Great place to stay. Nice rooms in the Tuscany side. Well worth the upgrade. Plenty of places to eat inside. Plenty of table games at great prices. My only negative is the heavy smoke smell on the casino floor. It's almost unbearable by a non smoker.
Amazing place! A beautiful and quality resort, the staff are overly friendly and very helpful. The food is second to none! I ate at most of the restaurants and had room service and all of my meals were perfect. I ordered room service and was anticipating an hour or so to get my food and within 25 minutes my steak dinner was at my door, they rolled in the cart and set it up for me pronto. Their service goes above and beyond! I'll be coming back to the Peppermill instead of going to Las Vegas! And if you're there get a massage or some other service from their Tuscan Spa, it's a pampering and amazing experience! The room I had was very clean and was beautifully decorated with class.

Clean and well kept. Great Sports book. Slightly confusing floor plan, but it IS a casino. Parking garage felt safe although awkward to exit. Nice destination.
This is my favorite casino in Reno and Northern California. The drink service is A LOT faster than any other casino I’ve been to in Reno. Tip good and you will be taken care of. Love the huge selection of machines. They have old school double top dollar which is always fun to play. Great place to have fun
The peppermill casino is wonderful..they have slot machines and poker tables but they have much more...they have a game arcade with retro games ..I do not gamble so that was really important to me....they have swim pools. A really big one a hot tub and a special pool with a kind of waterfall...they have a state of the art fitness center...I really enjoyed the fitness center with a sauna and treadmill, and very special machines and free weights. The service was phenomenal and I want to express how well they take care of you. Very good!!!! They have a variety of restaurants all good prices, and delicious.....visit this casino you won't be sorry.
Wow!!! This hotel really is sweeter than the Gelato it serves. I loved the different boutiques. The service was 5 stars as everyone was nice, conversed with our group, and made sure everything was perfect. The hotel was clean and had amazing air purification systems because it wasn't too smokey. The games were good and the waitresses were amazing. Next time, we are booking here
We have stayed at Peppermill for the past 3 years now! We came here for my daughter's wedding ???? . The rooms are amazing a very nice Italian style with a large King bed! The Sushi restaurant Oceano is one of the best Sushi restaurants in my life! It has cheap/affordable prices! Finally, the pool and casino are wonderful! However, the hotel was still undergoing renovations at the time I stayed, so it should be even better now! Looking forward to coming back!
We stayed at Peppermill for a fun getaway in Reno! The property was undergoing renovations. However, the rooms are extremely nice they have a nice Italian style. The Oregono Sushi restaurant had some of the best sushi I've had in my life! Highly recommend to stop by if you like sushi. They also offer vegan and vegetarian sushi as well. Finally, the pool and casino are very nice to hang out with tons of sports bars we're you can get a margarita and chill or have a fun time swimming with your family!
