The food was fantastic, as expected. Everything was fresh and made to order, so do give them a few minutes to prepare your food. I loved every bite of the burger, and every sip of my cookies and cream shake. Try to avoid visiting late in the afternoon, and instead get your brunch here in the morning if you don’t want to wait in long lines
Service is great and sandwich also taste good. Depends on the time it will be either crowded or less crowded, since this place is near time square. Wait time is around 10 minutes only. Avoid visiting during peak hours or else you will be waiting in the long queue. I highly recommend this place.
Nice place with tables and a standing area for quick bites. Staff was super nice. They don't have tablets to order. We went to another Shake shack and they had 2 specialty burgers that weren't available here. They did have the temporary specialty milkshakes though. Overall, a pleasant experience and very yummy food.
Stopped by Shake Shack with high expectations, fueled by some fantastic memories from their Korea locations. Unfortunately, the experience here didn't quite measure up. I tried the Shack Stack along with two limited offerings. Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Korean BBQ Burger. While the Shack Stack was somewhat decent enough to try, I wouldn't rush back for the burgers in general. The BBQ Burger and Chicken Sandwich were particularly disappointing. The BBQ Burger had a slight hint that reminded me of Korea, but overall, the quality of the burger didn't live up to expectations. As for the Chicken Sandwich, it lacked any real connection to the Korean flavors I was hoping for. Real miss on execution for both. Another downside was the service. The attendant seemed somewhat reluctant to assist us, which didn't help the situation. It's a reminder that not every experience can be perfect, even in a city known for its incredible food scene. There are always exceptions, a sign of the human element in every establishment. This location might be a hit for some, but the miss for me.
We've tried the veggie burger (with steak made of carrots, sweet potatoes, quinoa...) and it's the best plant-based burger we bother ever had in our life ! The fries are also very tasty and crispy, we've liked better the classic fries over the ones with cheddar sauce (which are still very great). A very recommended place if you are looking for tasty burgers.

Great cheesy fries (I got the spicy ones) , fab burgers and would highly recommend the
chocolate shake and mango passionfruit lemonade. The shake is thick and delicious. The lemonade is refreshing.
The only problem here is that when you finish it you want another one :D
The hamburger is perfect, so yes the only problem is that the portion compared to what you find in the city seems to be a bit small.
The French fries are also really good.
But even if the hamburger is not that big I truly recommend you to try this place :)
Shake Shack Theatre District is a very busy location of the famous fast casual chain. I always enjoy the burgers and fries at Shake Shack. This location suffers a little bit on taste due to the high volume and chaos of all the customers.
