Rooms very basic but very clean. Shower head didn’t work had to have bath okay not the end of the world, coffee machine useless now I’m not happy, bummer there’s no mini fridge but hey ????♀️ cleaning staff knocking on door “hello hello” and preparing to come in room at 08:25 ???? wtf? Tried going back to sleep but very noisy as walls are extremely thin. Bathroom clean but in need of updating and renovation but again not end of world. Getting dressed at 11:02 when cleaning staff attempted to come in room with the knock and walk in but were stopped by the manual latch I had flipped after the 8:25 attempted “break in”. No shower, no coffee and being woken up after arriving late after long travel meant room was just okay but very convenient. Fine for one night but not more.
Great for those very long layovers. We had a 13 hr layover and got a room to rest and relax. The bed was comfortable, it was actually very quiet! I barely heard any planes. This place isn’t a resort style hotel, but for a quick stay it’s perfect. The staff was partially friendly and the others seemed put out to be there. Not the best customer service, but we just wanted to rest, so the staff can be sour. Just get me to my room.
My stay at Miami International Airport Hotel was convenient for a quick layover. The location inside the airport is unbeatable, saving time and hassle. The room was clean, though a bit dated, and the staff was helpful. It’s ideal for short stays but could use some modern updates for comfort.
Excellent rooms, outstanding service, and a fantastic staff. Manager Daniel was highly professional and personally escorted us to our room. The bellman was incredibly kind and assisted us the next day with our trip to American Airlines. We will definitely be returning.
Booked this hotel for the convenience that it offered as we had gotten in late and had an early flight the next morning. The interior has a worn out appearance and could use a refresh. The walls are super thin and if you don’t close the door it slams and can be heard throughout the other rooms on the floor Overall, great location however, I think that the rooms are priced a bit high for what it is.
I was just through. I ended up staying at the Holiday Inn due to AA delay out of Barbados. Very very very nice room, and I wish I could've stayed longer in Miami. The service was outstanding at the bar and the bartender was an amazing man who was so polite, smiling, and friendly with everyone at the Holiday Inn, accommodations Courtesy of AA for missing my connector flight LAX. AA also provided 2 meal vouchers so I was able to offer something to eat for dinner, and a yogurt and salad for in the morning before leaving for the airport which is less than 10 minutes away. The girl at the deli inside the Holiday Inn where I picked up my yogurt and salad before leaving wasn't pleasant at all, but she was nothing compared to the rest of the service that was provided and extended to me.
Convenient location for a long layover. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was adequate. This hotel is located near the Margaritaville restaurant.
I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND due to the honestly of the staff. I left my phone charger and wallet (license, cash, cards, medical ID) in my room. I contacted the hotel via email and phone and was able to confirm they had recovered my belongings. Upon my return, 7 days later, they were able to return all of my items. Rosa, Executive Housekeeper, and Marcos, Revenue Manager ,were incredibly helpful. I am so thankful for all of the honest staff members involved in the return of my things.
I had a 3 hour layover, during that time I was able to enjoy walking around all the shops and restaurants as well as charge my phone at one of the charging counters. The people that worked there were very helpful when needed. It's a very busy airport, but it was kept clean. There was also a very nice 911 memorial and fresh flower wreath near my gate. My overall experience was 5 stars.
