This hotel needs to be talked about more. It was our first time in Pittsburgh, the area is so clean no litter and very close to stadiums and the Stage AE. The check-in was a amazing with Adwait. He told us there was free valet parking so, we took advantage of that. They also have self parking. The casino I separate from the hotel so childern and others are welcome to stay. We had a river view room. I loved that they had key card access into the hotel at late hours and on the elevator for each floor and room. Room service until 9. Some restaurants in the casino are open until 11. They give you vouchers for the free breakfast. They serve pancakes, pastries like danishes and cinnamon rolls, yogurt, apples, bananas, oranges, grits, scrambled eggs, sausage Patty's, cereals, coffee, juice orange or cranberry. Very clean and they stay on top of clearing tables and cleaning standards. Food was very hot. There was no complaints at all with all the service with the hotel!
Had a really fun time at the Rivers Casino. There's a multitude of things to do from table games, to betting, to slots. Was definitely one of the better casinos I've been to. I don't like how integrated the smoking and non smoking sections are though. You can smell smoke throughout the entire casino no matter what section you're in. Really dampens the mood. Didn't like how there was no $10 minimum bet blackjack table. Also stayed the night at the hotel. Bed and comforters are comfortable but the blankets they use for the sleeper sofa feel like rough, dry, and crusty towels. Like their actual bath towels feel more comfortable on my skin than the "blankets" they supplied. I even asked for another one from the front desk and was supplied with yet another crusty, dry, and uncomfortable blanket. I feel like some fabric softener would do wonders.
Hotel was nice & clean. Staff was great. Awesome view over the OH river. Very nice view.
the casino could be cleaner, dealers were awesome. They are not too generous on the drinks while you are playing. No comp drinks at the bar while playing video poker. I play for hours on end and you can't comp a beer... ridiculous! They did bring drinks at the craps tables though.
They have to step their food game up on the property. Very few options... steakhouse is outrageously priced....even for a higher end place. I am an AC regular....I expect to overpay what is not comped, but not like that. That's outrageous and not everyone gets comp dollars to use.
I love this casino! Extremely clean. Lots of hard workers work at this casino! From security, housekeeping, dealers, valet, food workers, to cashiers. And also a great staff at the rewards area courtsey area..
Very nice comfortable casino. Lots of games to play with a large entertainment area for sport fans and a large bar. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. It wasn’t crowded and I enjoyed winning and watching others win. There were several places to eat and the restrooms were available and clean. I enjoyed my time there and I will go back again soon.
I won 200 2 different times on 2 Buffalo machines.. when I came back on my birthday, the machines were gone! Don't waste your money on the slots, they just want you to loose, just play the table games there.

Casino was OK because I lost on every game I played.
Went to see nephew play for Pitt Panthers football scrimmage today. Stopped at Rivers. Nice wide open layout and hot slots. We left with 3k winnings and will def be back. Food and drink very reasonable prices
