honestly couldn’t have had a better car experience. Master Wayne was amazing from top to bottom helping me out find the right car but then when he brought Master Joel on board to work out the financing….all I can say is that im the proud owner of a new Honda 2022 pilot with 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I was here to get my a/c fixed and my recalls on my mirrors done my car was here for a week and I still have to bring it back the fender was not put on properly and the mirror is on the verge of falling off! The quality of work is terrible!!! You would think that they would wash my car at least but nope! Also the gas I’m wasting coming back and the time away from work. However Brian who was my service advisor was very helpful and wonderful he definitely did an excellent job!
Jose Espinosa helped me find the car I want and I am beyond ecstatic. Even has helped me coming back with service and also I snapped off my windshield wiper. He was waiting outside not knowing I was coming and immediately jumped in and helped me beginning to end as he always has. Amazing customer service. The very reason I am putting 5 stars. If his bosses do not know, now they should because Jose definitely deserves my time to fill this out and is a perfect example of how someone should be treated at a dealership.
9/21/24 - Not sure what kind of sorcery is going on at Rick Case Honda but I just bought a brand new 2025 Honda CR-V Sport in under 60 mins. Shaher (sales) and Michael (finance manager) were friendly, fast and efficient. Excellent team at Rick Case!
10/5/24 - UPDATE: Went back today and bought another car from Shaher. Same fast service and Howard the finance guy this time was great!
Jade was such a joy to work with. Super attentive and extremely informative. We walked in looking for a used car and walked out with a brand new car which I had never had. So grateful for Jade!
