Such a unique and fun experience! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. There are a total 5 stories, however because of the cold and wind the outdoor terrace was closed. Their food is delicious and the highlight of the place. We tried the eggs purgatory and it was absolutely delicious. Please bring a Starbucks reserve to LA!
We visited this spot one Sunday morning for coffee, and while there was a long line on every floor, the wait wasn’t bad at all. The staff here is incredibly efficient, making the process smooth and quick. We tried the special seasonal latte, along with some pizza and bread for brunch, and it was all quite good. However, I have to say, the coffee really stood out—it's not the kind of thing you'd find at a regular Starbucks, so definitely go for the specialty coffee here.
Also, there's a bar on the top floor of the building, and we decided to try a cocktail. It was delicious and great value for the price. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth checking out!
One of the coolest places I have been to. I'm not a huge Starbucks fan, but this place is so unique that it is impossible to not give it a 5-star rating. Multiple levels exhibit various different things (one floor for food/regular coffee, one floor for experimental items, one floor with a bar, etc.). The ambiance and educational tidbits give the visitor the ability to fully enjoy and appreciate the journey that occurs from bean to cup. I highly recommend anyone in the area to visit, you won't regret it.
The Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Chicago is a must-visit for its stunning interior architecture and excellent coffee. While prices are slightly higher than average, they remain reasonable, and the bakery items are exceptional. Don’t miss out on this experience if you’re in the city!
The atmosphere is absolutely amazing.
Floors of vibes. We went to the top floor for cocktails. It was very crowded and a little confusing on where to order.
Drinks average about $20. They were tasty. Seating was almost impossible. However we eventually found one. When ordering you must have the ID of everyone odering.
So with it being two of us one had to wait in line while the other grabbed a seat. Only to find out i needed his ID. This made the process annoying. Once i got over that I couldn't get the martini flight I wanted so that was disappointing .. I would return because it's such a great vibe, and the only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because it was hard to get seated and I couldn't get my martini flight ..
It’s one of the most impressive places to see when in Chicago even for none coffee lovers.
and is a coffee lover’s dream. It’s the largest Starbucks in the world, offering five floors of exclusive coffee blends, cocktails, and fresh pastries. The modern design, interactive experiences, and friendly staff make it a great spot for a unique coffee experience. It can get crowded and a bit pricey, but the quality and atmosphere are worth it. A must-visit for anyone exploring Chicago’s Magnificent Mile.
If you’re a fan of coffee in general and Starbucks especially, this is a place you’ll want to visit. It’s one out of six open places like this around the globe.
Nominally it’s a place where you can try out a lot of unusual blends and beans, but in reality it’s mostly a brand building gift shop. Which is perfectly fine if you like nicely designed mugs or specialty brew beans.
You can order coffee at every floor, of which there are five. Every floor has a theme, including an alcohol based one at the top.
If you want to learn more they also offer tasting sessions. I think you have to preregister for that.
Note that there was a line when I was there, a Saturday just before lunch. Maybe 50 people. Took about 5-10 to get in. As mentioned above this is mostly for tourists…
Very cool and unique experience. There is not much seating on each floor, though, so prepare to stand or wait for an opening. The food was pretty good, nothing special, and the coffees were all nice. I would recommend branching from your typical order and trying one of the reserve-exclusive drinks.
