We stayed back in December and had a wonderful time! The front desk employee, Jeffrey, was phenomenal, seeing how I remember his name 6 months later speaks volumes to that. He helped us get acquainted with the hotel, surrounding area, and gave us meaningful suggestions based on our interests. He also took the time to greet us each day, and ask us how our day was. Overall top notch customer experience.
Based on our experience, we will be staying here next time we visit Orlando, potentially later this year.
Went to this property for my anniversary weekend with my husband. The property was clean and the staff was awesome. Multiple pools and an abundance of food and drinks on property. My room was spacious and clean with a view of the pools, golf course and we were able to see the nightly fireworks from Disney. Check in and out were seamless. Will surely return in the near future.
We booked a short weekend trip at the spur of the moment. We needed a place pet friendly. Rosen Shingle Creek was quick to accommodate and even quicker to please. We were very happy with our stay. The prices were extremely reasonable. Our room was very nice as it was clean, well organized, and maintained very well. The hotel itself is massive and also well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are clean and well maintained as well. My only complaint is the parking lot is huge and seemingly a long walk. They do have shuttles to the parking lot with pick up and drop off points. I did not utilize them as I walked each time but could see this being an issue for those less capable or elderly.
My overall experience at Rosen Shingle Creek was very good.
Everything was lovely! I'm a very picky person and I loved our stay. Our room was super nice and clean, no hair anywhere! (My pet peeve) We called down and requested more towels and we got them in a timely manner. Also the staff was nice as well
The only thing that I had an issue with was the parking. The self parking is $28 per day! However, they do offer free shuttle rides from the parking area to the hotel. Also, the handicap parking only has a minimal amount of spaces. Be prepared to do quite a bit of walking if you miss the shuttle.
The service at the hotel was top notch, the rooms are top notch as well. I couldn't have had a better time!! Definitely a five star hotel with all the bells and whistles that a person could ever want or need.
If you're considering whether or not you should make reservations...go on and make 'em. You'll be glad you did
We recently stayed at Rosen Shingle Creek for our annual golf trip. We had a blast and loved everything about the resort! The resort has a ton of food options to choose from and everything we had was great! The pool area is huge and the pool bar is a good spot for lunch and a drink.
The golf course was fantastic. Course was in great shape and the facilities are very nice. We really enjoyed the pub for a post round beer. The only negative for the golf course was the pace of play, but overall everything was wonderful.
Our second time visiting Rosen Shingle Creek and the place just gets more amazing. We couldn’t get in originally so booked at the Rosen Centre but we got in and changed the booking. We love it here and couldn’t wait to go back. We come from the UK and will hopefully now visit every year. The service is excellent, everybody is so friendly and helpful and the facilities are second to none. Cannot rate this place high enough.
Outstanding resort. The food was killer.
Decor is a little dated but I’d rather have that than degrade the food!
Lamb in Italian restaurant was top notch.
Egg white omelet in cafe and fruit.

During conference I noticed a good size working garden where they get a lot of their herbs and stuff.
Also, played golf. Super challenging greens, great condition and reasonably priced.
Would come back repeatedly and hope there’s another conference there again.
Great hotel, self parking is a long walk to the hotel. Great restaurants within the hotel ($$$) There is a daily fee to use the gym. The hotel location is excellent. Be ready to pay $$$ for breakfast (delicious). I only gave 3 to service as a valet employee was pushing that I needed to move my car when my wife and son were exiting the car (coming from a soccer game) this was my only issue in my 5 days stay.
