I have been waiting so long to visit this Nashville staple and I can confirm, it’s definitely worth going to! I had an amazing experience as the food is delicious and well worth the price! The homemade biscuits are incredible! The staff is incredible as they definitely make you feel like home! I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the Nashville area! Make sure to make a reservation as it definitely gets busy as soon as it opens!
This is one of the neatest restaurants I have ever been to! The food was absolutely delicious. I would recommend reservations if you are coming during busy times. Our wait was about 15 minutes at 3:00pm. It was 100% worth the wait. Robin treated us great. She kept us full of biscuits & sweet tea.
Our waitress Virginia was a joy! She made us feel right at home. The food was amazing. Definitely don't skip the hash brown casserole. Biscuits are light and airy with the perfect amount of butter. The pulled pork was melting in my mouth. I can't wait to go back!
What a great place to visit if you're in the Nashville area.
This is a historic restaurant along with an excellent gift shop selling all the old- time products you'd expect at a historic place, homemade products.
Expect a wait to eat their excellent comfort food!
My husband and I loved this place!! The service was phenomenal and the food was even better! We enjoyed the chicken & catfish! Make sure you make a reservation before you go especially if you go during a lunch or dinner time since they are a very popular place just to make sure you have a table! It is well worth the wait for sure. We had a late dinner so we didn’t have to wait! We will definitely be back again hopefully soon!!!
Visited on our 2nd annual girls trip to Nashville and I cannot say enough good things about this place! Excellent service, delicious food, (the biscuits ????), quaint, quirky atmosphere. There are games and photo ops outside. Indoor and outdoor seating. I especially love their cute shops across the parking lot where I always stop in for a treat and a keepsake to take home with me. Already looking forward to our next trip! ❤️
I finally checked off my bucket list item by visiting the Loveless Cafe during my trip to Nashville. This charming spot, known for its home-style cooking, came highly recommended, and it didn't disappoint. The staff was exceptional, from the efficient host to the attentive server, making our dining experience top-notch.
Our party of four indulged in the country ham, brisket, and fried chicken, and each portion was generously sized, leaving us unable to finish our meals. The brisket was especially delightful, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture reminiscent of pot roast rather than traditional BBQ. The fried chicken boasted a satisfying crunch and delicious flavor. However, the true stars of the meal were the biscuits—crisp on the outside, yet irresistibly soft in the middle.
While the main courses impressed, the desserts left something to be desired. We sampled three different options, but none quite hit the mark for us. In hindsight, I should have opted for another biscuit instead.
A random visit to Loveless cafe might be a lengthy affair. With no reservation, we were asked to wait 45 min @ 9:45 am. We did. But after we got a message to come in, we waited 10 more for our table "to be cleaned up".
The service was great, for the amount of people they serve as quickly as they can.
Biscuits were great, i wish there would be more bbq meat for $3.50.
