Pricey but worth the splurge. Their staff are above par, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and on point in every aspect of the hotel. Room services astronomical and could have used a coffee maker, empty their refrigerator so we can put our stuff in and microwave in our Sphere view suite. We are lucky we get to road trip to Vegas, so I will be bringing that the next time. Ever since COVID a lot of hotels took coffee makers, refrigerators and microwaves out of their rooms. It's time to put them back in.
i only stay at the Palazzo when i travel to Las Vegas. Whether it is with my wife or my son or both. The Venetian/Palazzo is a dream come true, but the less popular Palazzo is the smartest choice. Bigger and beautiful rooms, GREAT location, UNREAL views, and FIRST CLASS service. Sometimes i do not get back to Vegas for several months, but when i call Gracia or Jesus, they remember my name and are happy to answer several questions and always assist in any way they can. i appreciate them AND they appreciate me. Very rare to feel SO welcome over the phone AND in person. Again, the only place to stay in Vegas. 5 star Hotel, 5 star location, 5 star rooms, 5 star food and entertainment AND 5 star staff and service. Thank you Palazzo. :)
Every room here is amazing. Not an exaggeration, for your money this is easily the nicest place on the strip. There isn’t a hotel with more varied dining options or a more enjoyable shopping area. The rewards program is maybe the best in Vegas, so if you’re going to gamble it should be at the Palazzo.
Well if you want luxury vacation at Vegas you can’t go wrong with this hotel with perfect location. I got 4 nights deal from Costco Travel with luxury room and was very happy with my decision. I got Sphere view room, beautiful and clean room with zero noise from outside which I love the most even the hotel is huge and very busy place. There are so many great food quality and variety restaurants that you will not be able to go outside to eat, so may need to come other time if you want to enjoy Vegas great food culture. As usual, room fridge snacks are expensive and so is the in room dining, so be careful. Every member of the hotel staff is very professional and ready to help. This is huge place and always filled with people so expect that in case you want less busy place. I tried many restaurants so will add review individually but don’t forget to try amazing coffee and ice cream from illy Caffe’. Vegas is never one time visit and honestly I can’t think of other place to stay in my next trip. Enjoy. ????
One tip, from Airport take cab, fixed price $29, it is easy and fast.
Very luxurious place to stay. All suites, great service and fun and interesting slot games! From check in to check out, comfort, luxury and courtesy. More elevators to rooms than I've ever seen, with no wait to go up or down and larger inside so not crowded.
We had a nice week at the Palazzo and enjoyed most of our time. Our check in was beyond expectations and we loved dining at the hotel restaurants (such as Milos) the club lounge was also very convenient and we enjoyed spending time with amazing employees there. Unfortunately there were two very negative interactions with staff that left us a bitter taste and we believe they must be a better training offered by the hotel management.
First and foremost, it was a splurge trip to see the Eagles VIP at the Sphere. This package was actually booked through VIBEE. That part was exceptional. It wasn't cheap but it was worth every penny. The staff at vibee, The Venetian and the Palazzo is also exceptional in every area that we experienced from valet to flagging down a housekeeper in the hall to switch out some towels. We had a Sphere view suite which was like no other. Room service was astronomical but delicious. Plan for the splurge or walk down to Denny's. Or...just Google affordable places to eat. There's plenty around there. We couldn't save our leftovers from our 2 astronomically high room service meals, because we didn't have an empty refrigerator or a microwave or a coffee maker for that matter. We travel often and abroad. In America, I believe a high-end suite should have an empty refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. Even basic hotels pseudo suites have those amenities. In December, it is not swimming pool season which a lot of Northerners think it is. There is a great pool area but I didn't see anyone around. I didn't even bother to ask, because I've been to Vegas in the winter and I know better by now. The Palazzo Tower had great security and every single staff member from check-in to self checkout was exceptional. I believe the staff makes the experience when you know what your budget is and know what you are in for... It all comes down to exceptional staff. It's the place to be if you want to splurge.
I have now stayed at the palazzo twice, and both times have been great! Our rooms were cleaned daily, and items always replenished. The bathroom, and room size is also amazing! The views are always great! The bed was nice and clean as well. We always look forward to our stay here.
