I have had a string of illnesses the over the past year where I've had to come to the urgent care more than anyone would like to. Thankfully, the staff here is so incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. You can truly tell they are there to help you and will listen to all your concerns and not treat you like you don't know what's going on with your body like other clinics I've been to in the past.
I cannot remember the names of everyone I've worked with so far at this facility, but the nurses in the urgent care were extremely kind and fun to talk to, the receptionist was very sweet and brought someone out before I was even checked in to talk about my abdominal pain. The woman with the southern twang who took my x-rays yesterday was very funny and a joy to talk to, and lastly both Dr. Healy and Dr. Baxter are extremely kind, attentive, and have done nothing but give me the exact help I need. They are both exceptional doctors and I could not recommend them or this facility as a whole enough!
Today I had a virtual appointment with Brady Tucker, a feature that I thoroughly enjoy. He listed to my symptoms, explained what was going on with me and prescribed some medications. His diagnosis seems to be perfect as I already seem to be feeling better after only one dose.
I always enjoy working with Brady, he’s open, and always lets me know what’s going on with me, his plan for my recovery, and what I can expect to have happen.
I’m 100% satisfied with today’s experience.
The nurse and staff in the outpatient they were so wonderful. They did it very fine job. I only spent one night for my back surgery, but I was well taken care of the whole time. I was there until I left to go home thank you guys.
I two visits at Tanner clinic today. One to an ENT doctor and another to Dermatologist. Each secretary, nurse and physician were kind and helpful. The doctors listened and I felt like I was heard and understood. They gave me the care I need to get better.
Our wait to be was very short. They were very friendly and thorough in the exam and in going over my test results. Their explanation of what to do next and in listening to my questions and concerns are appreciated. My husband came with me and when we left, he expressed how thorough and knowledgeable he felt both
members of this team who attended me are. I feel the same.
While Dr Nelson is good with my mom his front desk people need a lesson in customer service. When we arrived at her appointment the girl acted like she didn’t see us she just ignored my mom. Instead of saying something, like someone will be right with you or even acknowledge her I wouldn’t be writing this. Just a warning, don’t send your 90 year old mom in there by herself.
The clinic itself I was very impressed with. They got me in very quickly, even before time, if I showed up early. The nurses seemed very competent and friendly. I was less impressed with the doctor. He seemed very businesslike in his approach. My second visit with him was better though. I had chosen Dr Healey as my PCP, simply because I really needed one NOW, and he was in network and in the right location and accepting new patients. I’m not entirely sold on keeping him as my PCP, but because the second visit was a more positive experience, I am likely to hang in there a little longer.
I recently had the privilege of experiencing the exceptional care provided by the staff at Tanner Clinic. I always feel welcomed and at ease, thanks to their warm and attentive demeanor. Throughout the entire process, from pre-surgery consultations to post-operative care, their professionalism and dedication to patient safety were evident. Not only did they ensure that all my concerns were addressed, but they also went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. What truly stood out was their responsiveness; any questions or inquiries I had were promptly and thoroughly addressed, leaving me feeling reassured and well taken care of. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality care and a supportive environment for their cosmetic needs.
