It feels like family there. Been going there for over 5yrs now. Always had a good experience there. Whenever I need a new style there is always yeah gotcha let's hook it up.
First time I went the barber gave me a good cut and the stylist braided my hair in 10-15 mins. Overall the look was great! However, my most recent visit I had set an appointment and was asked to be there between 5:30pm and 6. I arrived around 5:45pm and waited over 2 hours, and was asked to wait 45 min more after asking how much longer. At this point I went home and canceled my plans. The stylist said she'd call me with a time frame the next day, and never did. The whole time no one bothered to suggest doing my 10 min braid real quick but instead wasted my time, ruined my plans and made me feel unvalued. I'm looking for a new stylist.
Kris is my barber, has been for a couple of years now, he has even become my son's barber as well, makes you feel at home knows exactly what I want without me having to tell him, all barbers have years of experience, just go in, sit and watch and you'll be amazed at what they can do, I've seen them cut all kinds of hair and styles. Flawless results, cool hangout with good music, a place you always feel welcomed.
They are good people and have great service for there customers
First time I went here back in mid July got a great cut, 2ed time I got there I was turned away after calling and they told me to come in. 3rd time was today, called up to make an appointment, the guy on the phone said "come on in, we got barbers" I went there to only see two barbers and after waiting for 20 mins the guy tells me that they won't be able to fit me in even though one guy wasn't cutting hair and I was the only one waiting. Go to the barber shop right down the street. It's a little bit more but the aggravation saved will all be worth it.
First time going to top notch because I had an event to attend that following night. barber by the name of D cut me up on the side of my face & the entire back of my neck up. Wish I was exaggerating. It’s understood one may be nicked a time or two but a long cut from one side of my hair line to the next is unacceptable.
I brought my son in hoping to find a new barber. There was a barber there by the name Of Preme. I showed him a picture of how I wanted him cut and he nailed it. I would definitely recommend him. He was personable, quick & efficient. Definitely bringing my son to Preme from now on, glad I found this shop! It's rare anybody can cut him the way I like.
I had great experiences here from one particular Barber that was around temporarily. It seems to me that the Barbers are competing for customers (like car salesmen). The barbers are not consistent. My most recent transaction did not go too well due to poor customer service over the phone when calling the business line and being told, "hurry up man, I have a customer." Will not be returning.
