Best WLM Reviews

What a great place and what an experience. We used to come here often, so this really is a treat. Fresh catch, and they cook it to your liking . The seasonings they use are amazing, and it will definitely make you keep coming back. They are doing some remodeling this time, but the place is still open and serving.
You sit in a table, and you scan the qr code, and they will bring your food and enjoy!
We took a weekend trip to the San Pedro Seafood Market because I was craving the flavors from our last visit.
The portions seemed a bit smaller than before, especially for the price, but it was still a refreshing experience.
It felt unique to enjoy a picnic-style lunch by the harbor, surrounded by cargo ships, yachts, and even a navy vessel.
The staff was friendly, and while some outdoor tables lacked shade (maybe because it was a busy Saturday), we were able to find a shaded spot with a little searching.
The outdoor restrooms were clean and well-maintained, which was a plus.
The place seemed popular with families and groups. Although a bit of dust was noticeable while we ate, it’s something you expect when dining outdoors.
If you’re looking for an intimate date spot, I'd suggest trying somewhere else.
But if you're into a festival or market-style vibe, this place is highly recommended.
Since it was Saturday, there was live music, which you could enjoy for a fee.
One of the best options is the shrimp platter, priced at $69.99, which can be customized with other seafood for an additional cost.
It’s enough to serve 2-4 people. With the autumn weather, it all came together for a great experience.
Got clam chowder, calamari, and fish sandwich. Very overpriced for the quantity and quality. Clam chowder was basic and better at the grocery store. Calamari was oily and very little meat. Sandwich was the best. Bread was cold. Had to keep going back for sauces. $90 for these small dishes and a pitcher. No tip. Won’t be coming back.
Went to San Pedro Fish Market and got there at 11:45. My coworker actually recommended this place and said it’s worth the drive (we live in San Diego). It was good we went when we went because we just got there before it became extremely busy. We got 1.5 lbs of fried shrimp as well as potatoes with garlic bread. Super good and happy that I finally got to try it out. The food looked so good when it came out, everyone waiting for their food that saw what was coming out, were impressed. I definitely wanna try the fried fish, micheladas and other seafood. I think I was supposed to buy the shrimp boil but the fried shrimp was even better. Will come here again when I’m near the area and I would recommend!
I strongly DO NOT recommend this place. It genuinely boggles my mind that this place has more than 2 stars. We got there around lunch time on a Sunday. It was maybe 50% occupied. We waited around 40 minutes to get our food. They had only ONE food runner! With that long of a wait, you'd expect it to be hot, or at least warm, right? Wrong, it was room temperature. I got fried calamari that was soggy. I couldn't even get through half of it and just decided to go grab food elsewhere. Nice family atmosphere though.
This place is not a restaurant - it is a set of picnic tables with food made in trucks. They charge about 3x more than what I would pay for the experience. $20 for this calamari.
Okay we had not come here in quite a while. The location is under construction so there is a temporary location.
There is plenty of room to sit and they have umbrellas. There is parking right outside the market for $12. The food was good and we enjoyed our lunch. :-)
We came to the San Pedro Fish market for a late lunch and it was nice because it was down by the water.
We ordered fish and chips and fish tacos and we enjoy them.
They are currently in their temporary location and we will be back to visit when they're done with the new place.
We got a little confused as to finding this place. We saw a whale watching booth where the address led us and started to walk along the path, only to find out we were behind the restaurant. Nice views of the ocean, though.
Quick service after ordering using the QR code on their table. Drinks were immediately served. Which is pretty neat. The food was good but not the best tasting seafood. We got the rockfish tacos and the fried shrimp. Overall, it was a good experience.
