Finally made it to this spot after hearing so much, and it didn’t disappoint! The pastries are inexpensive, fresh, and absolutely amazing. The staff is welcoming and attentive, adding to the great experience. The ambiance is cool and laid-back, perfect for a casual hangout. Parking is ample, so no stress there. Even their drip coffee stands out—smooth and flavorful. The pineapple empanadas were a delightful burst of tropical sweetness, while the guava cheese strudel offered the perfect balance of tangy and creamy. We love Porto’s❤️ very affordable pastries. Original Cuban recipes, If you’re in the Buena Park area you must visit. Everyone is so friendly. BTW I love love there Carrot Cake????
1st time to this location. It's really nice. The line moves faster than it looks. The food is great. Ordered the Cuban sandwich 8.7/10, solid sandwich with bold flavor, served hot. Love their mango smoothie, 8.9/10. Parking is tough but patience will get you something quickly. I will be back.

I ordered quite a bit to share with folks. My receipt said Janell (but not sure if this was the cashier)...but shoutout to the person who boxed my specific order with boxing requests!!
I was a bit annoying, requesting 6 separate boxes so I could drop off easier to folks, but staff was very friendly and didn't mind:

My personal favorite are the guava strudel and potato ball! Almond croissant was average to me. Parking lot in the back.

I've adored Porto's since I was in high school at their original location in Glendale. Their food absolutely is the best and their cake is the best I've ever had and I've traveled around a lot. This location is just next level my goodness it's so nice. Great location, great outdoor seating. The staff here are so diligent and friendly. The lines are always looking long but don't worry it moves very fast. I wish every place had A game like here can not recommend this place enough!!

Amazing place for a quick coffee or a long brunch to catch up with friends. There are multiple counters to order from and eating here is a very streamlined process. The Butter Croissant and Pumpkin Matcha latte makes for a great pairing. The menu is hard to read, but it is easy to order most things from the bakery. There are both indoor and outdoor options to sit. The parking lot is big but is full, even on the weekdays.
