It's okay. I am used to casinos out west and on the east coast. Not very welcoming and the energy is low. The layout is weird with blindspots. Service was sub at best. Nothing like the Rivers Casino or Maryland Live. Didn't seem to be a lot of people winning. Wouldn't go out of my way to return. The lady who was signing people up for rewards cards was extremely pleasant.
I stayed in the room ALONE week of Thanksgiving. A couple weeks later attempted to book a room only to be told I have a smoking fine. I have never smoked or thought of smoking in a room. I called seeking answers to why I was targeted only to get a run around. You would think being a VIP member someone would have reached out to me. I always leave a pretty clean room checking out. I feel it was a targeted attack. You stay in the room just take videos when you leave. The true smokers in the hotel have no problems that’s why it happens. However those who follow the rules are framed my question is WHY????????????????
Son took us casino as a thank you for what we have done for him and his family. New gaming facility was beautiful. Service at Rock & Brews was bad. Friendly waitress took order, we watched second half of Bucks game and food finally arrived. Warned plates were hot....It was the only thing that was...Tops of burger brioche buns going hard, burger room temp, fries soft and soggy. Entire time we waited not a waitress passed by our table, host gone for long periods of time. Tried three bites, asked for to-go plate when she came back to check and I told her food was cold(sat under heat lamp for long time) "manager" came by to check and got us 2go containers, gave son 50% off. Then everyone proceeded to disappear again. Why did someone not notice food sitting under heat lamp for so long, waitresses, chefs, managers all failed.
I told my son I wasn't going to let that ruin our night and I was enjoying seeing new features at casino (felt like Vegas). Then he later won a nice jackpot and we all went home happy and hoping they get problems fixed, it is nice to have restaurants in Casino.
My uncle first introduced me to gods heavenly gate. The pure seratonin walking past the smoke stained carpet and the wrinkling zombies stumbling about. I hit that button one time and have not looked back since. The subtle noise of the button when you slap it has me SALIVATING. It’s a thrill like no other, a wave surfers pray to shred. A glimpse into my life would render most to simply evaporate, like sand from my hands in the wind. The restaurants are good to!!!
My experience at this casino has been not fun. I've donated thousands of dollars to this casino. I can't win for loosing. I am one of the top card holders but has never been called in one drawing. Oh, 1 in February. I have a better plan for next year. I will be venturing off to other casinos where I'm actually able to play and take home something.
It's fun just to explore the new set-up and machines and spend a few hours there. It's so refreshing not smelling any cigarette smoke anymore, at least in the areas I was in. I will have to see more of it next time. I do miss the pull handles though ???? that's half the fun!
I recently visited Potawatomi Casino Hotel, and I have to say, the renovations on the third floor completely blew me away! The new design is modern, vibrant, and adds so much energy to the space.
The addition of the Kiss restaurant is a fantastic touch—stylish, unique, and a great spot to grab a bite while enjoying everything the casino has to offer. And the new sports book? Wow! It rivals anything I’ve seen in Vegas. The setup is top-notch, with plenty of screens and a great atmosphere for catching all the action.
I can’t believe we have such a gem right here in our hometown. Potawatomi has truly raised the bar with these upgrades. Whether you’re a local or visiting Milwaukee, this is a must-see destination. Highly recommend checking it out
During my visits to this location, I invariably select this hotel due to its strategic proximity to downtown and convenient public transportation. The hotel features a wide array of food and beverage options. The bedrooms are meticulously maintained, appearing newly renovated, and offer a pleasant view of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The hotel staff is exceptionally courteous, ensuring a delightful stay, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.
