Best WLM Reviews
Well worth the drive to this classic country diner. Delicious buttery soft biscuits with butter and jam start you off and complimentary. I had the half fried chicken entree — tender and juicy with a light crispy batter. Served up with fried green tomatoes and hash brown casserole. So much food!! Took home leftovers for two more meals! Hubby had a breakfast plate smoked bacon and French toast. Our server was great — helpful and cheerful. Atmosphere was fun and interesting. Love the history of the place along with the gift store as well. Be prepared for a wait. We went mid-week on a Wednesday at 1:30 and still waited 45 minutes. Just go the gift shop and the time passes quickly.
Awesome find. Google search definitely did not disappoint.
Super friendly staff. Great menu.
Biscuits and preserves were phenomenal. The special was brisket. So much food. At 28 bucks, you can definitely take some home and eat later. Wonderfully smoked. The sampler was great as well. The country ham was a standout. Followed up by the sausage.
Cute little shops. An event center, too.
Not too busy at 830 on a Sunday morning. Can imagine it gets pretty busy though.
I had a great experience at the Loveless Cafe! The biscuits (8.5/10) came out hot and fresh, and the jam was really flavorful. The ranch was incredible (9.5/10), and the Nashville-style Loveless chicken was perfectly spiced (9/10). The hashbrown casserole was hands down the best I’ve ever had (10/10). The mac and cheese was just ok (6/10) and fried okra (8/10) were good, but not quite as standout as the rest.
Virginia, our server, was absolutely amazing! She had such a warm beautiful smile and truly embodied the southern charm Tennessee is known for—she definitely deserves a raise!
The atmosphere was very southern and inviting, though some of the posters on the walls felt a bit eerie. Overall, a great spot for classic southern comfort food!
Our waitress Michelle was phenomenal. I hadn't been in many years and my fiancé's from NH and her 1st time. She had to supper special and I had country ham, grits, red eye gravy and eggs and of course those biscuits reminded me of what my grandma would make on a Saturday morning. Highly recommend to locals and travelers...and don't forget the Chess or Coconut Creme Pie!!

We ate food and then went to the gift shop.Because we wanted to buy the stuff that we ate. Everybody is super friendly. The food is super delicious.
And they will mail stuff to your home if you're visiting. I really appreciated that definitely visit when you get the chance. If you are traveling to this location. Uber was a little rough, get from the restaurant, but we were able to do it. It's also expensive, so keep that in mind
Biscuits. I had never been that big of a biscuit fan, but coming here may have changed that. I had heard all of the rage about this place from Jessi & Alessio's YouTube channel. They give you biscuits right at the start - and give you two types of jams - blackberry and peach. SO GOOD. I got the biscuit sampler. I got the pimento cheese & fried green tomatoes, fried chicken, and country ham with a hash brown casserole as a side.
It was probably one of the best breakfast that I've ever had. My father got the biscuits and gravy and enjoyed it. I ordered more biscuits to go. They also have a shop, so I picked up some of the jams! The server was very nice and attentive. Very hospitable. If I'm ever in Nashville, I'll make it a point to come here again.
If you're looking for a southern breakfast/brunch spot, then this is the place. Saw this restaurant on Netflix and had to come.
Be prepared to wait a while no matter what time you come. They are so good that there is constantly a line.
