Great place to dine. Ocean Trail has the best customer service. We witnessed a lady complaining about a dish she thought she had 6 months ago. The manager and waitress did everything they could do to satisfy the lady. Some people are never happy. They asked her to describe what she wanted and made it happen. That was incredibly next level customer service. We will be back, our food was excellent.
Didn't know what to expect being a casino hotel but super pleasantly surprised by the room and facilities. Room was new and beautiful, bathroom amazing. Had to walk through the casino but it wasn't a big deal and the restaurants looked nice as well. Ample parking. Location was middle of nowhere but relatively quick drive to anything.
I went on a business Trip here to a conference. The place has everything you need. Top notch service. Great food choices With-in the hotel. Full casino (24/7) rooms were clean and spacious. Views from the east side were amazing in the morning. (Sunrise)
Went with a friend to see Bret Michaels concert by the pool. The rooms are amazing - roomy and super comfortable. Great rain shower! The pools are very nice, bars good, didn't win at the casino but thats ok. Seeing a show there - Amazing! We just had general admission so we can walk around the pool and just hang out while the concert was happening. I think it was better then sitting in the seats unless you had front row. We had a great time.
This review is mainly for the hotel.
My room was clean and comfy. I was happy to see that there is a staff member who ensures you have a room key before going to the hotel portion of the resort. This helped make the experience feel safer, and it also kept any chaos that could happen from the casino from spilling into the hotel. The hallways were really quiet, and that helped to make my stay relaxing. I did not dine at any restaurants, but I heard good things about them. The location is somewhat convenient, it just depends on what your goals are when you visit. It’s about 30 minutes to downtown Phoenix, but close to highways and some shopping.
I came to this casino for the first time with high hopes and low expectations (mostly because I was expecting my money to disappear faster than my willpower around a buffet). But this place exceeded all my wildest dreams! Not only did I lose all my cash, but I lost it in such a glamorous, neon-lit way that I felt like a VIP on a game show.
First time visiting this casino while on vacation. Perks for 1st time players 25$ in free play. Nice..Every slot I played was very tight .. after playing for about 45 min on my own $ and not getting any hits or free spins money was dwindling.. I left . Casino is nice inside. Staff I encountered were friendly.
I came here 3 times while visiting the area. Really liked the poker room. Great breakfast and I’m sure other meals are good too. Played some craps and blackjack as well. I’ll be back next year to get my money back ????
