The Linq hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to stay at a nice hotel with a pool and on the Strip. The Linq Promenade right outside was a nice bonus. The checkin process was easy and fast. They had machines for us to self check in with room upgrade options and printed our room keys too! Of course there were helpful staff around to assist if needed. The two queen sized beds room with a fridge was the perfect size for us two ladies. It was nice, modern, clean and smelled good all the time. There were quite a few restaurants, bars, and stores inside this big hotel, it took us a few in and outs to get familiar with the place. The pool was free, provided towels, not too big, had a bar that also sold food and a DJ who created great party vibes. The checkout process was the same as checkin, easy and fast with self checkout machines. We also had the option for late checkout at extra cost depending on the room’s availability and for how many extra hours we needed. My friend liked it so much at The Linq she said she'll be staying there next time she goes back to Vegas.
The room was great. It was right in the middle of the Strip! It was situated for easy access. Enjoyed the food and all the amenities. Would highly recommend it here as it has clean rooms great food quit at night if you want and lots of activities all day long. Very fun!
Check in process was quick and efficient, and we found our room to be very quiet and comfortable. Getting downstairs to the casino and shops was easy with multiple escalator options and we found no issues with the room other than the sliding wooden door which was not soundproof and sometimes would slide open again if you didn’t close it hard enough. But this minor issue was not enough to keep us from staying there again.
10/10 would never recommend anyone stay here ever again, without thoroughly checking your rooms or bringing lights to check the cleanliness. Also if you stay here prepare to be let down by guest services and parking infrastructure, there parking is awful, garages are filthy and full of dirty randoms and some bums sleeping In there, there was trash everywhere, we found drug paraphernalia baggies near our vehicle and by the elevators. Our service was absolute garbage. The beds only had 1 blanket on it which was super disappointing for such a “nice place”. It only got worse from there. By the first morning both me and my friend woke up a little itchy with some spots on us, showered didn’t think to much of it. Well we woke up the next morning after covered in bug bites and beyond itchy all over. We were covered in bug bites from the room. When we complained to management and brought the issue to there attention. They did nothing to make it right. No compensation, no attempt to make it right in any way possible. Only thing they did was come up with excuses and still charged me for everything. As I am someone who has run many hotels and am a host for guests in other states I know first hand this is not okay. We have attempted to speak to management and they do nothing to help. We will be taking serious action with our lawyer and filing with the Nevada health department and the devision of public and behavioral health department. We have now woken up both sick with fevers and rashes back home, I run my own business and now am having to take more time away from work. A vacation that was supposed to be amazing was turned into a horrific nightmare I won’t forget about, I will be taking these matters seriously. Hotels and these people need to be held accountable and learn how to treat guests. Never in my life have I had such trouble with a hotel or casino anywhere I travel before. It’s absolutely appalling and definitely will make sure we never go back again. And I hope others take a step back before booking and go somewhere better where they care about there guests more then just taking your money and not providing the services they guarantee. We were told of so many amenities with this hotel and when we arrived, there was not a single 1 offered. We will be taking Action and I will never recommend this place to anyone. They are rude, dishonest, and dirty!
Location is great, service is great, but room is very dirty. Fridge was dirty and sticky, hair all over the bathroom floor and carpet was dirty. Bed blankets are covered in stains, and no fitted sheets on the beds, just top sheets not folded in. We had to used out towels and buy cleaning wipes to clean the room ourselves. Definitely disappointed for a newly renovated hotel, will be staying elsewhere next time.
Location is ideal! Beautiful and fun property. I visited this place for my birthday and I was looking forward to enjoying every second of it. However as a platinum member I was expecting to at least be heard. I had one single request and it was a good/decent view from my room. And this is what I got. As a professional working in hotels I know for a fact that blankets are never washed (and that’s understandable) my issue was the fact that as you can see there was only one sheet of linen and the blanket was exposed. This is disgusting. I didn’t want my skin touching the blanket. I was also charged a late check out fee even after I personally called to check out at 8:30am! Parking is confusing and dirty. It smelled like pee and I did not feel safe walking around/leaving my car with so many random questionable people lingering around.
Only booked this place due to location and a friends recommendation but I can’t say I recommend it for anyone who is used to top tier customer service. I’m giving two stars for the lovely and kind housekeeping staff on floor 8 but everything else kind of sucked. Other than the housekeeping staff, the other helpful staff were the guys at the nook cafe, the waiters and managers at Hash House, and the virtual AI assistant. I paid for an upgraded room for a mini fridge that barely help anything and was NOT closer to the parking garages or the shops. Also the booking does not say there are BARN DOORS for the restroom but that design was plain dumb? Since there’s so much space under the door and on the sides, you can hear everything and smell everything. Not to mention the bathroom fan sucks. Advice, don’t turn off the fan during your stay. I also had a hard time figuring out who to talk to about my stay because the check in/out process is all automated. Frustrating but okay. In the four days we stayed head, we were disrespected by 4 hotel staff when gambling and shopping. The snippy comments comments when I asked one of the staff where’s the bathroom and they looked at me confused and said they don’t speak English. Fair enough, I spoke in their language and they proceeded to just point and side eye me with a annoyed face LOL same area the next day, the staff was dead staring at my party and I like we were about to rob something but as soon as another customer walked in, their denture changed. Don’t bet on sports here because yikes they will treat you like you’re stupid. ||I mentioned all of this information to an uber and a bartender on the high roller and they said this property is notorious for their customer service lol but hey I guess it is a budget hotel but honestly never had been made to feel unwanted at a hotel.
After staying at multiple different places over the years on the strip I can easily say this is the worst place I've stayed and would never stay here again even if the room was free. I've seen run down motels in nicer condition and with better amenities then this place. They even pulled all the refrigerators out of the rooms and charge you an extra $20 a day if you want one just to try and suck every last penny they can out of you. There are much nicer places to stay for the same price. Don't waste your money here.
