Best WLM Reviews

My family and I were absolutely blown away by our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a world of stunning sights and countless picture-perfect spots. Our room was a masterpiece, offering a breathtaking view of the Sphere that kept me captivated for hours.
The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff at check-in, housekeeping, and check-out were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect.
The hotel itself is a treasure trove of dining and shopping options, making it so convenient that you hardly need to step outside. But if you do feel like exploring, the Fashion Show Mall is just a short 5-7 minute walk away.
Without a doubt, I'll be booking my stay at the Palazzo again. It's an experience not to be missed!
Our recent five-day stay at your hotel was truly enjoyable, and I would happily give it a five-star rating. The room layout, cleanliness, and prime location is exceptional. The Sphere view from my suite room was truly spectacular, offering a unique ever-changing huge high-resolution LED display unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. It definitely made the trip worthwhile and memorable.
Here are a few suggestions for improvement that might enhance the guest experience:
Firstly, it might be beneficial to consider adding a drinking water station on each floor, perhaps with the option to charge by the gallon. Given the climate and potential multi-occupancy of suites, providing ample drinking water is essential. While the current small bottled water service is appreciated, a larger supply might be more convenient for guests.
Additionally, I wondered if you might consider freeing up space in the refrigerator for guest use, rather than fully occupying it with charged drinks. This would allow guests to store their own beverages. Finally, I believe providing guests with a simple and friendly check-in manual would facilitate a smoother transition into the hotel experience. A brief guide outlining key information about amenities and services (including Internet access, and the dining guide you already have etc) can be very helpful for guests to adapt quickly, especially for first-time visitors.
Overall, our stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel to others. With these minor adjustments, I believe the experience could be even more enjoyable for future guests.
First time staying at the Palazzo. Could not have been better. Self Parking was a breeze and convenient to front desk and check in. Check in was quick and seamless with cordial and friendly team members assisting us. Room was amazing and spotless. View was amazing. Water Pressure was perfection. We have stayed in numerous Vegas Hotels up and down the strip as well as downtown. This was our BEST experience by far, cannot recommend highly enough. Location was perfect and easy walk to everything we wanted to experience.
Beds are not too bad if you don't have any back problems. Food is decent here. Air vents in your room are dirty. Small casino for two hotels and small pools. Staffs are very nice as they are 5 star hotel employees.
From the last Vegas Local, I’m hard to please. I brought my boyfriend here for a staycation for his birthday. For me to want to voluntarily come to the strip you really have to bring a plus service and I have high expectations. That being said everything was immaculate service was exceptional, they were on top of everything. And it’s right at the heart of everything if we wanted to go do anything. So many restaurants here we didn’t even have to leave. I have reservations at 8:45 On property. Everything so convenient and beautiful. I will be returning and staying here again. Next time I need just a day for relaxation. Oh, I didn’t even get a chance to mention how incredible the spa is and how convenient it is in our tower. I just have to pop down to the third floor so I can go in my flip-flops. It’s also on the same space as the pool so it won’t look weird if you’re wearing flip-flops.
Loved our suite and views. Loved amenities. Staff awesome. Check in a pleasure. Beds comfy. Husband loved the shower. I loved the bath tub. Concierge level so appreciated. Easy walk to sphere.
My review is very dependent on the way I define luxury. The room doesn't have a microwave so there no way to heat up leftovers. And speaking of leftovers, you only get a tiny tiny shelf for a small to go. The rest of the fridge is equipped with liquor that will charge your card when removed. There are also 0 water fountains around the entire hotel, aside from the gym which closes too early. So imagine, you wake up dehydrated from a night out. Your options are the sink water or the expensive bottled water in the fridge. The hotel cannot be blamed for this other issue, but the crowds can be overwhelming as well. Luxury to me is not just aesthetics, because the place is jaw droppingly beautiful. It's about details and making the guest feel at home and cared for. The fact they haven't gotten enough money from your booking and want to add these little fees, like with water, or forcing you to eat out everyday is so tacky. Complete opposite of true luxury for me.
Stayed here for 3 nights while going to the Sphere. The proximity for that is great. The service was okay. Housekeeping did not reset the alarm clock from the last guest, so we were woken up very early on our vacation while being very sleep deprived. Told the staff, all they said was sorry and didn’t offer anything to make up for their mistake. I got bug bites while sleeping in the bed—not bed bugs as far as I can tell, just some other super itchy bites. You’re supposed to get complementary water bottles upon arriving and we were never given any at the front desk. Often the front desk or guest services lines are busy and/or there’s a wait. Room service took longer than the Time they told us. It was tasty, but laughably expensive for what you got. There’s a $9 charge to bring it to your room, even if you don’t get a table set up and they just hand it to you in a bag.
The room overall was pretty good. The luxury king suite was spacious, good bathroom, and couldn’t hear neighbors through the walls. Be prepared for air that is super dry. Would be nice if a humidifier was an option.
Over all, I would not stay here again, even if going back to the sphere.
