Best WLM Reviews
This casino stands out in terms of facilities and scale compared to nearby Oregon coast casinos. Previously, I parked my RV and enjoyed the facilities (there's a dedicated RV campground), but this time, I visited for a meal. Considering the number of visitors and the size of the parking area, the pet zone was too small, and the grass was too muddy for a proper walk. While a dog spot may not seem crucial for a casino, I think improving these facilities would help attract more passing customers.
Many Oregon coast casinos lack well-organized facilities, but this one is well-managed, with a sports viewing area, screen golf, a relaxation zone, a brewery taproom, and more. Although it's not on par with Las Vegas, it’s a well-structured casino. I dined at the Mountain View sports bar restaurant, enjoyed the food, and got a membership card to earn points on my spending, allowing me to enjoy a bit of gaming. It's a recommended place.
2nd visit and more photos. Everything from our first visit was matched. Differences listed below.
Butter for the crab taste like butter they use on movie theater popcorn. Asparagus cooked beautifully. Different variety of ???? desserts last night. Prime rib was good. Horseradish was on the hot side. Mash potatoes very tasty. Ribs "less burnt" this time. Customer service excellent making you feel like a king.

Review spirit mountain casino
Seafood fest buffet $65/person
The set up:
From the main door, follow all the way to the right until you think you went to far. It's in an event room on the left. Start with the soup(clam chowder)/saled table. Some basic salad selections, real bacon crumbles, and of course hugh chilled shrimp.
Next station has fresh clams, oysters, large crab legs, fried cod, fried oysters, large fried shrimp, prime rib, ham, turkey, bbq pork ribs, chicken strips, mashed potatoes, mac/cheese and asparagus. 3rd station had 8 to 10 different desserts, plus ice cream.
Food review:
Oh my gosh. My wife loved the fresh (fresh) crab definitelynot frozen. Juicy and full of flavor, best she has had in many years of trying new places. Can get a bowl of melted butter to dip the meat in. This now is her favorite place
Wife also ordered coffee and that was exceptional.
As i am not an extreem seafood fan, i enjoyed the fried shrimp, dipping them into my clam chowder. The fried cod was ok. The bbq pork ribs were pretty good.
Ideally, the prime rib and seafood is the main reason to be here. There is enough options non seafood if a partner is joining a seafood fan to this place.
Service, cleanliness:
We felt like special guest. The service was far above par along with their friendliness. No request was to great or to small for them. The room was very clean ... more so than national chain restaurants.
Conclusion :
This will be our go to place for my wife seafood fix. Note- buffet option shuts down for the month of December. Verify on website for dates.
Dealers are fun and helpful. The seafood buffet is too expensive now at $65 a person. Had our dinner at the other restaurant just inside the main entrance and was very happy with what we ordered. Great wait staff as well
Gotta admit Spirit Mountain is my favorite casino in Oregon. Lots of machines to play, plenty of table games , good food, and nice and spacious inside. I like how big it is. Don’t feel like your walking around in circles like at some casinos. A few great places to catch a bite to eat. Took the wife there for her bday weekend. We had a great time. Stayed in one of there mid tier rooms. No complaints from me, would definitely recommend checking out if you haven’t.
Friendling, clean, spacious, exciting atmosphere. They even have a smoking slot machine game area, multiple roulette tables 21 and poker. A really nice big sports lounge with multiple screens and gambling. They're currently installing an electronic driving range for fellow golfers. Beautiful contribution Hall of their elders with the spirit Mountain Lodge attached. Just a beautiful place ❣️
Beautiful casino! And prezels bigger than your head! Easy to navigate, plenty of space to move around, incredibly clean, and seemingly professionally managed.
The drive out to the casino is very long and curvy, but the terrain is gorgeous and this casino is worth the trip.
the slots seem to be as empty as the building. this place is HUGE. It makes the other tribal gaming casinos in Oregon look like a middle aged man's midlife crisis gameroom. I have been to this casino approx. 5 times in 5 yrs. every single time I arrive they have randomly moved things around.
1st visit: entire casino and property is no smoking
2nd visit: you can smoke in designated outdoor areas with no gaming
3rd visit: large rotunda gaming area is smoking area
4th visit: large rotunda is non smoking and rest of the casino is smoking
5th visit: smoking in small low ceiling area with a few slots stuffed into the room and no table games
everything in life changes but usually for a purpose. this seems like random acts of bureaucracy at its worst. maybe it's one to many hits off the peace pipe. I'm not sure. I just know that I spend and don't win. I can wander around for an hour and never see another person anyday after 11pm. anyway this is probably the most boring review I've ever written and it's needlessly longer than it needs to be. kinda like the casino it's written about..blah blah blah
This is a nice casino. RV Park is brand new and absolutely top notch. We like to stop here for one night on the way to the coast for a long weekend. There are not a lot of food choices but the restaurant is not bad. The nachos are particularly good
