We loved our trip here! This place had awesome restaurants, and an amazing suite for our family! Such a great trip that we will return. Took a long walk after dinner to Fremont Street. Walked one way and took a cab back. Awesome!
We just arrived for our holiday stay at the strat hotel. We paid extra money to have a suite as we are also celebrating our engagement. We arrived to our suite and the room wasn't cleaned at all. The bed was undone. There were towels on the floor. Even pee in the toilet!! We reached out to the front desk and they would not even refund the full amount we paid for it! They gave us $50 bucks back and $50 to use in food and beverage credit !! First off I don't want to give you $50 back in food. I deserve money back for the room I paid for, that I now am not sleeping in. In fact, they downgraded our room!! The manager never spoke with us, but instead spoke through a front desk employee. Terrible customer service. How can I not even get face to face time with a manager when they messed up by having a messy room?? And they are not even apologetic about it! Seriously, you get what you pay for here. The Wynn would never! We also requested a late check out, which they wouldn't do. And as a side note: on the last day of our visit, we finally got to speak with the manager, tanisha. Tanisha is an unprofessional lost soul. She did not do one single thing to make up for the worst Vegas stay of our lives. She refused to speak with us. If you can't handle face to face contact with your customers who are spending money to be here, then you don't deserve to be a manager. What a low class trash human being.
Attended the amazing Pink Party for Breast Cancer Awareness ????. Director Robert Polk and his team treated us with amazing care. The hotel is beautiful with plenty to do. We went back the next day for a comedy show and dinner. I will visit again soon.
Yep the reviews are true, this is a bad hotel to stay at. Right after check in we were stopped by an employee on the floor asking if it's our first time here. He lied and said he'll sign us up for a players card because come to find out at the podium stand it's a gimmick to tour the hotel, etc. Like uhhhh can I please get to my room first? The room was small, basic, had a tiny hospital type window (no good views,) mold in the shower. Toilet clogged second day there then shortly after it just clogged again. Gross high priced food with lack of choices and entertainment. Slots do not pay just tease. And the location is so far from everything else in a dirty sketchy area you wouldn't walk around at night. I'll never stay here again that's for sure. Only positive was the roof top pool & that the employees were professional and never rude.
Had the best time in Vegas. Our room was clean and perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful and very informative. I was actually able to play slots and enjoy the night even if I didn’t win. Will definitely be back.

Some rooms are a little bit old or dated but everything was clean!
On the other hand its walking distance from the main hotels… so you can stay in Vegas for a reasonable price.
I was there to spend the weekend after Thanksgiving day but it turns out that I asked for non-smoking Room And they did give me the non-smoking room, but they did an extra charge supposedly because I smoked after me telling them that I have three girls and I do not smoke at all. I love to drink, but I don’t smoke but still the girl Didn’t care and still charge me $400 for the Smoke detector A side of that customer service sucks ass. They have a lot of racist people in there. Just be careful when you go to the hotel heads up.
My husband and I stayed here for three nights and there was so much to do there. From Atomic Golf, shows, a night club and great restaurants, they have it all. We had an updated suite (definitely recommend). They have an extra long tub that you can fully lay comfortably in!!! It was perfect for all the walking to soak your feet and muscles. We didn't have the opportunity to check out the pool because it's November and the pools are closed. But we really liked this casino and we'll definitely make our way back!
