Tasty delicious tacos!! This local place is always bustling towards late night hours. Tortillas are warm and crispy. Hot soup was offered for dine in and included in take out orders too. They also have sides of salsa to choose from. Meat was tasty and everything was quite filling!
Friendly, fast, affordable. A great, first experience. The flavor is rich and tasty. Tortillas were a little cold for the tacos but it compensated with the flavor. A lot of items to choose from. Empalmes were the best!!
I really wanted to love the food, but I couldn't. It's probably still better than many around this area, imo. We tried the birria tacos, baebacoa, carne asada, andthe churros.
Food is extremely tasty, loved my quesabirrias. Portions are decent, prices are good. Tables are dirty, lots of tables empty but with dirty dishes, restrooms also messy.
This is absolutely the best Taqueria in DFW!
I ordered the Mix & Match Taco Plate with Grilled Chicken, Barbacoa, and Quesabirria. It came with a side of Spanish Rice and Charro Beans. All of the tacos were fresh and tasty, but the Quesabirria Taco was the superstar of the plate and was insanely good. We ordered another plate of Quesabirria Tacos to go. My son ordered the Tacos Al Vapor de Chicharron and the ( fried) Chicharron with Guacamole. He also had the Horchata Fresca to drink while I had the Coke Zero. One of the employees, Orlando was especially friendly and helpful. There are several other locations including Carrollton and Garland. This taqueria should definitely be on your bucket list! My only complaint is that they were out of soap in the women's bathroom. There were paper towels and the restroom was clean, otherwise.
OMG the Tamales were AWESOME! I’ve had the posole and the Menudo and both are great. Today I also had the chicharrones, with guacamole and that was good as well, but them tamales were the best. The service Is great other than it’s a small location and at times the tables are dirty, but overall excellent food!
I have been here several times. My favorite tacos are the trompo tacos. The beef tacos are ok. The chicken tacos are good. They put quite a bit of meat on the tacos. The salsa is good, but it could be spicer. The beans are ok. I also like their spicy pork tamales. The staff is always friendly. The restaurant is clean.
Food was okay, could’ve been better if it wasn’t cold and the chicken tacos lacked flavor. Also when we walked in it looked like the dinning room hadn’t been cleaned in hours. I had to use the restroom and it was so disgusting so I didn’t. I tried to was my hand and there was no soap or paper towels in the restroom… when I asked the said here is the soap jug just open it and I’ll fill it later and then no paper towels. Photos will show you that the bathroom was dirty well before me. Also the photos will show that this is Tex mex and not authentic Mexican tacos … would I come back probably not… to this location. The one in garland looks like a hole in the wall but at least it’s cleaner and taste way better.
