Best WLM Reviews

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Palms resort casino. My opinion is as follows:
The casino is fantastic. Plenty of great games to play and win.
The restaurants fantastic, food is delicious.
The pool area is a true oasis.
My only complaint is the quality of the toilet paper. What grit is that? It hurts to sit down after using that cheap single ply garbage. Next time I won’t forget to bring my own.
Baby the way we had to call someone to our room to fix the non working tv.
This was my first time staying at The Palms. I was very impressed with the staffs’ friendliness and the customer service. The rooms are modern, clean, and well maintained. The food court in the hotel is decent and with a good selection. I really liked how the prices were reasonable, even for water bottles. I would definitely stay here again. Also, parking is still free! What a nice perk. The prices for the rooms were reasonable.
Room Booking Issue at Fantasy Tower
I recently booked two rooms with two queen beds each in the Fantasy Tower, ensuring they were on the same floor since my parents are in their mid-seventies. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a strong smell of marijuana in my hotel room, which caused me a headache. Despite the air conditioning being set to 52 degrees, the room temperature was 75 degrees, making it uncomfortably warm and exacerbating the marijuana odor.
When I contacted the front desk, I was informed there were no additional rooms available on the same floor, and there was nothing they could do to resolve the situation. Frustrated, I went to the front desk in person. They offered to relocate us to the Ivory Tower, a cheaper alternative, without any reimbursement for the difference in cost. I declined the offer as I had paid a premium for better accommodations.
Eventually, they suggested moving my husband and me to different floors, with the promise of relocating my parents to the same floor the next day. While this was not ideal, we had no other option but to accept it. My husband and I had to split up and stay with each of our parents in separate rooms on different floors, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable for us.
Additionally, I observed several violations of the hotel's non-smoking policy, with a noticeable marijuana odor in the hallways and people smoking in the parking area. The room itself had uncomfortable beds and pillows, and there were no toiletries provided. On one of the days during our stay, there were numerous police officers surrounding the main entrance, which was quite alarming. Although the police cars later left, a few officers with working dogs remained, adding to our unease.
Given the high cost of staying at this hotel, the experience was far below expectations in terms of safety, comfort, and overall value. I would recommend considering alternative accommodations for the sake of health and safety. I expected a far better experience and regret my decision to stay at your establishment.
As someone born and raised in Las Vegas I hate giving a low score but. This hotel isn’t for families at all and well it’s a party hotel.
Service sucks because they seems to be overwhelmed.
Location is off the strip but close mouth (2 minutes) to the strip so that’s huge. The rooms are pretty plain and I had a $2,000 a night room for 14 nights.
I do not recommend this hotel and the palms name is raising the price. Same thing the Rolex or Mercedes name does towards their products. Do your research and find a better hotel for the money. I’d suggest looking at the Wynn.
I work in hospitality as concierge and The Palms outdid themselves! Front desk was amazing. Quick and friendly process. They also upgraded us, decorated and gave us food credit because it was my hubbies birthday! Thank you palms. We will be back!!
Close the strip but away from the bustle, I had high hopes for this beautiful casino/hotel with a great view of the south Strip.
Sadly, after getting setup and spreading my work out, a power nap, the shower had no hot water.
They offered to take off the resort fee (it's winter anyhow) and since booked through Priceline they could not offer me anything else except to send an "engineer" to solved their own problem.
After a bit of runaround on the phone I did see the hotel manager in person, and he did offer me a food comp that made up a bit for the lack of hot water.
**Update**
Still, this kind of issue shouldn't exist in Nevada, at all.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Brittany H. and her team for their exceptional service. As we prepare for our conference at the Palms in February, I want to highlight how fantastic it has been to work with Brittany. She has consistently maintained a positive and friendly attitude, even as we made numerous changes to the details and the contract. Thank you once again, and we are genuinely excited to see everyone in February!
The casino is clean. I haven't experienced a clean casino in a long time. All the big names have dropped in prestige. I love that this casino is small and intimate. Everyone is happy to be here. All interaction with employees has been great. The pools were nice. I keep coming back and no bed bugs!
