The rooms are well-maintained and inviting, with plenty of counter space and comfortable beds with quality sheets. While most of the towels were decent, a few needed replacing right from the start. The amenities are great, but what truly stood out was the wonderful staff who checked in with us throughout our stay!
As a plus-one to a conference attendee, I planned to lounge poolside with a good book, but Mother Nature ???? had other ideas. Because the weather was crummy it extended our stay unexpectedly, we appreciated the extra towels from the cleaning crew during our multi-day stay, which freed up space on the hook.
A highlight was the personal fridge in the room! There are microwaves downstairs for everyone to use. I loved the different lighting options in the room; it wasn’t super bright and sterile. The double sinks separate from the bathroom were a nice touch. Though the sliding barn door isn’t my favorite because of the lack of privacy, this wasn’t the most terrible!
I enjoyed the running trail/loop through the resort. It took me throughout the property and it starts right in front of the Golf Pro Shop ⛳ I’m looking forward to better weather (we’re currently riding out a hurricane here) so we can take advantage of the golf courses.
There are a few improvements that could be made, such as adding hooks or places to hang hand towels, toiletry bags, or out wet towels.
This was a great experience.
The rooms were very beautiful. We had a balcony view of the pool area. You get a great view of the highly laser show. You can also see Disney's nightly firework show from here.
The breakfast buffet I'd extensive and every item is too quality. There is something here for everyone, even with food restrictions.
The Japanese Steakhouse was incredible. So delicious and our chef was very skillful! I highly recommend the loaded fries at the High Velocity sports bar/restaurant.
This was part of a business trip treat. I personally wouldn't pay such a high fee, but it may be worth it for such a special occasion. I am grateful.
I had a great time. Great job to everyone for doing their part to make this enjoyable for their guests.
This is one of our favourite properties to stay at in Orlando! We stayed for 2 nights before heading home because we wanted 2 days of relaxing, and that’s what we got! This hotel is beautiful! It has a resort feel, the pool area is gorgeous! We chose self parking, which is a bit of a walk, but does have a shuttle to take you to and from. I can’t say enough about the employees who work here, they are friendly and so helpful!|The room was spacious, and we had a balcony room overlooking the pool area.|Our resort fee included the on-site water park, which has 3 water slides and a lazy river.|We will be back!
Amazing experience from start to finish!
I had a tattoo cover-up done here, and I was genuinely impressed—I never imagined it could turn into such a beautiful work of art! The studio is flawless in every aspect: from the reception, where I was greeted warmly and professionally, to the structure of the place, which is modern, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The quality of the artists’ work is simply outstanding! They are incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and show great care for their clients, always respecting our ideas while enhancing the design with their creative input.
One thing that really stood out to me was the focus on hygiene and safety. The entire process follows strict sanitation standards, which gave me complete peace of mind. They use sterilized and disposable materials, ensuring a safe environment for both the artists and the clients.
If you’re looking for a tattoo studio that combines talent, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place for you! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get a piece of art on their skin while feeling well taken care of from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back!
This emphasizes the cover-up aspect and adds a sense of transformation, making it more appealing to people considering a cover-up themselves.
Oury stay at the Orlando World Center Marriott was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.||||We treated ourselves to a couple’s massage at the spa, which was an absolute highlight. The massage therapists were professional, and the ambiance was so relaxing that we felt completely rejuvenated afterward.||||The resort’s water park is a must-visit, especially if you’re with family or just want to have fun. The lazy river was the perfect place to unwind, and the multiple water slides added excitement to our stay. We spent hours enjoying the pool areas, and there was always a friendly staff member nearby to ensure everything was perfect.||||As for the food, it exceeded our expectations. Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes. The presentation and service were both excellent, adding to the overall amazing dining experience.||||We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a blend of relaxation, fun, and top-notch service. We can’t wait to return!
Had a horrendous experience at this hotel. Was forced to stay here as part of a stay-and-play tournament. The hotel is huge and the grounds are lovely with a great pool area.
We were given a crappy room in the north tower right above the multiple huge air exchange units. So we had the noise of a locomotive under our window 24 hours a day. So we couldn't sit on the balcony because of the noise and the smell of marijuana floating up.
The rooms are so tiny and very basic to begin with (so small you have to edge your way between the bed and the wall) and there is no soundproofing whatsoever. So the noise of the mechanical systems came into the room all night. So does the noise from the hallway it sounds like people walking by and talking are in the room with you.
The wifi is the worst I've ever experienced at any hotel anywhere. On my phone I couldn't even send texts or emails it's that bad. So I didn't sleep for two nights and couldn't work or communicate with the world for two nights.
Then there is the parking situation. The hotel charges $30 per night to park but the small parking lot next to my tower is rammed and full with multiple cars circling for a spot anytime after 5:00pm. With the lot full you have to drive across the huge property to a pay-as-you-go parking lot that charges $32 additionally to park there EACH TIME you enter or leave. On top of that it's a full 15 minute walk through the loading bays, shipping and receiving bays, garbage bays and service road. There isn't even a sidewalk for most of the walk.
So while the front of the hotel is pretty, I spent most of my time walking through the loud and smelly service areas dodging trucks.
Then add that the price was $300 US per night (which translates to $500 CAD per night) for nothing but a crappy small noisy room and headache after headache and I feel like the rip-off is even bigger than the problems show.
I usually suck it up and don't complain, but this hotel is a disaster. Nice looking hotel, but too many warts and problems. Stay anywhere else in Orlando this place is just awful.
We absolutely love this hotel. My husband is Ambassador Elite. The 5 of us came for a quick weekend for the Universal Studios Horror Nights. Check in was very easy we were there at 11:00pm so there was no lines. We had 2 rooms, they were able to get us a suite but we decided to take 2 bedrooms. We were able to get one of the rooms upgraded. Rooms are very clean. The size is perfect. Pool was absolutely beautiful. It was also very clean. Water park area was great. Pool service was quick and service was great by the bar. The pool was very cold. It was a few days after the hurricane. My son had room service for 2 days and loved the burgers and it came fast. We received a thank you gift with chocolate and macaroons for each room. It was such a nice touch. Housekeeping I can’t complain, the first day my son was doing homework he let them in and they did a quick clean and gave lots of towels. The second day he slept in late so they did not come. Same thing happened with the second room. I will say the day we checked out we did get a knock on the door at 8:30 to find out what time we were leaving which I felt we were being rushed out. We were sleeping in since we did not have to leave till 11am and we came back from the parks at 2am. We will definitely be back.
I thought the hotel was nice and our room was great. There were multiple good restaurants on site to eat at which was nice. The location was convenient to visit downtown Disney. My only complaint would be that the shuttles to Disney ran too sporadically and we still had to use a ride service once we got sick of waiting.
