This hotel is in an excellent location. The room with the park view was very well appointed. I enjoyed the bed it was not too soft nor too firm. The shower was my favorite part. The heat and the water pressure were excellent. The staff was friendly even with it being a very busy conference and sport event going on. The TV had a chromecast function that let you stream your favorite shows. I loved being so close to food and entertainment you could to things near by. ||I will definitely stay again.
The view from my room was amazing. It looked exactly like the picture. The staff was polite and friendly. Everyone was helpful. The place is huge but the room service was timely and delicious. I would definitely stay there again. I went for business, but I'll come back for funsies.
The hotel was beautiful. Our room was clean and the balcony was a bonus. The staff members we encountered were so kind and accommodating. The front desk staff, the housekeeper who brought extra towels, the engineer who fixed our TV and staff we passed in the hallway were all wonderful. The hotel was a quick walk to Mercedes Benz stadium and local restaurants.
If you are looking for not only a high quality hotel but also a hotel with an amazing staff. THIS is the hotel for you. I have never been to a better hotel in my life. The staff at the front check in desk were so friendly and helpful. The valet team were amazing as well. They were so friendly and talkative to us when we checked our car in as well as checking it back out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I stayed here for a concert i was attending at State Farm Arena. The second i got there was confusing with the valet parking and where to go in the parking garage but someone told us to come around. Unloading was fast and they gave us directions to the check in desk. I liked that they asked which floor (high or low) we wanted to be on. I wanted good views of the city so i picked a high floor. The room was nice and noticed the temperature was set to 60 degrees even though it didn’t feel like it. I went to the concert which was also confusing due to the lack of direction of which way to get to the area since it’s connected to the hotel. Coming back from the arena, the entrance to the hotel was blocked off and we had to go around from outside. I picked this hotel for the sole fact i did not want to be walking through downtown Atlanta at 11pm at night. Back to the room i noticed it was VERY icky feeling like humid and noticed the carpet was wet near where the AC was like it was leaking or something! There was definitely had to be mold there but it was only one night and was tired from driving so i didn’t think much about it. However, The staff was very friendly and process was quick.
Great service everyone very nice and helpful. The coffee shop is great. Coffee, hot chocolate drinks and snacks and hot breakfast was really good. Top service on a very busy morning from young lady Guadalupe and Steven. Smiles the entire time and great with the customers.
For the price I paid the room was less than desirable. No microwave, cracked mirror, broken plug in, no soap (had to request it), no trash liners, the shower had chipped enamel in the tub and it definitely wasn't cleaned properly.
Honestly I've stayed in 2 star hotels and paid less while still got more
Very nice hotel. Very nice staff. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely beautiful. Not sure what’s up with that, but I’ve never seen anything like it. I opted out of daily room service, as I was in town for a week long convention. I was in and out at all times of the day, and didn’t want the conflict. I never wanted for, or ran out of anything though. The airport car service guys were very nice and respectful, as well. Everything was effortless. I would stay here again in a minute.
*only thing is there are alot of people begging for money directly outside, and around the hotel. These guys were on me every time I left the hotel.
