Was my first time here came along with my father. This was so festive. You see huge Christmas decorations driving into this amazing place. I walked in and was greeted by a security guard. I ask where I can sign up. I was told to go to the right and there it was. It was easy to get helpful info and what promotions were running today.
Had a fun time didn't win big. But I got some lunch with my dad. I got the spicy stir-fried shrimp dinner. So much shrimp ???? ????. Plenty parking there, even shuttles picking people everywhere. Thanks for a great day ????
Beautiful place environment food and fun. Enjoyable times when I go. I win most of the times, and even when I lose.. (oh well) ???? Great times with family and friends from all over the country on visits. Just moved to California from Georgia. This is my Chill good video Joint ???? I gave it 5 stars because I didn't loose all my money here. Left with an extra $100 or so. Games have been updated since I was there last.....and that's a big plus. Their gas station has gas at a better price. I'll be back soon I'm sure!
Overall, the stay at this hotel was pleasant and the staff was nice, but the resort staff needs to ensure the new employees are aware of the latest services and what should and should not be offered. During my 1-night stay I was disappointed with the fact that the Fairway restaurant offered a dinner special (Thanksgiving style), but it was not communicated they were out of cranberry sauce prior to placing my order. Fortunately, the staff was able to get some from a different restaurant which was appreciated. In addition to this, I ordered room service for breakfast and most of my order was incorrect due to some of the items supposedly no longer being on the menu which was clearly still shown on the printed copy provided in my room. They charged me full price for everything, including the items I did not receive and gave me a $25 credit toward a future visit.
The only reason I can’t score a 5 on location is because it’s a 2 hour drive from the main city of LA. Rooms are great! Staff is extremely friendly! The rewards you get are insane as well! I’ve stayed here numerous times and have never paid for a room! The tables have friendly and helpful staff and I’ve never had a problem with learning a game!
The room was very nice and very clean. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave! The grandchildren and I had a great time in the pool. The staff is so friendly and helpful and very professional. I love how when you arrive the gentleman helps you out of your car and radios the front desk your name and description of dress attire so that they start the check in process before you walk up to the counter and are able to greet you by name as you walk up, nice touch. The chocolate cake from the bakery is to die for! Will definitely go back and I'm recommending this place to everyone I know.
We did a day trip because I was visiting California. The Casino is Large and the slot games are spread out nicely on the floor. We ate lunch there and the food was delicious! Has some luck there too! I would recommend this to any gambler to visit. Had a Great time and definitely would go back again
While the location is lacking and i wish they had covered parking, I gotta say the rooms are very nice, grounds are beautiful, water pressure is immaculate and their meeting rooms are fantastic too. I’ve stayed here twice for conferences and I’m never disappointed when I do. Wish they had a microwave somewhere in the hotel but otherwise the rooms are great. No electric vehicle parking yet either which would be nice.
