Melanie, you are a rock star! You made our experience great from the start. Getting us in our rooms hours before the expected time frame. Thank you so much for making our short get away vacation amazing from the start! She alone deserves 5 stars. The bar staff was also so friendly at the pool as well. Will definitely be coming back in the future!
Spent 3 days here and absolutely loved it. Rooms were very nice and clean. Service was pretty good. Had some issues with putting tab on the room even though we had our names added to the room, bartenders made a fuss of it out at the pool. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay.
Casino only
We used to be able to come in here mid day and play til lunch buy lunch and play til dinner and buy dinner.. we cant even make it to lunch time anymore with the same amount of money playing the same size bets on the same machines. Since none of my input has changed, it has to be them and their machines. They have lost our business. This resetting machines and dropping percentages is done for me. It has gotten way out of hand. It has been 3 months since we have been able to play more than an hr or 2 on the same amount of money. Im just done with it.
Truckers be warned... we are not welcome here.
We called first, we're in a bobtail only, and spoke with guest services who said we could park in the south lot.
Didn't even have time to shut the truck off before a security gal drove up and told us truckers are NOT welcome.
We had no intention of spending the night. We only wanted to have dinner and a little entertainment.
Since they didn't want our money, Hard Rock was more than happy to accommodate.
Room was nice, comfy beds and spacious bathroom, though one ply sandpaper toilet paper. Staff was very friendly. Went for concert but bass was so loud nobody could tell what the artist was singing for 90% of concert. Food was absolutely horrible! How eggs and bacon can have less flavor than a plain rice cake I will never know. I have no plans to ever visit this overly priced hotel again nor will I recommend it personally. The bed was comfy, but not worth the cost!!
Just came here for the casino, but wow, Anna at the Players club was such a mood kill. She clearly does not enjoy her job. She had such a poor attitude. I complimented her on her hair and she didn’t even say thank you. No response at all. Just treated her job very transactional. I’m normally a kind and friendly person, so to run into someone like her in customer service who didn’t have the tiniest bit of friendliness was really upsetting. Please hire more friendly customers service reps for your players club.
Great location downtown by River. Rooms clean and spacious. Mattress comfy. Bathroom large enough for two people. Nonsmoking section of the casino was nice. Lots of food options. We dined at Fireside Grill which had good prices and great food. We enjoyed our stay.
I was in the RiverSpirit casino on a Sunday afternoon celebrating a friend's birthday. We gambled and were drinking. After about an hour I was asked to stop drinking. I nicely gave my beer up. About 5 minutes later I was asked to leave. I do not know what happened. I was not intoxicated but I was stumbling as I have Muliple Sclerosis and I told them that. They escorted me out of the casino and to the parking lot like I was some criminal. Mind you I did not make a scene and was not belligerent. Apparently the scene in the daytime is different than the evening.
