Very helpful, courteous and professional was Vincent, a casino host. The best we have ever delt with. Front desk was friendly and helpful. We requested a high floor and didn’t mind waiting an hour for it. Beautiful clean room on the 30th floor looking out at the strip and Bellagio fountain. Daily housekeepers were friendly and efficient. |Ate at Alexa’s for breakfast. The lines were too long at Mon a Me (sp). Gordon Ramsey’s was delicious as well as NOBU. Plan on bringing lots of $$$$$ for food!!|The casino was also good to us which allowed us to splurge on meals. Excellent trip! Husband , son and cousin went to the steelers game and had a great time. We ventured to old town and watched all the crazies and enjoyed a band. Hope I can return someday!
Our room was clean. The pillows in our room were amazing! Very comfortable bed. The casino was nice and clean. Very friendly staff and security. Great location. We were BIG winners! Highly recommend Paris high steaks room! Can't wait to go back!
I stayed at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel, which truly embraces the Parisian theme with its Eiffel Tower, artwork, flags, and other French-inspired decor. The hotel’s location is ideal, right on the Strip and within walking distance of other hotels, shops, and attractions. I also appreciated that it’s on the Vegas Monorail line, making it easy to travel up and down the Strip. Check-in was smooth; I’d recommend requesting early check-in through the Caesar’s app. Although it’s not guaranteed, it allowed us to check in early, avoiding long lines and the hassle of dealing with luggage.
When we arrived at our room, the housekeeper was still cleaning. We knocked lightly to let her know we were there, but she seemed annoyed, replying with “Wait. Hold on.” After finishing, she abruptly let the door slam behind her instead of holding it for us. Later, we noticed a stain on one of the beds. When we informed her, she just told us to call the front desk for another room without attempting to change the sheet or offer help. Unfortunately, housekeeping never came despite my call. However, aside from that encounter, the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room itself was generally nice, with a few typical Vegas wear-and-tear issues: minor marks, a bathroom light out, a stained box spring, and only one chair. For the price and location on the Strip, though, I can’t complain and would recommend this hotel to others.
I loved the atmosphere, the food and the ambiance. It is so fun inside and you get a real feel of Paris! The cafe here is AMAZING. Stick to the French desserts though as that's where they shine for sure. The raspberry tart was out of this world good.
I would consider staying here as a hotel in future!
The best part about the room was the large enclosed shower and fridge in room. Customer service is awful! There is dust everywhere though from bathroom or headboards. You can’t call down to reception or speak to anyone in the hotel. Which means if you want to speak to someone at the property about your room or a concern you need to leave your room and go down to reception. They want you to text or call a number to someone who is off property and not even in Las Vegas and hope they will do what they say. The internet reception for the tv and internet was intermittent the whole time we were here. The gym is only open 11hrs a day but if you want longer you can use the one at horseshoe which is a mission to get to. Our room never got cleaned twice, one day they told me they didn’t have enough staff and our room got left off. Bed was comfy but only 2 pillows. Room was that dusty you could write your name it. Room was large and temperature control worked well. Checking in at 8pm at night they have only 7 staff working for the 20 kiosks. |We did get a discount at checkout which was a nice reprieve for our stay.
We like Paris. The location is great. The rooms are getting a little dated. I know it’s hard to get all those windows clean but the dust did not take away from the view. We haven’t eaten much here as we tend to venture out. Check in late for better rooms with views.
Decent place!! Amazing location right at the center of strip!!
Loved the Option to self check-in without getting in to long queues ( hardly took 5min)
Few tricky things- so not touch the food tray kept in rooms. These trays are electric which would charge even if you accidentally lift any beverage or snack item
Check in took way too long (not enough staff). Negative is the casino smoke right when you enter and it lingers in all of the main areas. Room was clean & loved the bathroom. Views were fantastic (but would be better without F1 stands blocking Bellagio Fountains). Do yourself a favor and get the breakfast croissant sandwiches at Cafe Belle Madeleine! They are incredible & worth the money!! Pool was warm & clean. Had a Villa at the pool. Staff was great with that! Interior could use some touch up, but it was still a great experience! Valet was so easy & worth the price since we had to come & go frequently. Location on the strip is ideal if you want to be in the middle of the excitement! All in all, recommend and hope to be back!
