I apologize for giving "I'd like to speak to your manager" vibes, but for such a pricey hotel I wanna just touch on a couple things for those looking to splurge for (what's supposed to be) a nice hotel. So the signage game is pretty weak. It was difficult to figure out where to park in relation to where check-in was. Let alone finding signs to direct to the front desk (most signs were digital, so you had to stand and wait for them to cycle through to figure out the direction you needed). They leave the TVs on in the rooms when you walk in, which is cool and all at first, until you realize your neighbor's room might not be occupied so those TVs stay on loudly all night and you can hear it through the walls. Also the room we were in had a problem with the AC unit, where every half hour it made a loud vibrating sound, near equivalent to a jackhammer. We didn't know this until around 1am when we got back, exhausted, from a show in their event center. It felt too late to deal with so we attempted to sleep through it and wound up getting all together about 2 or 3hrs of sleep. We gave up on any quality sleep so decided to check out at 6am. We addressed the noise during check out so I hope they at least sent maintenance to fix it for the next person. I will say that upon our arrival they upgraded us to a suite which seemed super awesome and nice...but for the almost $500 we paid for just a 1night stay in a standard room, I kinda wish they would've let us keep that room if it meant a better night's rest. The suite looked beautiful and the staff were nice, but a hotel is meant for sleeping and we didn't get that.
Having a wonderful time temperature this morning was 54 degrees but the pool was 86 and i was the only fool in the pool but that's okay I love it that way. have not won anything on the machines as I never do but I'm not a gambler ,so I don't spend a lot to lose. this is just a relaxing 2 days of me time. I'm just laying in the sun with my mango daiquiris. I had breakfast at rise restaurant and it was very good. My dinner at Hard Rock Cafe was to die for, the bacon cheeseburger and especially the fries were awesome. I love just roaming around taking pictures
Me and my friends had the best time at the spa today! Amazing facilities. We had a group of four and we were treated like royalty, our waitress on the floor of the casino was fantastic, Kimberly, and when we had an issue at one point Alex one of the managers helped us out super fast. What an amazing staff and a fantastic experience. Love it here everyone's coming back to their birthdays ????
I went to a casino with my family (all adults), and it was a pretty fun experience. The place was really clean, and they had a good variety of games to try. I even got lucky and won some money, which was a nice bonus!
The only downside was that it was super loud and a bit overwhelming at times. If you’re into that kind of high-energy vibe, it’s perfect, but it’s definitely not a laid-back spot.
All in all, it was a good time, and winning made it even better. I’d go back, but only when I’m in the mood for the noise and excitement!
It clearly says parking for ALL guests which is complete false advertisement! Booked a 3 night stay for $1200 only to find out there's no camper parking!! Then had to raise h3ll because they wanted to keep a portion because we had to cancel! BEWARE!!! That does NOT mean ALL guests! Drove to Miami and went to another Casino that was very accommodating! They were happy to have us! Bye Hardrock!
I had an amazing time at the Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino! The food was outstanding—every meal we had was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and served with a smile. The variety of options was fantastic, and you can tell the chefs put a lot of care into their work. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, you're in for a treat.
The slot machines were a blast! They had a wide range of games, from classic slots to more modern machines with exciting themes. The payouts were decent, and the overall atmosphere made playing even more enjoyable. It’s easy to lose track of time when you’re having so much fun, and the staff made sure everything was running smoothly.
One of the highlights of my stay was the pool area. The layout is beautiful, and the concerts they host there create such a vibrant energy. It’s the perfect place to relax during the day and then enjoy live music in the evening. Whether you're there for the food, the gaming, or the entertainment, Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino truly has something for everyone!
We stayed for four nights in the East tower.
Room accommodations were clean, well kept and quiet.
Housekeeping and servers, who brought us food, were very courteous and professional.
The casino was good fun. Floor was busy, servers were very attentive and respectful. Clean and vibrant atmosphere!
I mostly come here for the games and food but I have had friends stay in the hotels and I've had some experience with that side as well. I will say I absolutely enjoy this place! I literally can play for 4hrs on different games and have fun doing it. I always have a limit of $200 and that's it. I don't go in expecting to win I go in to have entertainment in the ac. Food is great at the Sugar Factory, Hard rock cafe, and oak. They staff is AMAZING! I am currently going through Hurricane Milton and the fact that I knew I could come here for hot food, cold AC and fresh water meant everything to me! All staff I encountered were kind, warm welcoming, helpful and ready to assist!!!
