Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa

Great place to stay for the whole family. Tons of stuff to do with kids. Slots were great and actually payed out and didn't just take all your money. Me and my family actually had an issue with a hotel we were supposed to be staying at so we ended up just leaving the other hotel an hour after we had checked in. We found this place last minute and so glad that we did. Staff was amazing. Being the way that I am, I am always helping the bellman put bags on and off the cart to bring up to the room but here for the first time the bellman actually told me it's my vacation so I should just sit down and relax and let him take care of it. I've never had such great service anywhere else. Everything is all on the same level and is all perfectly set up so nothing is too far of a walk from the elevators. All the food in the hotel was top notch. Lucille's smokehouse had some of the best tri tip I have ever tasted in my life. Gorgeous views of Las Vegas strip from our room as well. Would definitely recommend this place over anywhere else especially if looking for somewhere that has stuff for kids as well.

Great location just off the strip. The rooms were nice, and I enjoyed the pool, but they lacked poolside service. Servers kept avoiding us, and after waiting 45 minutes, we finally asked a server to take our order. She mentioned that new servers were supposed to start at 11:30, but that was 15 minutes ago. Your best bet is to walk up to the bar if you want food or drinks.

We haven’t been able to make it to Vegas since 2018, so we were excited to return and visit the Red Rock again. We stayed in the strip a few nights, but looked forward to being further away and not having to leave the resort. We brought our children and friends with their kids as well. The Kid Zone was amazing, staff were kind and helpful and all four children said they’d like to return there. They raved about what a great time they had and it’s an incredible service to offer! We had a great time gambling and bowling. The rooms were outstanding! The spa was beautiful and the massage service was incredible. The pool was a lot of fun, my kids commented on how it was their favorite this vacation. A big thanks to all the staff at Red Rock for all your hard work, you helped make our vacation a success and we are looking forward to our next trip there!

The resort is beautiful with lots of amenities. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The grounds are well kept and the pools beautiful. Lots of fine dining too! The location is off the beaten path so you won't be walking to other destinations like you would on the strip. However as far a a great get away you won't be disappointed with this facility.

My husband and I just returned from vacationing at the Red Rock. The Resort was clean and offers a lot of great amenities, however our room was not cleaned two days out of our three night stay. When we called house keeping they graciously sent us clean towels and everything we needed. The thing that upset me most was the pool area on the weekend was so crowded (they open their pool to outsiders that are not hotel guests) we couldn’t find a place to sit. We ended up having to pay $250.00 for a daybed (which they really wanted 350.00 since we didn’t reserve it in advance). The pool service was also not the best. The guests who were in the room next door to our room blasted music all day and throughout the evening. Not the hotel’s fault but someone should have told them to keep it within a reasonable volume.

The Movie Theater was great and a nice addition especially if you have kids or don’t gamble or just want to see a movie. The grounds of the Red Rock are well maintained. I think the pool is what upset me most. If you are overcrowded and can’t accommodate your hotel guests, you should not charge them additionally. We actually ended up leaving a day early.

Red Rock is an awesome resort! The food, service, and entertainment are on point. I recently hosted clients, and they were impressed. Rochel, my casino host always goes above and beyond. Destiny, our favorite cocktail server always makes us feel like her only customer. She knows our order and is always friendly and kind! Franky Perez puts on a great show in the Rouge Room on Thursdays!!

We stopped here to go to the Lucky Penny restaurant for dinner. Adequate parking was found, a short walk into the casino.

We located the restaurant, which was passed their food court area. A nice meal and attentive waiter made it a worthwhile visit.

I've not stayed at this hotel, only visited it to go eat, or go bowling.

The staff was wonderful and helpful from the moment were arrived. Free valet parking was a plus. The hotel was separate from the casino which we appreciated. The hotel was non smoking. We were visiting our daughter for my birthday and because she has been ill. The location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and we had a beautiful room. There was sadly a shooting incident across from our hotel and the hotel handled it so well. My husband had been out hiking and was not able to return to the hotel. We had to leave to get to the airport. Matthew, our valet during our stay saw my daughter and I trying to exit with our baggage. He grabbed our bags put them in our car. Gave my shaken daughter and I a huge hug and gave us directions . This hotel and its staff are amazing. They handled a very difficult situation extremely well. We highly recommend them. We did not go to the Casino so I cannot review it.
