Best WLM Reviews

Check in was quick and easy. Originally my room had a slight issue with lighting and the front desk was quick to change rooms with an upgrade to a suite. Customer service was exceptional and much appreciated. Room was clean with fantastic view of the strip. Bed was comfy, pillows were just right. Casino was clean with fantastic options for play. I don’t drink, but bar was conveniently located with great service and drinks for my wife and adult children. There is a pool but we didn’t utilize as it was a bit chilly the week we were there. Valet service was quick and monorail was located at the Sahara that would take us as far as MGM, (which was nice as we attended the Cody Johnson concert there). I would definitely stay here again as the Sahara is a hidden gem on the strip.
Stayed here 5 days and was not disappointed in any way. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in process was smooth. Valet was professional and courteous. The bell hops were nothing short of extraordinary. Very very VERY impressed with my stay after reading some of these other reviews on here. I would recommend staying here to all my friends and family.
The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of cleaning every day. However, the front desk could benefit from a friendlier demeanor when checking in guests, as their interactions felt a bit robotic.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the black color of the corridors, but that’s just my preference. I would also suggest considering the addition of a microwave and coffee machine in the rooms.
Overall, it's a nice hotel. I'm not complaining—just offering some constructive suggestions.
Our room has been renovated & was nice for the price, rooms vary greatly! Service was good we needed additional bedding, because the bed was too hard for our liking. The location is good in the respect it's at the end of the strip & Walgreens is across the street, you just don't want to wonder to far the other way into Naked City, that's not so good!
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the free parking and restaurant bazaar were great amenities.
However, the cleaning needs improvement. We stayed in a junior suite and found an empty bottle under the sofa and dust on several items.
Despite these minor issues, the hotel’s super calm and quiet atmosphere made it a comfortable place to stay. If I’m looking for a peaceful getaway away from the Strip, I’ll definitely consider coming back to this hotel.
I like the hotel, it is very nice and cozy. They have a really nice bar call the tangier. The hotel Is away from the strip. It is convenient if yo want to stay away from crowds. Service is good. What I did not like about the hotel is their service elevator. They have a total of 6 elevators and only worked 2 -3 at a time, with so many people waiting in line to get into elevators. If it is not for that, I will definitely book again.
When checking, we were told that they did not have a king room for us under our current reservation. (We paid in advance.) So they downgraded us to double beds without any refund of the difference. Wanted us to pay an additional 300 dollars to get a room similar to what we booked. First room keys didn't work so had to go back and they changed rooms. Go to the new room, and there were dirty socks behind the door, and the bathroom door won't shut. It's a sliding door stuck wide open. Way overpaid for what we got. Not happy. They did not want to do anything to rectify the situation. Won't stay here again and do not recommend it.
Very nice place! Comfy beds and fun decor. The check-in line was a bit long, but it wasn't horrible. The sink in the room is a little shallow but there was a nice shelf to help hold things. I enjoyed the large mirror and the light in the main room area.
