Love this hotel! The rooms are beautifully renovated and we loved the pool. Water is perfect temperature and lounges are so nice, in and out of pool. I would go back for the pot roast at the sundance grill. The drink girl came around regularly at the casino. We also love shopping at the bass pro shop there. It was great to be picked up by their airport shuttle as well. Will definitely be back. Caren
5 stars all around. Fabulous place. Atmosphere is awesome. Food is fantastic. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and comfy. I'd stay here again and again. The aquarium is really cool. They had a mermaid swimming around with the fish one day when I was there and the sporting goods store attached to the casino is very cool too . Shopping and gambling. What a fabulous combination.
Love this hotel, it’s newly renovated and the rooms are very nice. We have a $10 million pool edition/ upgrade. I love the mermaid aquarium, the machines pay out pretty well and the long-term staff are very warm. I will say the restaurants don’t have the best service. The food is good. It’s just not the best service overall it’s one of my favorite local casinos.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. The renovations are gorgeous, fabulous theme, modern but traditional. The room was a great size, absolutely gorgeous decor! The bathroom was soooooo beautiful. Tons of storage, lovely little extras, coffee machine with proper cups, free bottles of water and glasses to drink from. |Staff were welcoming, professional, attentive and overall great. |Lovely stay here.
Difficult to find. The high rise with 'Silverton' on the roof is not the Silverton. I know, right? The entrance to the hotel, which is a four story, is around back. The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfy except, the mattresses had no edge support. The pillows were wonderful. I wish I could buy one. The pool area was very clean and again, very friendly staff. My complaint is: my reservation confirmation from Silverton had a total price (yes, it states 'total price') that includes the room rate and tax but the receipt at check out was about $40 more because they don't add the 'resort fee' to the 'total price' until it's time to check out. The receipt indicates the resort fee is 'automatic' but the confirmation does not. It should be included to the total price so that shoppers may compare true total prices with other hotels.
This is a nice off strip location, loved the rooms and decor. My only issue is that the room wasn't as well insulated for sound as I would like. I was woken up at 5am by the noise from the room next door. Douglas at the pool is great! Give that guy a raise. I would stay here again.
I just love the Silverton Casino. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious, quiet and very clean. All the restaurants are excellent. You won't have a bad meal at any of their restaurants. I love room service, so we ordered in, and the presentation was great. The coffee was hot and delicious, as well as my eggs and pancakes.
The Silverton is always one of our favorite stops when we are in Vegas. They have a huge Bass Pro Shop that is so clean and fun to walk through. The aquarium is nice to see and they even have a mermaid in it at times. Definitely stop by the Silverton.
