I had the pleasure of speaking with rep by the name of Lori. She went above and beyond. Lori thoroughly answered each of my questions and patiently guided me to an understanding of her answers. I am thankful for the service provided each time I reach out to customer service but I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had with Lori. She was more than great at explaining the policy regarding payment issues!

Bridgett was an amazing, helpful person when it came to me having an issue. I request a refund to buy the membership for an even better deal, and see was such a joy to talk to, I described the situation to her. And she helped me evry step of the way. Even by calling back to confirm that the refund was sent back to my card. This is great because I called yesterday for the same issue. And spoke to an entirely different person, and they were to no help at all. And didn't even bother to return a call or even actually cancel the membership.
