We were there total about 2 hours it's so bad can't smoke anywhere inside the building we ordered from a place where they sold salads I had a grilled chicken Caesar salad with delicious we won some money and we lost some money but overall it was okay the parking lot I feel like it's a far walk valet parking is $25 this is maybe my second time or third in the last few years I don't get out here much but I don't live far from it

Rarely can find a server, slots NEVER hit. Been going here over 3 years & had 1 hand payout.... Bathrooms are always very clean

26 years old and I was denied entrance after playing here dozens of times (loosing, always) because THEY were having license scanning issues. Absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. All they do is rob and steal from hardworking citizens
Getting a drink gambling is near impossible. In 4 hours, only twice were we privileged to see a server. several kiosks to wager bets were not working. not many restaurants. we didn't eat in food court and cheese steak and burger were good and reasonably priced. bathrooms were clean. good variety of gaming. most dealers were good.
First and last time here. John the bartender in the Beer Garden was awesome but that was it. Outside of him, there was zero hospitality. Almost every staff member we encountered was miserable. We made the most of our outing, but I will stick to Rivers and LIVE moving forward.
Had a great time. Staff were friendly and kind. Game selections were good. Odds on the games were not the best and limits were kinda big but we had fun. There was great music playing at the club. All in all good experience.
