So my sister is currently doing the all-inclusive that started this month for the plaza hotel. I have included the pamphlet they give you when you check in, wristband you wear when you arrive, and some of the food options and the menu that they give you. So far she says that this has been a really good experience and it's nice because of the heat that you're not forced to ventured out across the strip or downtown everything is all you need here. She says one of the bigger highlights is the fireworks in the pool.
Had a blast for the single night we stayed at The Plaza... We had never been to Fremont Street before and it was the absolute perfect location for us and our needs. Being smokers it was truly relaxing to be able to have a smoking room as well. They have my hands down favorite Players Card design by far. The check-in was easy and fast, as was the check-out.

I loved the hotel itself, the rooms need full length mirrors. Also I like to wake up and have a fresh cup of coffee. Other hotels I've stayed in the area have personal Keurig machines. Other than that perfect. PS: I wish my room would have been closer to the swimming pool.
Right from the start our stay in Las Vegas was ruined here at the Plaza Hotel & Casino. We came here to celebrate our 30th birthday and were mistreated when checking in. We booked a room with a view on the city/landscape and were yelled at (not exaggerating) that our request and reservations is not a guarantee!! Despite my husband calling ahead of time, confirming this reservation and inquiring for room service (which the hotel said it doesn’t offer) the hotel instead redirected us to the lobby bar and offered us a room of the side building rooftop view or a smoking room with 2 beds- lovely right? Unfortunately, after a long and tiresome flight when arriving to the hotel late at night, we were treated like trash in front of others waiting in line to check in. Zero customer service skills and approach- definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. First and last time here for 1 night too long! Do yourself a favor and find a hotel that will make your stay memorable (especially when celebrating special occasions) and make you feel welcomed. This is not the place.
I have stayed at the Plaza many times and this was the first time my experience was bad. My Room # 515 had no closet. A really small bathroom and dirty towels. It smelled musty and this is not what I have experience in the past.|The staff (Hotel & Casino) were friendly and polite. The Hash House Restaurant was a great value for your money. Oscars Restaurant was OUTSTANDING. The food and service was great, NICK our server was the best. The Keno machines at the bar inside the Casino were loose.|The pool was clean and the staff very friendly.|I was stay here again but will ask for a different room if it's not to my satisfaction.|Make sure to use your players card because they really do give you some great comps.
I recently stayed at the Plaza Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, and here's my take on the experience.

The casino noise was present but kept at a reasonable level, allowing for an enjoyable atmosphere without being overwhelming.
I noticed ongoing renovations on the 21st floor, which piqued my curiosity for future visits. It's promising to see the hotel investing in updates and enhancements.
Overall, I would recommend the Plaza Hotel and Casino for a quick stopover. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
During checkout, I visited Hash House A Go Go, which was bustling with patrons. Despite the crowd, the portions were generous and justified the price. I particularly enjoyed the Blueberry Lemon Glazed French toast, which was absolutely delicious and a highlight of my morning.

My family (wife, sister and me) just finished a three days and nights trip to Las Vegas and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The Downtown Plaza Casino and Resort made checking into the resort easy by offering an online check-in service which allowed us to avoid long lines of customers checking into the casino on a Friday afternoon. The room was great, even my sister who’s renowned to be over the top and extremely meticulous about cleanliness was pleased by the level of our “Mr Clean” spotless room. We love all the food offered at the Plaza. The fast service providing our favorite foods is important because we’re there to enjoy all the trappings of the casino. We love Sports Book, gaming (craps and blackjack) and my wife and sister enjoys Bingo, too. So, we want to grab something fast and tasty to eat and quickly return to what we’re in Vegas to do, have fun! There’s SubWay, Pizza, Mexican Tacos and Burritos to name a few restaurants. Then at the end of the day when we’re ready for something more elegant, we went to Oscar’s Steakhouse. The staff at Oscar’s served up some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. They served up an incredible meal, the service was great, the price was more than reasonable, and the “old Vegas” ambiance at Oscar’s had us talking about our dinner experience for the rest of the night. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with The Downtown Plaza Casino and Resort and their staff. A special thanks to Aquarius for making all of us feel significant. We’ll be back soon!
