Best WLM Reviews

We stayed for 4 nights and check in was fairly smooth, friendly staff. Instructions to get to room were clear. Room was clean, comfortable and adequate for stay. Large variety of restaurants/bars within the hotel or just minutes away on the promenade which made it an ideal hotel to choose. Wish there would have been a microwave in the room. Air conditioner unit when on would blow directly on the bed which was quite chilly at times (although I’m thankful it worked in this heat warning). Room had safe which was nice. House keeping came in everyday to make bed and refresh towels which was greatly appreciated. Parking was easy to find if following the signs. I think that parking should be included in the rate for hotel guests so that they don’t have to pay for their parking separately everytime they leave the hotel. Overall, it was a good value and I would recommend to others.
During my stay between May 22-26, I did have any negative experience. Checking in and out was the easiest I’ve experienced & our room with 2 beds was picture perfect. I had indicated I will need cleaning during my stay and was to request one whenever I needed it but I did not specifically one when a staff showed up so we just got extra towels. The AI concierge was able to answer simple questions appropriately and the bell desk helped me with bag storage without a hitch. I’ve read a lot of bad reviews so I wanted to mention that I stayed in District 2 on the 10th floor, if that makes a difference.
Overall experience, 0/10.|Room bathroom was filthy, there's no mini fridge, And they got rid of the microwave for fire safety reasons.||When I complain to this staff about the room being gross, they really didn't care they took it as a concern rather than a complaint. And they simply give me a $20 credit to my room, which doesn't cover even the cost of a meal. ||They never did clean the bathroom properly, and they didn't make the bed once they just simply replace the towels. ||The ATMs charged a $8 to $12 fee just to withdrawal cash. ||And the bellhop people, we're extremely rude. Simply because I didn't have a cash tip, and I didn't realize that it was recommended like highly recommended. ||I wasn't carrying cash on me, because of the ATM fees. I apologize to them about it but they were still extremely rude.||The only thing I would recommend, are the nearby restaurants such as In-N-Out. ||And the Las Vegas store, gift store. |I was also charged a $300 resort fee. That was not listed online, and it only covered free internet and a gym that I couldn't even figure where it was. ||Staff were terrible at giving directions, it took us forever to find our rooms. And we did a late check in, and it still took an hour and a half for room just to be ready.||Overall experience, 0/10 not worth the price, and most resort fees are anywhere from 25 to $50 a night not a hundred. ||Stayed from 05/20 - 05/23.||Honestly I wish I could get my $300 back It was that bad.
I had a pretty decent experience here. The room was clean and the AC filter was spotless. I was able to check in and out on my phone. I just had to go to the self-service kiosk to get the room keys. Parking is perfectly fine as long as you know how to read signs and follow arrows. It's not really that difficult like others are saying. The "Strip View" isn't much to look at, but it's not a very pricey hotel to begin with. Overall, you will get your money's worth.
I was initially put off by the influx of bad reviews before my stay but I can say it wasn’t too bad.||Starting with the positives the room was pretty much spotless and spacious. The hotel itself is nice with some pretty decent dinning and you have the massive advantage of being practically dead centre on the strip and having the promenade just outside. ||On the flip side the customer service is very hit and miss. I was lining up to check out, I needed to check I hadn’t been charged extra for wifi as I had had issue during my stay and after several calls to the front desk and being transferred to the IT department they were still unable to fix the issue so they said add extra wifi to my bill (max two devices) and I won’t be charged. An employee attending to the line said it was fine and I could just leave but this didn’t sit right with me so I waited to get a copy of my bill and low and behold it was there and had to be removed. There were also some other extra charges that shouldn’t have been there so I highly recommend not leaving without a copy of your bill as they are making a lot of errors with the resort free ext. ||Lastly my least favourite part and biggest gripe was the pool. We had a pool view room on the 8th fool and omg! The DJ starts the music at 9AM and goes non stop till 6PM every day. There is loud and there is excessively loud. The walls would almost shake from the bass and our room was quite high up! So be warned of you stay here don’t expect a lay in past 9AM. Furthermore there is a very small amount of sun beds available but plenty you can reserve for $150 a day… cocktails are about $60 to so keep this in mind if your planning on spending time but the pool.
I had a really bad experience. I stayed in one of the double Queen rooms last week . Upon arrival I saw the sheets had stains and there were hairs in the bath tub. The counters were stained with sticky liquid not sure what it was . I notified room service right away they change sheets hours later . Called front desk and even spoke with supervisor Sam he did not help promise and investigation and call back but was ignored after . I never leave bad reviews really rare . I will never recommend this room to anyone . Love the location and casinos were great but the rooms are not clean be careful.
I stayed here with friends May 2-5 this year, and I'm beyond disappointed. Honestly, I'm embarrassed, because I was the one to choose this hotel. I stayed here a few years prior and it was great for the price, but not this time. Our room was never cleaned, even after specifically requesting it to be. There was black water gurgling up through the sink pipes in the bathroom (which maintenance did come to fix), and it still wasn't cleaned after that! I voiced my complaint to registration when checking out, and was promised I'd be contracted by the housekeeping department to discuss. Of course that never happened. There are definitely better hotels in the area for the price.
Update: Called the number provided and was told I would be called back in 48-72 hours. Of course it's been well over 72 hours with no return phone call! The customer service at this resort is atrocious!
We booked a suite and was given a room on the 19th floor, after a lengthy check in process.
Room wasn’t up to standard, so returned to the check in and explained the reasons.
The staff member gave us free late check out in the process and said she’d get the issues sorted - which never happened.
We ended up asking house keeping ourselves with the issues quickly resolved.
Location is ideal with everyone on the doorstep.
Food and drink options available, with Vegas strip prices.
Pool area excellent.
Overall experience was good, expect the poor standard of room.
Was this just a one off, I’m not sure. But would give the hotel another chance and would stay again.
