Best WLM Reviews

Rude staff.
Grumpy rewards club workers who don’t attempt to put on a customer service smile.
Food Court was a User Experience failure. First time going there so my boomer dad had a lot of questions about ingredients and prices and the workers ignored, walked away, and had very quick and short responses. He asked can we order here? Lady said Nooooo! and walked away. I’m sure we are not the first person to ask that so she’s probably tired of hearing that question.
A nice lady behind us said you have to order from the kiosk. They need to have very large signs with arrows saying “ORDER HERE!!” the kiosks were so small we didn’t even realize they were there and there were no lines at them. If we would have saw many people in line we would have known to get in line.
The kiosk had about 20 different buttons and menus to press and didn’t take cash. Good luck to any senior citizen who tries to order food there.
To top it off they charge $2 for a drink cup when it is free on the casino floor just steps away.
Food was 4/5 just wish the customer service was better.
Slots were fair, win a little and lose a little.
I have had the pleasure (or displeasure) of earning comp rooms basically every week in 2024. The rooms are awesome and clean. It is great getting free rooms. Saves a ton of money. But the casino is one of the worst paying casinos I have ever been to. I travel all the casinos in the state, and Potawatomi appears to be the worst paying on the slot machines. I would be better off staying at other casinos and paying for the rooms and actually winning once in a while on the slots. I can't think of the last time I won money on any single given day. I just canceled all my future comp rooms for the next month. I'm going to other casinos from here on out. Best point system per dollar put in the machine of any casino in the state but it appears they compensate for that by not paying out as much winnings on those machines. Not a happy camper here.
Potawatomi responded and told me to contact my host. I attempted to do so and was informed I do not have one because I did not spend enough money.
By the time I was done talking with guest services, I am more inclined to not return.
The Street Eats on the 2nd level of the casino is terrible. It is overpriced. The food lacks quality. There is a hard understanding of the kiosks to order. The wait was 45 minutes. You do not have to wait at the restaurant. You're able to leave a number and they text. We'll, at the 45 minute mark, I went to the countertop because the text never came. It came an hour later. ||The food was on the counter. Cold. Pulled pork BBQ was drowning in a very acidic, average sauce. The burger was ice cold and small. 45$ later, we realized what a terrible waste it was. We will not eat at the casino again. Rock amd Brews also has staffing issues and is terrible customer service, albeit, decent food. ||DON'T EAT AT STREET EATS!!
Amazing experience here as a first-timer. The room was spacious and clean and we were provided with plenty of towels and toiletries. The view from the room was spectacular. Parking was fairly hassle-free. Lots of delicious and affordable food options within the venue. Overall this was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. Really very nice, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We used to love visiting Potawatomi Casino to play Bingo and Slots. Since they removed the large Bingo area, playing Bingo has become a headache better skipped. They have recently undergone renovations, and some areas are still being renovated. The areas under renovation are noninvasive to the experience. The completed renovations look great, and overall the casino is very clean with a good selection of slots and table games.
Unfortunately, the more they renovate the less free play and the less the slots pay out. Anytime we visit Potawatomi at this point, we don't win enough to even play for a half-hour, and we have found this is the same experience others who visit the casino are having. Before renovations, we would at least win enough to keep playing for an hour or more, thus creating a better and more fun experience. If you're not winning enough to keep playing, you're certainly not winning anything of substance or handpays.
Another post-renovation annoyance is they no longer give coins when you are cashing your ticket out at the machines. If you want YOUR coins, you must stand in line at the cashier. Considering how much money they are making from everyone gambling, and their lack of paying out, not paying out coins is downright greedy, and annoying.
I recently stayed at the Potawatomi Casino Hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, over Mother’s Day weekend and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered a bed bug infestation in my room. This was not only distressing, but it also had a significant impact on my overall comfort and well-being. Instead of enjoying my Mother’s Day with family, I spent most of the day in urgent care for the bites.
What added to my disappointment was the hotel's refusal to accept responsibility for the issue. When I reported the bed bug bites and the infestation to the hotel staff, they dismissed my concerns and refused to take any action to address the problem. This lack of responsibility and care towards their guests is unacceptable.
I believe it is essential for hotels to maintain a clean and safe environment for their guests, and the presence of bed bugs is a clear indication of negligence. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at Potawatomi Casino Hotel until they address this issue and take accountability for their guests' well-being.
I hope that my review serves as a warning to others and encourages the hotel management to take the necessary steps to rectify this situation. It is crucial for them to prioritize the health and comfort of their guests and ensure that incidents like this do not occur in the future.
Vibe and atmosphere is pretty cool here but seem to never win anything here. The one place we chose to eat food at took forever to get our food and it wasn't even worth the wait...can't remember the name of it though. But there's a decent amount of other food options there. Pretty solid place in my opinion
This casino has really gotten tight over the last couple of years. It is no longer fun to play here. They no longer give gifts and it requires you to play a lot in order to enter the giveaway days. I rather make the drive to another casino where they treat you better and also give you more comps and gifts.
The service is also pretty slow, sometimes you can be waiting up to 15 minutes for one drinks, they never have enough people covering their busy hours.
This casino needs improvement.
