Nice friendly casino convenient for both north and south bound travel. They have a travel center with great fuel prices, and an RV park that is simply wonderful. They are also located close to a very nice rest area where you could park overnight to rest. They have a shuttle that will pick you up and take you anywhere in town.
We enjoy stopping at the rest stop and/or the campground on our trip both north and south. Highly recommend.
The hotel rooms are always clean. The beds are comfy and the pillows are fluffy. I always have an enjoyable stay whenever I decide to come visit. The restaurants offer very good food with reasonable prices for the amount of food they serve you. There is a nice selection of slot machines. The only thing I think that could be improved upon is the filtering of the air quality in the smoking section. Sometimes I suffer greatly when there is a lot of smoke. I realize there is a non smoking section but the machines I like to play happen to be in the smoking section!
The Spa was awesome. Nice clean massage rooms, They have a wet and dry sauna room. Hot tub!!! Free shuttle to and from travel center parking lot. Food was great!!! Being a trucker it was a nice place for some down time....
I love this casino and all staff has been super friendly. The one thing I do not care for is the amount of soap that dispenses in the rest rooms. I have to go back 3 times for enough soap to foam both hands. Other then that amazing place!
Members at front desk always pleasant and helpful, courteous and polite. Rooms always very clean! Servers at the restaurants always polite and friendly. Food and drinks very good! Casino floor clean! One exception Slots, they didn't cooperate, they didn't give me my Jack Pot!! Not to worry, as the Terminator said, " I will be back"! Thank you, 7 Feathers, always a fun time!!
Just be honest with your customers. We called in ahead and double checked we could be in the rooms after 3pm. We arrived a little early and were told we could check in at 3:05 pm and they would call. We went to get a drink and play in the casino while waiting, but never got a call. So went to check if they forgot about us at 3:30pm. The room was just still needing an inspection and they would call us. Then at 4pm we checked again and were ready to be in our room to rest. It still needed another inspection to double check it was inspected! ????
The perfect place to stop overnight while on our road trip. It’s dog friendly and they provided dog bowls for our pup! This place has everything you need to freshen up including restaurants, bars, coffee shop, and a gas station. I want to say THANK YOU to the staff for being so friendly. We accidentally left an item behind in our room. Luckily, housekeeping returned the item and the security guy called us to let us know they found it. Would recommend this place and stay here again.
