Amazing stay! We came to the hotel on our wedding day! Jane at the Front Desk was super nice! We’ve got a highest floor with amazing view! Also we’ve got a credit for $20 from the hotel. It made our stay really special. Thank you so much! We really appreciate it.
This hotel really made our vacation most memorable! Start from check to every single experience went so smooth and organized. Rooms are so fresh ! ( recently renovated ). Room service was outstanding, attention to details was so great. We literally didn't had to ask for anything. Everything was already provided, all we had to ask was extra water which was provided in paper bag ( sustainable )! Outdoor swimming pools were clean and water temperature was perfect. We had so much fun by the pool. All ages were considered. Lazy river was absolute hit ! Food we had by the pool was so good ! From our Orlando experience this hotel has the best food so far ! All the choices of salad to burger. Grab and go was nice too ! We will definitely come back again to this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable resort, and I can’t say enough about the perfect service and delightful atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed to the very end.
The Resort: The resort itself is a slice of paradise. Had great lush greenery, it offers a very nice pool, lazy River, and lots of slides (7 slides). The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you could wish for. Whether you’re lounging by the pool or enjoying a spa treatment, every moment feels like a dream.
The Recreation Team: Now, let me tell you about the real stars of the show—Jacob and Natasha! These two incredible individuals made my stay truly memorable. Their enthusiasm, happiness , and dedication to making sure guests have a fantastic time are just wonderfully appreciated.
We had a great time at our stay. Very big hotel with lots of restaurants, and activities. |The hotel has kids and family activities during the day plus an arcade. Also there is a big and fun Waterpark with lazy river, super fun! Staff is very nice too. |We had a great time! ||The only negative for the hotel is that parking is far. You have to walk all the convention building to get to self park. You can always ask for valet which is convenient.
Uhhhhhhhh. Ok so property was gorgeous. Pool/water park area gorgeous. Bed was comfy bathroom with only a non locking barn style for was awful. Service at the falls pool bar was good and the bar inside (by the sushi place) was good. Front desk Service awful and completely, breakfast ats Service awful, bar by the breakfast area so bar after FOUR DAYS of trying never able to get a drink or even be acknowledged. Staff Service to get a valet cart to leave was awful. I mean RUDE AND AWFUL!!!!!!! High Velocity restaurant food was awful, Service was even worse. Spoke to the lady who appeared to be the manager that we didn't get silverware, all of our food, food we did get was cold and ok at the best. Didn't get drinks. When we were leaving waiter finally brought us drinks in plastic to go cups. And manager was like ok sorry and just shrugged. Biggest problem was overall service. Spent around 2000 at this place a was literally shocked at the service. |Now they'll reply to this on how I should contact them to address concerns but will not resolve anything. SERVICE was sooooo awful. I can't even find words for how bad it was.|If it was one thing or another I would just say whatever but they were so rude. Sent to a room in the beginning that didn't exist and lost friends luggage as well. Just shocking. Kids did have fun at the pool and No chance I would let them see how bad the service messed up or weekend. So to sum it up I would not stay here. I seen the reviews and saw this place and was thinking " these people are crazy" NOPE THEY WERE RIGHT!!!!! ALSO FORGOT WE REQUESTED ROOM SERVICE DIDNT GET IT ONCE!
Very nice resort little pricey, but with all things included waterpark and like fine dining establishments that you can have your choice of just make sure to make reservations a day in advance. Breakfast was very good. Starbucks was very packed so give yourself at least half hour before you place an order there they do not do mobile orders that Starbucks, and needs better technology. Will stay again. The conference center is huge wonderful but the isles are very very warm but the event space is very cold and it access is the parking garage pretty easily.
This hotel is a 5/5. My family and I stayed in one of the rooms with a pool side view... and it did not disappoint. The view was amazing and the sunset was breathtaking. The service was immaculate, with having our beds nicely done every time we would come back from the parks and we even had bath robes and slippers in our room. We had so much fun at the pool/waterpark and got to enjoy what the shops inside had to offer. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to have a nice family vacation.
I have stayed at imperial and sabal palms. It has been a wonderful stay each time . This last time the check in crew were so nice and friendly especially I think her name was Brittany maybe? She has reddish hair, blue eyes and such a sweet personality. I can't wait to visit again. Rooms were immaculate and the pools were so nice. Shuttle service was great!!
