Loved my stay here. The rooms were so clean! Housekeeping was always on the ball. The staff were all friendly and kind. The food is delicious & there’s so many options without ever leaving the building. The pool was beautiful and the drinks were yummy. The spa is immaculate. Incredible services & everything is spotless. The ladies working there are kind and make you feel very comfortable. It’s away from the strip enough to be quiet but close enough you could very easily get there in just a few minutes. The view is stunning from the top floors. My only complaint is the A/C doesn’t do a damn thing. Our room was never below 75° and it was pretty uncomfortable, especially when trying to sleep.
I stayed here about a week ago, and I was helped at the front desk by a man named Oscar. He was so sweet and understanding, very accommodating and extremely professional. He quickly checked me in, patiently answered all my questions, and helped me with a few recommendations for food inside the resort since I'm a very picky eater. It was my first time in Vegas so he also gave me a few tips about the city, all while being very respectful.
The resort is beautiful, I had never seen a casino before and it felt theme-park like. The room was very open and clean, the bathroom was good, but my favourite place has to be the front entrance, it's pretty majestic. Will definitely come back when I return to Vegas.
Stayed from 05/16-05/20. Everything was okay except our bathroom sink in the room was not draining. I called early Friday morning and the maintenance man came in an out for hours but could not get it fixed. Eventually they had to call a plumber. We didn't want to leave our room open to strangers so had to stay until it was fixed. The plumber had to take the sink fully apart and snake the drain. There was a huge mess in the bathroom and smelled of sewage. This went on from 9am until about 3pm. During this time, we were unable to use the bathroom. Waste of our day. They would not let us switch rooms. The mantainence man said he would talk to the front desk about compensation.|The morning of check out, I called down for a late check out. They did not accommodate. I mentioned the plumbing issue and they said a manager would call me back. I did not receive a call.|When I went to check out at the front desk, Oscar assisted. He was extremely rude and unpleasant. When I mentioned the plumbing issue again he said there where no notes and became upset and asked me what I wanted for compensation. I told him I wasn't sure. He then said he would take off one day of the resorts fee. After handing me the final invoice, I asked to clarify the authorization on my card and how much I would get charged. This really seemed to set him off. He became upset and was short when explaining. I told him to have a good day before leaving in which he said nothing and walked the other way. I came back to the front desk to ask his name. He turned to me and pointed at his name tag. I've never seen a grown man throw a temper tantrum.|This type of service is unacceptable. I was very understanding with the plumbing issues and could have cause a big fuss.|The maintenance man, Carlton and valet were great. Front desk definitely needs some retraining in customer service.
Stayed here on a Thursday Friday for my niece's 21st birthday and we had a blast. Everything was great, the staff, the pool, the casino, food, entertainment. You can stay here not have to leave and experience everything. The only negative I'd have to say was the manager at the Ghost bar, we had booked a table for 12 people and had got squished into a tiny table. The manager said they here booked and could not accommodate us unless we when out side in the heat. I have to add that not all the tables around us filled up. Despite that issue the staff and the entertainment made the night fantastic. What a great place to spend your 21st birthday.
We had a nice stay. Rooms are nice and quiet. The selection of restaurants are good. The pool should open at 9am like every other hotel on the strip. You don’t have to start the music until later. And at least open on time if you are going to open later than normal and charge a resort fee. It would be nice to have an outdoor option before it gets hot with a place to get a drink and breakfast outside.
Nice and clean. Off the strip but that was the idea . Service was great but we did have an issue with an usher at the babyface concert, he threatened to kick us out if we didn't sit down. We paid good money for front row seats, so we never sat down. Other than that great place to stay.!
Just visited for a quick work trip so I didn't they to explore too much but this is a nice, inexpensive place to stay. There is so much more to say but I have to mention Oscar! What an awesome guy! He was so helpful and kind. He is truly a treasure, despite a long line at check in, he stayed cool and composed while having to deal with some silliness. If it had not been for his delightful personality, it would have been a difficult beginning to the stay.
Great comfortable spacious rooms. Pretty much everyone I interacted with was pleasant. I'll definitely stay here again.
Nice hotel and close to the Las Vegas Strip. Would rate it higher but half of the Pool was closed (!) and the part that was open was full of people. What a waste of "resort fee" $45 cost.
I am a local Realtor so wanted to try everything out for my clients.
Rooms are nice, especially the renovated tower. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The fitness area is fine, a small but good gym. Sadly, the nice 5-star bathrooms with spa tub next door to gym are NOT included in 'resort' fee. Have to pay extra to use jacuzzi!
Lots of good food choices and of course, a casino.
The Pearl theater for shows is also top quality.
Overall I would recommend it but call to see if pool is open.
