Silver Legacy is in the middle of EVERYTHING! Our room was great, though the sink was clogged (hence the 4 stars for the room), but other than that, everything else was great! Value for the money is really good because the resort fee & taxes are high. Actually, they're more per night than the room itself! The shopping is great, the 24-hour cafe has a fantastic smash burger on an onion roll which was juicy and delicious! The service was excellent although it was a weekday when we went so that could've played a part in it. But I honestly can't complain about any aspect of my stay. We had a great time, and we'll definitely return!
Overall, our trip was Amazing. It is very clean, everyone is really nice, and the prices for everything is affordable. Silver Legacy is very big and connected to Circus Circus and El Dorado. A couple suggestions for they could add that would really help visitors is a list of all the restaurants, attractions, shows, and maybe a map. We had no idea what is here and not everybody can do all of the walking because it is A LOT OF WALKING. We came to the hotel on a shuttle and when we arrived, I thought there would be some personnel to greet us and help if needed, maybe have some luggage carts but nobody was there to guide or help us. Check-in was extremely easy, which I greatly appreciated and they also have self check in. If you need a wheelchair, I highly suggest you rent it before hand or you won’t get one. One minor complaint is, there is no fridge in the room. I was on a smoking floor, which I thought would smell like an ashtray, but it actually smelled very good and you could not smell cigarettes at all. One thing I thought was really awesome is they allow dogs. There are kids, but they’re not allowed on the casino floor, so they’re basically only allowed to walk through. Outside of the casino there are A LOT of empty buildings, so if you wanna do shopping, you’ll have to have a car and go away from the casino. I would definitely visit again

Valley was attentive and got me situated.
Even though there were a few people up ahead of me, the front desk folks did what they were supposed to do and called me up. Very attentive and kind.
I appreciate that the elevators require a card key to access floors.
The room was as expected, clean with a great view.

This hotel was booked very last minute and what a choice of hotels to pick to stay two nights in in Reno.
Check in was for 3pm but we managed to get checked in early at no extra cost and the desk attendant was extremely helpful and very joyful unlike some other hotels.
Got to our room (36 floor) and wow the room was outstanding. The shower room/toilet area was fantastic. It was HUGE. And the lighting was spot on. Lovely and bright and also extremely clean. The shower was very powerful and fantastic space to stand to get washed or to even sit down and wash. The bath was in the same room as the bed/tv area but made no difference as it too was huge and deep. Didn’t take long to fill it either. The view from the window was also very nice but not great if you don’t like heights.
Valet parking was reasonable as well and service was also no problem for checking the car in and collecting the car was also done quick and no hassle.
When in Reno definitely stay here one of the best hotels and plenty to do inside the hotel complex as well restaurants, bars, casinos shops etc.

Got the luxury suite with hot tub and ended up staying an extra night because of how peaceful it was. Hot tub was an extra fee but sooo worth it. Great view to see as you unwind in the tub. Staff there for any needs we had.
Can't wait to stay again and best of all. TOTALLY affordable.
My room was fine although I thought I could hear the elevators moving. One advantage of this hotel is that it connects with two others (Eldorado & Circus Circus)|so you can get more variety. There is a lounge with a live bsand and a dueling pianos bar for entertainment. You don't want to walk around outside at night.
The receptionist was friendly and very fast. The bottles of water as a welcome gift are an excellent idea. Every employee I interacted with was very friendly. I was on the 16th floor, very quiet and comfortable. I definitely highly recommend, especially for the price.
This is a beautiful casino in down town Reno. Convenient to park with there will lite parking garage or there is always valet. So many nice folks working all with a smile. There is all the latest and greatest new gaming machines for your enjoyment. If in Reno, the Silver Legacy is a wonderful place to stay and play. Happy winning!
