Best WLM Reviews

I visited this casino while staying in the Luxor down the strip. This is a great location near to center strip. It has a mall with many inexpensive food options. I went to Cafe Hollywood and had the prime rib special, which was excellent. I then played slots and won about $140. This is a great place if you want to be in center strip region for a reasonable price.
I would like to share my experience at this hotel with respect and honesty.
What I appreciated the most was the location—it was perfect! It was close to everything, and considering the price, it was a great value.
However, there were a couple of things I didn’t like. When we requested cleaning, we noticed that the staff did not change the sheets; they simply pulled them back to make the bed. We discovered this because I had left my socks under the sheets the night before, and they were still there the next day. This was definitely a negative point.
Additionally, I was not satisfied with the towels provided by the hotel. I kindly suggest that they consider replacing their towel inventory, as the towels were quite rough. While the staff did change the sheets for "softer" ones, they were really just more of the same.
Overall, the hotel is a good option, but these two aspects could certainly be improved.
Check-in took over an hour. Our bathroom was dirty when we walked in. Room was spacious, but needed some TLC, much like the rest of the hotel. Casino was lively. Not sure why the music at the pool has to start an hour before it opens. Also, no walk in beverages at 9am? Had to slam my coffee. Location is great, but feels compact with little incentive to stay at the resort. Wouldn't stay again.
Been staying here for nearly 15 years. Not going to anymore at this point. Resort fee does not include jack shot. No water, no coffee in the room, not even a pen and paper. Casino is horribly tight and gets worse every year. Restaurants are ridiculously priced. Service at the tables and slots is horrible. Parking used to be free; now it's paid too. Hot water yesterday AM was lukewarm at best. Save your money and do not stay here.
We stayed Monday-Friday. We arrived late Monday night. We were told our room would not be the one we booked online with a king bed. Instead, we got 2 queens. Told we could come & attempt to switch at 11am when people start checking out. Unfortunately, we did not do that, due to the fact that we would have to re-pack & waste an hour or so of our vacation time to move rooms. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were very flat. Difficult to find elevators to the north tower. I suspect that's too get you to walk around the casino & gamble. Drinks were ridiculous at the casino a cranberry, well vodka & 1 beer was 32.50. Only drinks I ordered. Impossible to get free drinks from waitresses when gambling. I didn't get 1 for free our entire stay.
Our friends had the same thing happen to them. They stayed the same days as us. Good location. Was nice to have a coffee place very close. Liked the mall it was attached to.
I stayed here for a conference recently. The environment is great. The casino and restaurant options are pretty good. I had a problem with my key card that was kind of annoying and there was a beep going off near the elevator the entire 5 days I was there. It's an older hotel compared to other ones, but the location is great. The taxi/uber area is a bit disorganized compared to other hotels as well.
Rooms are good size for a couple. We had strip view. We loved it. Didn't like the fact that they don't have a microwave or coffee maker. Was there during football weekend, surprisingly not noisy. Casino was good. It did take long for waiters to come ask for our drinks, though. Like that the miracle shops were in our hotel. They have plenty of options for food and shopping.
Great location and nice hotel. The only issue we had was if your room is within 150 feet of the elevator, it sounds likes you are in the control room. And in Vegas, it runs all night long. Good restaurants to choose from and friendly staff. Hate hands free checkin but that's everywhere
