smoke free. We really enjoyed our time here.
This was our first time i side this casino after driving past it many times. Visited the Club inside for a friends Bachlorette party and was super fun. Love that it is non-smoking and everyone was so nice. Service was great too!! Go visit and have fun!
I love the rooms ???? because they are very spacious. I stay here 2x a week. I just wished they also had a microwave. It was only one time when the room was not stocked completely. 4 star for the room only because when I was in room 808 on 05/20 and there was no bath robes and some complimentary personal care in the bathroom were missing life shower cap, make up remover etc. It did have the complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The custodial must've forgotten those. The rooms were always clean, the beddings are clean. The beds, and pillows are very comfortable to sleep in. 4 star for service because when I was there on 06/27 the staff at the Journey's To Go around 1400 was grouchy. I don't know if he was having a bad day but he was rude and didn't look happy taking my orders. He wasn't even smiling or welcoming at all. He looked liked he was forced to work. Then when I returned to pick up my orders I asked if my order was ready because I didn't hear or feel the buzzer in my pocket while playing. He was rude and told me he tried to call me many times and then proved a point that my buzzer works. I'm sure there's other way to talk to customer without being rude and condescending. I don't think I'll order to go again in Journeys if he continues to be with that attitude. 5 star because the resort is close to a lot of things. I'll definitely continue to stay here whether for business or vacation.
They don't pay out enough. It's been years since I've hit a jackpot and it's not from lack of effort. The rooms are incredible and the staff is very accomidating. The landscape is top of the line especially at Christmas. But let's face it the reason we go there is to gamble and that part isn't paying out.
Didn't stay the night so can't rate the rooms but in previous stays, they do have very nice rooms with elegant designs and ample space.
Tulalip service stopped being exceptional a long time ago. Now staff just not and speak perfunctorily, no genuine excitement to be of service anymore.
Machines are super-tight, comparable to Vegas tight, and you can lose hundreds in minutes.
It's still a beautiful casino with a few dining options but there is a considerable wait time for the good restaurants.
