I go eat here 3 days out the week because I work in this area. . at least 80% of the tome the bagel are hard and not fresh. I see customers taking there bagel back because they are hard. Today 10/24/24 at 9:15 am I went and purchased the normal bagel I always get once again was very hard, so I took it back and ask the lady if I could have another bagel because it was hard . so lady that remade the bagel gives me another one it waa cold and she downy put it through the toaster. So it was cold and hard . we as customers she be getting quality food for the price we pay . please address this issue and I appreciate you for the time and attention to this matter
One of the most expensive bagels but of course don’t expect anything less at the airport. No choice when you are with hungry kids. It wasn’t so bad but def not the best.
As a frequent traveler, I've become normalized to inflated prices with low quality. This place takes the cake for their prices vs. Quality. This was quite possibly the worst airport bagel I've ever had while being the most expensive. The bagel was dry and flavorless. I only ate about half of mine. The service and everything else was fine. For two people to grab a breakfast to go to be well into the $50 range was astronomically overpriced. Save your money go to hudson news for food here.
Got the Franchie bagel and a chocolate chip muffin and paid $30 for it. I don't think it was worth it. You do get a rich bagel indeed but the flavor was not there and it was too dry. The bagel bread itself was good but the ingredients did not deliver. The muffin had way too much brown sugar and cinnamon so it was not the fluffy chocolate chip muffin I was expecting. Had to throw out half of it because the tast was too overwhelming. Staff was really nice. There were way too many employees on site and they were still slow with the service.

Every time I fly out of LAS I want to get one of these bagels! My flights are typically early in the morning and these bagels are so delicious and fresh. We've had the sesame with strawberry smear and the breakfast bagel. The breakfast bagel is perfect to share as it has 2 fried eggs!!!
Bagel mania had great food . Only reason I’m getting a 4 Star is because a very nice employee named MonaLisa made a mistake and they were multiple people yelling at her in front of guests telling her she rang something up wrong. It was just highly inappropriate you could pull her to the back and do that you don’t need to do it in front of guests that are waiting . This happened on 12/23 at 1:15pm at terminal A. I hope you turn this into a coaching moment .
Never again will I pay these prices for a sandwich , drink and chips. It’s Jewish owned, so I should’ve know better.
