I've come here to both bldgs for two types of exams & both times they did an excellent job. They checked my prior images & radiology, checked insurance, got approval, and everything went smooth. Staff is friendly & gives good customer service. I've been elsewhere, and I definitely like the care better here! Tanner does it better for imaging!
I met with Doctor JD Frazier, and all I can say is he was absolutely amazing. He explained what was going on with me, something my other urologist never did and made me feel very comfortable. He also helped me understand my problem and is going to help me work through some issues. Very happy that I switched doctors....
I had an eye problem that was worrying me, it was changing my ability to see. My daughter recommended Dr. Richards to me. I was really grateful that he was able to work me in to his busy schedule. So grateful. He was able to figure out what was happening to me. He gave me a sample of some drops that helped and called in a script for me with good recommendations for further treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Richards to my friends.????????????
My daughter (24 yrs) needed a test which required her blood to be drawn every 30 minutes for 3 hours. Instead of placing an IV port to draw the blood, they poked her arm for each blood draw, 6-7 times total. After the last blood draw the nurse told my daughter that she would check with the Dr to see if any more blood was required & she would be right back. My daughter waited, and waited…for over an hour. By this time it was 5:40 PM (the clinic closes at 5:00). We understand that sometimes medical offices get behind. She finally walked out into the hall and everyone had gone home for the day. They had FORGOTTEN about her! No one came to follow up, no one came to clean and disinfect the room at the end of the day…they just left & went home. This is poor standard of care & completely unprofessional. We won’t be returning to Tanner Clinic.
Mike Young PA was amazing. He listened, was thorough, made sure I understood my options for treatment and explained things in a way I understood.
Tanner clinic office staff…that’s another story. The receptionist in rheumatology was more interested in talking with coworkers than talking to me. The MA wasn’t very friendly either.
I was treated politely at checkin and talked with a very pleasant nurse a few minutes later. When I met the doctor he was personable, attentive and completely professional, explaining his examinations, treatment and follow-up visits. He also promptly phoned in my prescription to my preferred pharmacy.
I have been going to Tanner clinic for almost 2 years now. I first started seeing Dr Shepard who then had me see Madelynn Randall, both of which are fantastic. My scheduled appointments are always on time, never having to wait whatsoever.
One of the best visits I've had with a practitioner! Although things always go well at Tanner Clinic! He was very thorough and took his time explaining things to me. His phlebotomist was also amazing, which I was grateful for because they took SOOO much blood!
