Best WLM Reviews

Nice place. Restaurants were good. Clean and well kept. The location was the best if you want to be away from the strip. Housekeeping needs improvement. I had to constantly call for our room to be cleaned. The first day I literally reminded the house keeper outside my door. We returned 5 hours later to an unclean room.
Went there to eat and played a little on a couple Buffalo Slot Machines and the atmosphere, the food, and the Staff were all absolutely wonderful. Love the remodel of the entire casino and as always..... Station Casinos delivers a wonderful time and a wonderful place to enjoy and have fun. Thank You Palace Station for all you do and for always being the BEST!!!
I have never stayed here and was pleasantly surprised. Just passing through and needed a clean place to stay for one night. Two days later, yes I stayed an extra night, I found myself truly enjoying my stay. The room was clean, spacious and had a nice view of the mountains and some casinos. Many restaurants that were good. I wished I had been able to try more. I liked the pool, not too crowded and warm enough to swim. Excellent customer service pool side. You can’t beat the price and I will definitely return. I slept well, relaxed, played some slots, ate well and got some sun. Just what I needed after a very long drive. One more quick shout out to the staff at this hotel. Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful.
May 2024
We booked through Costco and paid $49.99 for the room, plus the $45.34 resort fee. ($39.99 + $5.35 tax)
We received $15.00 in meal credits, a $5.00 Costco shop card, and when both my wife and I signed up for the Station Casinos My Rewards card we each got $10.00 to play the games which we leveraged to win $12.00.
Plus, the hotel had 4 FREE ChargePoint car charges which we used to fill up our car! (I’m surprised that they don’t promote this amenity.)
Every staff person we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Especially the very nice and patient woman who showed us how to play the games, which were total novices at.
The room was immaculate, quiet, and accommodating. Since we only stayed one night not having a small fridge in the room was a non-issue.
Also, the Vegas hotels do a pretty good job of disguising/dissipating the cigarette smell since smoking is still allowed in the casino area and on some floors. (We requested a non-smoking floor.)
The location worked out well for us since it was close enough to walk to the 'Strip' and the new Sphere, which is why we were in Las Vegas.
***TRUCKERS BEWARE***
This place used to be trucker friendly. I have been coming here for years. They absolutely hate truckers now. The other night I was forced to leave the parking lot with four hours left on my break. The security staff is hostile and doesn't knock on your sleeper, they bang on it with everything they got. I have spent (lost) thousands of dollars at this casino and the treatment that I got was uncalled for. After explaining that I couldn't legally drive the security officer said he would give me a break this time. I went back to sleep and then his boss comes and wakes me up and says get outta here. Making a truck driver drive illegally after being a customer at your casino is just awful. It was just four more hours. If you hate truckers that bad just close the lot. I even called in advance to ask if the parking lot was still open. They didn't say yes but you have to get a room. They just said yes. There are no signs stating you must get a room. If there were I would have got a room or went elsewhere. I even considered paying for a room just to not have to drive illegally. I got half way to the lobby and decided to not give this casino one more cent. You really need to have a talk with security about how they bang on these trucks. Some trucks cost upwards of $200k and they will eventually find the wrong driver. It has happened before.
Station Hotel and Casinos are first class in the Las Vegas hospitality industry. They are a reliable and friendly local getaway. They also care for their community. They recently supplied items for a silent auction for the Timothy S.Y. Lam Foundation's scholarship fundraiser. Event attendees were excited to see auction items of this quality up for bid and were eager to bid on the items for a chance to win this experience. We recommend Station Hotel and Casino to everyone who wants to enjoy Vegas fun without the hustle and bustle of the strip! You will be impressed as a client or as a business partner or referring your clients to Station Hotel and Casino properties.
I haven't been to Palace Station since it has been renovated. It looks nice, but it just didn't have the service it used to have.
We went for a prime rib Easter Brunch at their cafe, and I never had such a poor quality prime rib as I had here. We had to complain to the restaurant manager, and all he did was have the cook reheat it 2 times, and they served the same meat over and over again until it was inedible.
Then, we complained to the host who did not offer any solutions.
We were staying at the hotel, which was nice and updated, but we had to leave because I became violently ill, probably food poisoning.
Besides this bad eating experience, they had nothing else to do but gamble. Your only option for entertainment is to travel to the strip, which, at least, isn't too far.
Sorry to say, I won't come back. There are too many other options out there. The best Station Casino experience I had is at Red Rock.
We recently stayed at the Palace Station Hotel and were pleasantly surprised! While the website photos were decent, our room turned out to be even nicer - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had everything we needed for our stay, including toiletries, towels, and a TV – all the essentials. While a mini-fridge and coffee maker would have been nice additions, it wasn't a dealbreaker.
Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping our room clean and restocking the amenities every day. An added bonus was the quiet atmosphere – a welcome respite from the usual hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. The highlight, however, was the view! We scored a room overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, which provided stunning scenery, day and night.
Free parking with ample spaces was a major convenience, especially considering the usual Las Vegas parking fees. The casino itself was nice, offering a variety of games to keep us entertained.
Overall, the Palace Station Hotel exceeded our expectations. It's a great choice for those looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay just off the Las Vegas Strip. While it might not offer all the bells and whistles of some Strip hotels, the quiet atmosphere, free parking, and surprisingly nice room make it a solid option.
