Thanks for the fun times from the great selection of music playing as we walked around trying out the numerous of different slot machines and table games to the amazing steak dinner at Ignite. Nice size portions which were cooked to perfection, and the waitstaff were amazing and attentive. The last piece of the adventure was the room. Spacious and very relaxing. The bed from the mattress to the pillowcases was so comfortable. I could go on and on more. Do yourself a favor and go for a night or three. Thanks again for a great weekend.
This hotel is so very nice. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, the room is spacious, and I love the rain shower head. The staff is so very nice and the food is just incredible. Ignite steakhouse was one of the best restaurants I have eaten. I had the sea bass and it was so good! Service was impeccable. We enjoyed the casino as well. There’s so many games to choose from. Cannot wait to go back!
I will say the hotel room was very spacious! Pricey but spacious! Our room was really nice! Very up to date! The view was great! Not to mention we took advantage of the buffet & I usually don’t eat at buffets but I must say the food was quite flavorful. The only downside was that the bartender at the buffet was a bit rude. I guess his patience wore thin by closing time but other than that we had a great experience!
Rooms were beautiful. Wasn't very happy about the after 4pm check in. I didn't gamble but the Fry House had good wings and the Ignite Steakhouse drinks at the bar were on point! I will definitely be eating there when I go back.
Had crab legs for husband's birthday, they weren't the best but filled our craving, also enjoyed trying many other options on the buffet. After we walked around the casino, was shocked at the buy in prices for the tables, tried a few slots and left before the truck giveaway. We asked for help signing up for the players card and everyone was very helpful. Buffett price is very reasonable for all you can eat crab Legs
This was my first time here at this casino and I was disappointed. I made reservations online and once I made it to the property to pay they didn't honor my quote. So I canceled my reservation and only stayed one night. There was no phone service no where in the casino which was an inconvenience. The rooms were very clean and nice. I feel like there should have been more towels in the restroom. There was just a small amount of slot machines in the smoking area and they were all old. It was only self served drinks which didn't make playing fun because I was thirsty. After this experience I won't waste any of my money at this facility.
Food ,drinks good selections. ABSOLUTELY fabulous rooms and the bed is so heavenly .As is the whole Hotel.Would recommend to all family and Friends. Valet staff wonderful ans so friendly and polite.Every staff member asked what was the occasion for our visit. When I told them for my Birthday, they all wished me a Happy Birthday and glad I chose to spend it at Southland with them.
Ms. Brenda at the hotel desk was more than a blessing along with Mrs. Shantel! My wife and I had ran into a string of unfortunate events leading up to our arrival and they pulled every string they could to accommodate to our situation. They were both more than friendly and beyond helpful. We are grateful beyond words and did I mention blessed and highly favored? 10/10 highly recommend!
