The atmosphere here is absolutely amazing! We were here for a week on our honeymoon and came twice. The food is great as well! Our server Mike was on top of things and ensured that we were well taken care of! It’s definitely the experience worth having! Be sure to check it out when you’re in the area and ask for Mike! Definitely sit in the car ????
This place is 10/10! It’s absolutely beautiful inside and out. The entire vibe is on point. The food was AMAZING! everything was delicious! I can’t recommend this place enough! The fried pickles and Sunliner burger were great! The service was amazing. We were there celebrating a birthday and the team came out and sang happy birthday to our table. Beautiful merch is sold inside. Parking lot is enormous! They serve breakfast lunch and dinner all day. I paid $60 for 2 people.
Mike was great! First time in Tennessee, and the first time we had breakfast, we decided to try the Sunliner Diner. Such a great experience, and fun ambiance! 1950s feel, even the menu was a newspaper, which was so funny and loved the fun facts posted inside as well as a bit of history on Pigeon Forge. Would definitely recommend to folks visiting the area. We did visit in late November mid-morning, so there was plenty of parking and did not have to wait to be seated in a great booth. Loved the experience. Thank you, Mike for the hospitality for us first-timers!
Tons of character, clean and great service. Drew was amazing and very knowledgeable. Portions were average. I had the meatloaf, pretty good over all. The cheddar Mac and cheese was hardly warm. My wife's chicken Alfredo was very good. Over all a nice place with a lot of nice people working there. Portions could be a little more but I'd recommend more on the character of the establishment over all.
This is our new favorite place. The service was amazing (Thank you Jacob!) And the food was delicious. Came out in a timely manner and was AMAZING. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich, and wow. The most flavorful sandwich I think I have ever tasted. My husband got the burger and the Suga Shake Supreme… both tasted so good. 10/10 recommend!
Glenn (Mountain Man ????) was very nice and checked on us several times despite having lots of guests! The diner is a very neat experience and atmosphere. Highly recommend! Also the menus are amazing.
If you had told me prior to our trip to the Pigeon Forge area that one of the best locations we would eat at was a diner, I would have laughed. But that is exactly what ended up happening. Sunliner Diner boasts an impressive atmosphere inside. The 1950's decor and music highlighted a more simpler time. Service was exceptional and the burger, fries, and milkshake, all were above board. Sunliner Diner has definitely made our list of places we will be sure to return during our next visit to the area.
Been by here the past 3 years, finally decided tonight was the night to visit. First off, the parking lot is huge and full of cars, but don't let that stop you from going in.... we went in and they weren't on a wait at all, we decided that we wanted to wait to sit in one of the cars, we waited maybe 15 minutes tops. Everyone was wonderful, from the hostess ladies, our server, even the young man who brought us our food. Our server (Brooke) and our food delivery person both took pictures of us sitting in the car booth with my phone. We both ordered a double classic burger with cheese, I got onion rings with mine, my bf got fries. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Delivered in a timely manner as well. They even have a super cute gift shop too! Definitely glad we came in and visited here. Definitely recommended.
