We were not here for gambling, but only as a one night stay during our west coast drive tour.
We booked it months in advance and got an excellent price, so it was our best hotel out of 9, with the lowest price. I suppose they give such low prices (90$ including the resort fee) to attract people to gamble.
Whatever, our room was modern and obviously recently renovated. Spotlessly clean and very spacious, including the bathroom also. Excellent bedding and view from high floor. Free parking and water, very central location
It's an older hotel but the rooms are nice, service was great. Busy but not to crowded. I like the pool area small & quaint where you can relax. Bathroom door had a spot that the paint peeled off & some little things. I would definitely go back again. You do need to drive out of the area to sight see.
Free parking and nice clean spacious rooms. Not sure how old the hotel is but it still feel new. Centrally placed on the strip and a stones throw from Kwok’s Bistro which was lovely but make sure you make a reservation…but if not they do takeout.|Surrounding area didn’t feel great but maybe that’s the time of year. Someone offered to take a photo of us but I wasn’t giving him my phone!
Perfect stay. Great location, staff were friendly, machines were good to us. Didn’t walk away winners but didn’t lose a lot. |Great room, nice views. Much better than Las Vegas and not too many people that it made us feel crowded. Walkable to Circus Circus. Saw Menopause the Musical and we recommend it! We did all the things here we wouldn’t normally do in Vegas so very happy with our time here
We've stayed here several times in the past and this time was disappointing. The room was large and clean. Water pressure in shower was good. The staff do a great job keeping up with cleanliness and keeping my room stocked with towels and such.|However, it doesn't matter how much freshener you use. The smoke from the casino, and guessing some patrons smoking upstairs, kept my room smelling of smoke. I stayed 4 nights and when I drove home I could smell smoke on me and that morning had not been in the casino. All of my clothes reeked of smoke.|I expect if I'm in the casino the smokiness will permeate my hair and clothes. But just being in the room?|There is a new hotel across the street. No casino and no smoking. |Also, I booked my stay on Expedia and the "mandatory local fees". When I checked out, the hotel charged me a second $125.79 for "resort fees". Funny, Expedia took the exact same amount. I paid twice to have irritated sinuses and eyes along with smelling like smoke even after a 7 hour drive.|Think I'm done with the hotel.
From the moment we arrived at the airport we were greated by Silver Legacy staff to ensure our arrival went smoothly to our hotel . Once at the hotel a staff member greeted us gave us room keys to ensure we were set for our rooms As I am traveling with family we needed a wheelchair , security helped walk us to our room with the wheelchair. We appreciated the assistance. |Our room is beautiful,spacious, and clean. Looking out we are able to see part of the downtown as well as the beautiful landscape. Our amenities include coffee maker with starbucks coffee pods (thanks mmm good cup of joe,a mini fridge,a nice flatscreen tv , a safe just in case we hit it big.All and all we we've been impressed with the customer service everyone has been helpful courteous.We look forward to our next trip back knowing the Silver Legacy is a Diamond in the rough.
You will have no trouble finding lots of things to do and fun places to eat, even if you are not a gambler or drinker. The room I stayed in was in great shape. Loved the self checkout and check in system.
Well, I only had 1 shower in 3 nights & 4 days! Had no COLD water to mix with scalding hot water.
Called & a nice man came to try and fix but didn't last. Waited 2 hours when originally called so-called again. He was in the room until 10:00 pm. Used bottled water to brush my teeth! Never offered to give me a different room, but the lady across the hall had the same issue, so I didn't cause a ruckus. I just had a miserable, horrible stay!
