Emmy and Brian took such great care of my mother and I during our stay. The only down side was that we were only staying for one night as we were traveling through from Tx to Ga. The room was extremely nice, clean and very comfortable. The casino floor was clean and well kept. Every single employee we encountered had a smile, asked how we were doing and were ready to help if needed. We will certainly be returning!
Great experience staying here! Spacious room with a curved couch and table with two chairs. View of the water with the IP Hotel and others across the bay! Whole wall was glass with automated shade to open and close! Stayed on 8th floor so the higher the better the view! Several restaurants to choose from but we had the wood fired pizza from Ami’s and it was good! Note that you do have to show your ID every time you enter elevators to go up OR purchase food at restaurants. Lots of security here! Also have to swipe your room key to operate elevator! |Received $20 free play at the casino for signing up as a new member! Played all night and we still left up! Bonus! Gaming floor is not huge but a good size. Overall great stay with friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again!
This hotel/casino is totally amazing. The lobby is beautiful, the room we had was incredible and all the staff members were so so friendly!! The whole hotel and casino is incredibly clean. You can tell they put a high priority on this. We ate at 3 of the 4 restaurants, and the food was exceptional.||The staff we interacted with were all extremely friendly and engaging. We got to know several of the Security Team during our stay (4 days 3 nights). They were all wonderful , personalble and they ran a very tight ship. Even though they got to know me and my wife we had to show our ID every time to get up to our room. (Nothing wrong with that!!)||It was our 10th anniversary and the hotel was a surprise for my wife. When we entered the lobby from the parking garage she was amazed at how beautiful the lobby area is .|We will definitely stay there again. And we can recommend the Scarlet Pearl highly to anyone else looking for a beautiful place to stay and amazing staff to take care of you!!
Very nice casino and resort! Our room had great views and was modern and comfortable. The Casino was clean, busy and not real Smokey like some others in the area. The restaurants on site were all very good and had a good variety of menus. The only thing lacking is that the pool isn’t attached to the hotel and isn’t very big. It’s also the only place kids are really welcome on site so there were quite a few there.
Just got back from a 4 day stay at the Scarlet Pearl.
The attention to customer service at this casino is second to none. Absolutely the cleanest casino I have ever been to.
Our room was spotless with fantastic water views. The choices of dining were spot on no matter what your palate is hungry for.
They treated my wife and I like we were part of their family.
I will definitely being going back to the Scarlet Pearl and that's probably the highest compliment I can give them.
If you enjoy the casino fun and atmosphere, then you have to make the Scarlet Pearl your next casino visit.

!!!!Players beware!!! I’m a Mississippi gulf coast native and have been going to this casino since it opened, however I will NEVER return. Last night I was playing black jack and got 11 and asked the dealer to hit me, the dealer didn’t hit me and gave himself the card anyways- pit boss Krista was called over and I’ve never dealt with a more ugly, rude just disturbing discuigting person in my life. Her very mediocre job has gotten to her head, she made my friends and guest feel extremely uncomfortable, we were trying to figure out what to do about this situation and this lady literally says “you know what I’m tired of this give them a card” and made everyone at the table take a card which I believe is illegal then took our money. It was the craziest encounter I’ve had at a casino since I’ve been to one. I will never step foot in this casino again.
What a simply beautiful facility. Rooms are stunning, service first class, and the casino actually pays out. Not big (yet), but we walked away with more than we came with.
The restaurants were very good. We tried all but the high end steak house. All were excellent, and priced competitively with stand alone restaurants in the area.
We have visited Biloxi a number of times over the years, and this was our first time to stay here. We will be coming back during the summer and will stay here again.
Everything is perfect. Only issue is the safety measure of having to put everyone who is in the room or coming to the room on your list(up to 4 guests)... which eliminate anything you may run into while enjoying your night. I guess it's good to keep random people out the hallway.
