Rachel is an absolute star! I called in having no idea what was going on with my account and within minutes she’s was able to provide the clarity and answers I needed. She was super friendly and professional without a doubt the easiest call I’ve ever made to a payment company. And to her supervisors/ managers give that woman a raise she can do more for your sales than all the free beef you can pitch!
I was appreciative of the ability to have them call me back when I was next in line. I was able to go on with my business instead sitting and waiting for ever.

I like the option to have them call you back, as I hate being on hold, but it only took about 10 minutes for me to receive a call back. When I got connected, I was helped by Berenice. Very sweet and understanding, she helped me with the steps of cancelling a membership due to relocation. Much appreciated!
At my own fault I couldn’t afford my membership anymore and they charged me extra fees. (Always read your memeberships, lol.) I had to pay to even cancel but I was struggling… Rachel was an angel and really helped me out. She waved some things for me but I forgot to pay the day I was supposed to so my bill went up again… Then I had to call back and it happened to be her and she once again was AMAZING. Very understanding and helped me out. I really appreciate the service she gives, especially it being my bad… but She is wonderful!!
Nicole was so helpful with all of my situations. She was friendly and even reassured me of things that were happening and what was going on with my account. Loved interacting with her. If all my customer service reps were like her I would always enjoy those conversations.

We recently had the unfortunate experience of having our bank accounts hacked and the repercussions have been stressful.
However, Sophia was quick to respond to my email and very helpful in resolving our payment issue resulting from the hack. I appreciated her professionalism and follow-up.
Ashley C. Was very nice, very understanding, she helped me out a lot. Give her a raise. Only thing that kind of sucked was being on hold for 17 minutes after I requested to get a call back but I just threw my AirPods in while working and it was fine .
