Best WLM Reviews

After reading some of the reviews we were ready to change our plans. However, we decided to give it a shot. Although this hotel isn’t the newest or fanciest, it’s absolutely an excellent choice. The lobby is attractive and we did not see any homeless people in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We stayed in the rendezvous tower (the newer of the towers) which came with a big shower instead of tub which we appreciated. They also provided water bottles each day and a refrigerator instead of a minibar (there is a Walgreens a few blocks away to buy soda, etc). The elevators are lightening fast. The new pool was big and WARM. It’s in the ocean tower. I know some parents disliked having to take their kids out at 2 pm but it was heavenly for us oldies. Skip the gym-little closet. The big shocker for us was the casino in this tower did not reek of smoke. Perhaps it was an unadvertised nonsmoking casino as it did not have ash trays.
The staff are very honest and courteous. I lost/left some jewelry in my room after checking out. I contacted housekeeping and they said it had been found. I then spoke to Geneva in the Lost and Found department who worked professionally and quickly to ensure my jewelry was returned to me within 24 hours after I contacted her. Kudos to you Geneva and thank you.
We had a great time at Resorts Casino. The rooms are a little older and can use a refresh with the furniture but the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and nice.
They have plenty of food and bar options on site. The casino is also a very fun time.
They are located on the other end of the boardwalk near the amusement park, hard rock and ocean hotel. About a 15 min walk to the other side near Bally’s / Cesar’s.
My sisters and myself went for a two day mini vacation. Room was very nice although a bit small since two of us had to use scooters. We weren't thrilled with the view but it was just a dreary weekend. We did have lots of fun and ate some very nice food.
The staff were amazing and I'm sure we will come back again.
I really enjoy myself having a small honeymoon with my wife but they don't follow Direction when you ask for a particular room other than that the service was good to stay was wonderful the room was amazing. We honestly enjoyed ourselves I will return.
I was more than satisfied with my room and the bathroom. Everything was clean, yet I thought it said the room slept 3. ????that wasn't the case, because I thought it would be a queen bed and a couch. No couch just a big bed! No problem, the room served my needs for an overnight stay and I plan on returning.
I booked the jr suite for this past Saturday. The room was filthy. When we enter the room it was 84° inside. The room was filthy. They clearly didn’t wipe anything down. You could see the dust on the nightstands. There was dried up food on the couch. We were going to let it go bc we had a concert 2 hours after check in and didn’t want to ruin the vibe for the night. That’s until we opened the blinds and there was a huge dead roach on the floor. They obviously aren’t vacuuming. The place is just ran down. The management wasn’t very helpful. For $446 for one night, I thought they would have tried to be more helpful. The manager “it’s the weekend, I don’t have anything”
I went to Resorts with a group of friends for Happy Hour. We did not stay overnight. We had drinks and appetizers, which were all very good.
