Best WLM Reviews

Our hotel stay was very nice with large room and an extremely large bathroom. Our bathroom was probably more than half the size of our bedroom. The location was very accessible for ride-share vehicles (going off the strip) and walking distance from the other big name hotels.
Car Rentals - Enterprise is available in house. I HIGHLY recommend make car rental reservations before your trip. Costco travels does have great deals with free cancellations. I would also recommend renting before 9am because it will get busy.
The pools are nice; however, please note no outside food/drinks are allowed. They do sell food/drinks once past the entrance. A water bottle is $9. There is a security guard at the pool entrance to check bags. There are two pools - adults only + kids. Surprisingly, the kids pool was much less crowded. ALL chairs/cabanas by both pools are for RENT. The only free chairs are located in the center courtyard away from the pools. The pool hours are 9-6pm.
I stayed here with a group of girls for a bachelorette party. ???? Since the rooms were booked together, my friend requested that our rooms be on the same floor so we weren't too far from each other. We arrived incredibly early, so the rooms weren't ready yet, but we were able to check in our luggage so we didn't have to carry it around while we waited. ???? One room was ready early, so we paid a fee (I think $25) so we could check in early. Overall, the rooms were spacious and clean. The faucet handles in my room were incredibly loose and the water drained slowly. Those are easy fixes, though. The bathtub was a cool addition, although I didn't get a chance to use it! ???? The toiletries smelled awesome. The rose scent was refreshing and not overpowering. ???? The Starbucks at the entrance had a fairly long line each time we walked past it, but thankfully, the workers moved at a fast speed. The pool area was really nice! There is a kids section and a 21+ section. There are plenty of chaises or you can rent a cabana. ????????
Two things to note:
1. The kiosks to check in/check out were terrible. Incredibly slow and crashed multiple times. This caused quite a delay in checking out and tons of people were crowding the area. Personally, I've always been able to just leave a hotel without needing to do some fancy check out process.
2. The parking garage was finicky. We were charged incorrectly more than once. I'm not sure if my friend got it sorted with the hotel or not, but it seemed unnecessarily complicated.
Ultimately, I would consider staying here again. This hotel is attached to endless things to do and was in the heart of the strip.
I loved this hotel just wish I would of had a view of the pool or the strip not of ac units. All the maids are nice and friendly . Any employee is. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed 4 days and the total was $444 that's a great price. I love that they have 2 cake boss vending machines I love those cakes. Just wished they would open the gym and kept the pool back to the old time of 8 pm
We stayed in the Ultra Hip Attraction View room. Beds were comfy. It was nice to have a bathtub and shower, plus a door separating the toilet area. Great for sharing with other people. Bathroom was bigger than I expected. Overall, exceeded my expectations. Probably the best bang for your buck on the strip!
Centrally located near other attractions and surrounded by several shops and eating establishments this hotel and casino was a great location for us. One of our party wasn't very mobile so proximity to variety was helpful. The rooms did not come equipped with either a coffee maker nor a microwave and with the cost of eating out in Vegas we had hoped to make a few in our room. I'm fairly certain that is why those items are absent. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay there again.
We've been staying at The Planet Hollywood from day 1 and it is by far, our favorite hotel on The Strip.
The staff in every part of the hotel are always amazing! They're friendly, professional, and very welcoming.
We rented cabanas last week and thoroughly enjoyed the pool experience. We loved the music and the pool atmosphere.
The rooms are also very comfortable, that we spent a couple of nights in the room, ordering food delivery.
We just booked another stay for August and for next year.
We're very excited to come back!
I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood and liked it very much. It's a great value. The rooms are good, the casino is nice, and the staff is top-notch. Shout out to Joel at the front desk - he went above and beyond for me any my family. The best part about this property? The location! It's perfect! Center of the strip and the Miracle Mile shops are in your backyard. I will definitely stay here again.
If you’re looking to stay in a nice hotel, skip this one. The rooms are so,so. They are old and things like the toilet running all night with a sticking handle and loose sink handles definitely tell you how little they care about maintenance. Service wasn’t great either. The electronic check in stations were down and they didn’t have much staff to check in. Our room was not ready so they gave us a lower room and promised to upgrade us the next day. The next day, (today) we go to switch rooms and get the promised upgrade and were told that they can’t guarantee anything. This was not what we were told yesterday. We had to pack and unpack all of our stuff twice and lug our belongings to another room. We have stayed in Vegas many times and in many places. This is definitely the lowest quality and worst service we received. We will not be returning here again and will not recommend it. Trust me, for the same or not much more, you can get a better hotel on the strip with better service. Our hotel rep said she’s been here 20 years and that they never guarantee what size bed you’ll get, even though we paid and reserved a king room. This is the only hotel we have ever stayed in that has that policy. We travel a ton and while this isn’t the worst we have seen, it is definitely on the lower end of our list. Avoid this hotel.
