Best WLM Reviews

Whole place has Sunmer Camp vibes so if you’re into that you’re gonna like it. Def not a quiet place. Nice view of the beach tho.
Bushwhacker was good. I accidentally got too big of a size. Burger was alright. Probably not worth the price it is. Fries are nothing to bark at.
Also shots were 7 bucks each so don’t get shots unless you’re trying to spend a lot.
This is Teri and Darryl Thomas from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Today we had the pleasure of being served at the Hangout by Sarah Johnson. Her welcoming smile and friendly personality made us feel right at home. When we visit the Hangout again, we will surely request to be seated in her area. What a fun fun place to eat! The DJ was engaging and so much fun! Thank you for a lovely afternoon brunch on the beach!
This place was full of fun and everyone that was there seemed to enjoy it. The food was good, Service was Great and the entertainment was even better. The kids loved the foam party. And definitely I recommend trying the virgin Strawberry daiquiri for your children. They were very yummy. I will say the fried pickles were a small portion, but pretty good. The chicken Nacho was huge. Pay attention as you walk through the property. Because there are lots of little hidden gems. But this is a must Do While in the area. We would definitely make sure to fit this in next time we go back.
The Hangout is definitely a high-energy spot and great for kids and young adults! The food was great! I had the fried shrimp, and it was delicious! Our service was great - the waitress was very attentive. During your meal, an MC may encourage dancing, games, and clientele participation. We chose to participate as much as we could with two senior citizens and three young children.
We had Payden and she was great, if you’re gonna get a waitress you want her. She was so fun and I feel like I’m leaving with a friend. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give her 10 because she’s just that good. I hope that when I come back she’s here. You would be a fool not to eat here. And no wait either time we came, even with Memorial Day. I LOVE IT HERE!
Great venue for families. Quality menu and delicious food. We had the pork nachos fried pickles as appetizers and Shrimp basket as the meal. The smoky flavor pork meat was great. The pickles were delicious too. The breading on the shrimp was great as well!
Fun place if you want a loud outdoor open environment. Complete with DJ and loud music. Food was good. But the volume gave me a headache. Highly recommend the blackened snapper sandwich though. The shrimp and grits were also delicious! Yummy! ????
The place is very nice. Large, spacious, and there was live concert going on when I was there.
The food for Vegetarian: There is no specific dish for vegetarians in the menu. I had to improvise and order three side dishes, for what it is worth, given the ambience the food was decent. I ordered gouda grits, fries and veggies of the day which was broccoli. They could work a little more on the veggies, for it was kind of bland. Other than that, I would eat here again, even with the slight higher cost which was compensated by the band.
My Fiancee ordered Pulled Pork sandwich and she remarked that it was good.
Overall, I would recommend this to people visiting Gulf Shores because of the options they provide. But they should be a little more considerate for Vegetarian diets especially in the menu. The waitress was good who served us.
Cheers!
