We had a great time at The Grandview this month. We went to see the NFR and tour the outer area of Las Vegas. The location of The Grandview allowed us easy access to the strip and the interstate for any travel we wanted. The location was great and we didn’t have to worry too much about traffic around the resort. We did have a comment regarding the room. The bed was a little hard and felt old. I informed the staff when we checked out and he took the comment and informed the resort right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any request we had. They had amazing response time and ability to handed any complaint we had.
The grand view is such an awesome place to stay at. Stay there almost every year for about 7 days and it just hits a good memory to relive. South point is right next door and walking distance so it’s cool to either get some food or whatever. Overall, great rooms and all. It’s like living in an apartment basically with everything you need. Will be back soon!
Excellent resort for privacy in a shared 2 bedroom unit. The pools/hot tubs were very easy to get to. we didn't have time to use the bbq's and other amenities. we would stay at this resort again.
Location was great! Pretty views and right next to South Point, so it’s nice if you want food or Starbucks. Rooms were spacious and quiet, a little dated but mostly nice. The sheets for our pullout couch were not cleaned and had holes in them. There was a red stain on the top sheet. Overall it was a nice stay but the rooms could use more cleaning.
I wanted to like this place, I really did. I don’t typically review places unless they’re really good or really bad. You can determine where this review falls under.
The location was excellent for where we needed to be. Close to everything we needed & didn’t see TOO much homeless.
The most pleasant person there was the sweet gentleman in our building offering complimentary breakfast in front of the elevators, I’m assuming he was a timeshare salesman.
The room was in ok shape, it needed a wipe down but not major. But the bed y’all…. We went to bed & realized there was a strong scent of urine under the sheets. Obviously, none of us peed the bed & we had just showered. The sheets didn’t feel wet nor stained. I call the front desk, let them know, and they send up new sheets. Cool. The new sheets looked & smelled clean. Fast forward to the next night, we get that smell again. Smelled like strong urine. I’m not sure if the actual mattress was previously saturated or what, but I was absolutely disgusted.
So my key card got deactivated because I held it in my pocket next to my phone and wallet. I didn't discover this until 10 pm. I got into the lobby, and called the front desk from building 4 (4 buildings away from the office and front desk, a decently lengthy walk). They sent someone right over, who made sure I was me (made me feel safe), then brought me 4 keys, but they didn't work correctly, so this kind man walked all the way back to the front office, had 4 new keys made, and came back! They tested perfect, and the rest of the trip was flawless! Despite the heavy use of the resport, the rooms and interior remain clean, in very good and respectable shape (we bought 10 years prior, and they had just completed final construction), and the buildings are situated so that everyone gets a view. We cannot be happier with our timeshare purchase! RCI is a great company too, haven't had any complaints! We've traded into Wisconsin Dells, Dominican Republic, and got a trip to the Bahamas too. Definitely recommend!
The Grandview has several pools and jacuzzi's to enjoy. The rooms are large with a living room and kitchen. It is next door to South Point which is so nice. There are shows that you can attend, a nice buffet and other restaurants to eat at which are really good. It is one of our favorite places to stay.

We recently stayed at Grandview Resort at Las Vegas and had an incredible experience. The location is perfect, offering easy access to Las Vegas attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that provided a relaxing atmosphere.
The amenities were top-notch, including the pool, gym. I was particularly impressed by the size and neatness of the our room.
Overall, my stay was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Las Vegas.

During our stay at Grandview Resort, we were fortunate to be assisted by MS. BELLE ( She is from the Philippines) from the moment we arrived, she provided exceptional service. Ms. Belle was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect.
She helped us checking in smoothly, providing local recommendations, or resolving any issues promptly. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home.
I truly appreciate Ms. Belle for her dedication and outstanding service. She is a valuable asset to Grandview Resort and I hope to encounter her again on my next visit.
