Very bad experience. I waited an hour and a half to have a French tip full set. It took a very long time, the tech filed so hard on the sides of my nails every finger bled. They also used the cuticle cutters until I bled as well. I was never asked what shape I wanted and the white almost takes over my whole nail. Overall the experience was very bad and so was the result.
Lisa is always so friendly and accommodating. She does an excellent job with my nails.
I love the ladies at star nails and I really love this Cat Eye look!! I’ll definitely be going back!
Came for full set, they did awful on the polish, it’s all over my fingers, then missed several spots on polish. I asked her to clean it up some and she didn’t clean anything up. Very hateful when my sister asked to cut her nail cuticles. Paid 75$ for awful service will never ever be back. I think it’s terrible they make you pay when they do an awful job.
I like going there, the staff is great, but my figures usually come out with cuts on them from getting the acrylic nails
Ok. Not my main manicure or pedicure place. I went in here for a fill-in & a pedicure. The nail tech who done my nails used the "electric cuticle tool", made them bleed from how much skin they filed off. Violently & Hard filing the acrylic to the point where some of the skin came off. Only giving it a 2 stars because of the good pedicure I had done. :).
I understand this place is busy, but damn. I went in for a full set of acrylics. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes, and being 2nd in line when getting there, and them calling their "regulars" back who signed in after I did, I'm finally seen. The nail tech instantly chopped my nails down to the nail bed... I instantly knew I made a mistake. I have been working so hard to get my nails to grow and she just cut em right off. The woman rushed to do my nails. I had to have her go back and fix them multiple times because they were crooked. My whole middle finger looks crooked. I told her and she just kept filing it and making it look worse, to the point I made her stop. All my nails are different lengths. I will never, ever return.
I wanted to say how nice they were there. And she did such an amazing job for me and my daughter. I will be going there for now on. And she gave me the most amazing hand massage thank you for your amazing service.
