I’m pretty disappointed with my stay. We were told our room was free due to a promo they were having with another company. AFTER finalizing the room we were then told there were to be a hotel fee which the total wasn’t disclosed until check in. We stayed 3 nights (as planned) and the fee was 100$ a night. To stay there it’s 98 a night (I looked online) . How is that free? The airport shuttle is free to and from the airport. But you are required to reserve it 4 hours before the scheduled meet up and they only run hourly, and we weren’t told to also need 4 hours beforehand so from the airport we couldn’t get a ride. Then the shuttle in the morning doesn’t run from 9:15 to noon? The rooms are nice but our bed you could tell was very old and had a big hole in the center that me and my boyfriend found ourselves in due to gravity. The room didn’t have a microwave either to heat up food. Only good thing was Mel at the front desk. She was helpful and informative and helped us out a lot during our stay. Ultimately it was lack of communication before arrival that was our main concern and I feel a bit scammed and bait and switched to be honest.
Absolute must! Silverton has A-1 service from the valet to the front desk, to the bell hop and servers! Do not make the mistake I made and try to save a few bucks! When you know a place is A-1….book it! Parking is free..but tipping valet only costs a few dollars…other hotel was 21.00 a night!! Rip off! Then, someone actually came and got our bags…tip them..I didn’t have to worry about checking in and dragging my bags with me! The front desk staff…wow! Made sure my rewards were looked at correctly..and saved me money! Sundance food..service..outstanding…did miss the gelato though! Hope it’s back in February when I’m going back! Loved that the pool was heated…will bring suit next time! There is a HUGE hot tub spa out there in the beautifully renovated pool area. Twin Creeks for a special dinner…best sea bass I have ever had in my life! The coffee was even amazing with a natural sugar stock and biscotti! The server explained things about the food that I had questions about..and did not treat me like I was a rookie! This exclusive steak house is the fanciest, most relaxing, great service, great food restaurant I have ever eaten at!! A must!!!! Shopping at the attached Bass Pro Shop is also a must…snacks…gifts..and boats! It’s huge..and the scenery is amazing! You also have to see the huge fish tank with swimming mermaids! I can’t say enough great things about The Lodge at Silverton! It’s the only place I’ll ever stay when traveling to Las Vegas.
We really enjoyed our time at the Silverton Casino Lodge and Hotel. The room renovations are top notch, the staff very helpful and kind and most of all, quite welcoming. We will definitely come back here. Another plus is that their parking is free and they have all the games/machines you could want. In addition, the beds were so fluffy and comfortable, and the Bananas Foster French toast for breakfast was a real winner!
This is my 14th year in a row (Minus Covid years of course) The bed and the pillows are the best I have ever encountered. Housekeeping staff fast and efficient. Reception always smiling even when they are busy. Spent countless hours in front of the aquarium watching. Bass Pro is always a great place for Xmas shopping|Best place in Vegas.
Great food options. If you like to gamble and eat, their Senior Monday program is good. 50% off one entree. We also get $50 food credit with our stay. Easy to earn comp room. Military, First responders get specials on Tuesdays.
Excellent room, food and service. This place is ran well. Plenty of promotions to keep us at the property. Had fun playing the bar slots and the bartenders were all fantastic. Mexican restaurant was good and the atmosphere was fantastic. Big shopping center a short walk away with a Target and plenty of off property dining choices. Would definitely return!
Great spot off the strip. Very reasonable prices. Renovated 1 year ago. Fantastic south western theme rooms. The food on premise is outstanding and reasonable prices. Pool area is fantastic with food food as well. Gaming area is big and decent pay outs.
One of our favorite casinos in the entire country. The clientele is more local and is relaxed compared to the other casinos. That doesn't mean that it is less crowded. I have been here when you can't find a machine or table to fit into, but it's a great place. The staff are awesome, lots of security and has some loose machines. We can normally spend a full day of enjoyment. Have not stayed at the hotel as it was higher in price compared to other local hotels... someday will stay here, maybe next trip
