Incredible airport and well equipped to become the future hub in the region. It reminds me of ATL but much nicer, spacier, and more organized. Plenty of food options, and spacious clean restrooms. Concourse A is mainly D while concourse B is other airlines and both concourses are connected via 2 underground tunnels.
What an incredible place! I truly appreciate the warmth of the people here. The airport, while quite large, can be a bit overwhelming at times. It’s important to factor in plenty of time to navigate through to your gate, especially since it can take a while. I understand that it might feel daunting for someone arriving, as they may have to wait up to 20 minutes before finally making their way outside. But this vastness also reflects the charm and energy of the place!
I was at the Delta Terminal A and had a great experience. Really nice terminal and the staff were friendly. It’s Christmas time so poinsettias EVERYWHERE! I appreciated the care they took to make it look festive.
Fantastic airport. Concourse A pretty much seems to be Delta only. We didn't get a chance to go to concourse B but if it's anything like A, this airport is massive and spacious and has very good amenities. The view of the mountains in the distance is priceless!
Perfect lesson in how outside interests can affect the development of something potentially great! Imagine having the opportunity to build a brand new airport in 2020. The ability to design and implement technological innovations in transport and communication in a brand new airport. An opportunity like this rarely comes around. Most airports simply have to put lipstick on their pig because they do not have the wherewithal to start fresh. Then combine all that with special interests from political and corporate parties to mess that all up. That is exactly what happened with this brand new airport in Salt Lake City. If you fly Delta, you’ll probably love it. Everyone who is flying Delta gets to board and deplane with minimal effort and time. Everyone flying any other airline has to walk past pretty much every (ok, not quite, but adding a little hyperbole here) Delta gate until they reach a half mile tunnel that they then get to walk through to the separate terminal (to make you feel Ok about it they have some nice murals on the wall). Then after getting to that terminal, you likely have to walk back the entire way you just walked to get to your own gate. They are literally making people pay the price (in effort) for flying anything other than their preferred choice - Delta. It is a nice airport. Clean with good amenities and even some nice artwork. But the design is a horrible example of why thought should be taken when something for everyone is designed by people who want to promote a product or service. Sorry for the rant, but is so frustrating when you fly another airline regularly here.
Best airport I’ve been to in the USA.
Give yourself lots of time to walk over to B Gates though.
Feels so spacious and well organized. So many shops and restaurants. It’s more like a nice mall.
Not as trendy as Austin, but much much more better.

I recently had the pleasure of traveling through Salt Lake City Airport, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the airport's stunning architecture and clean, modern design. The spacious layout, natural lighting, and beautiful artwork throughout the terminal truly set the tone for a pleasant journey.
One of the highlights for me was the efficient car pick-up service. The process was seamless; before I knew it, I was comfortably seated in my rental car, ready to explore Salt Lake City. The staff at the car rental desk were incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring that everything was handled quickly and smoothly.
As I navigated the airport, I was consistently impressed by the courteous and helpful staff. Every interaction, from security to ticketing to customer service, was a testament to their commitment to making travelers feel welcome and at ease. It's clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the passenger experience.
The variety of food options available was also a pleasant surprise. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a sit-down meal, the range of restaurants and cafes is outstanding. I enjoyed a delicious meal at one of the eateries, and it was great to see so many local and international cuisines represented. The quality of the food was top-notch, which is often hard to find in an airport setting.
One of the most unique amenities I discovered was the option to get a foot massage while waiting for my flight. This delightful service allowed me to relax and unwind before boarding. It was the perfect way to pass the time, and I left feeling rejuvenated. The massage therapists were skilled and professional, offering a much-needed dose of relaxation during my travel.
In summary, Salt Lake City Airport far exceeded my expectations. From its beautiful design to its efficient services, friendly staff, and ample amenities, it is clear why this airport is highly regarded. Whether you're in transit or starting your adventure in Salt Lake City, this airport sets the standard for a positive travel experience. I highly recommend flying through SLC whenever possible and look forward to my next visit.

But I surprised I was searching for currency exchange place at this airport and I didn't found anyone.
