We went here for a friend's Birthday and stayed the night. When I got there I went straight to the valet who parked my car for free. The room was very nice and had a coffee maker for in the morning. We had dinner at a steak house, excellent food, although a bit on the expensive side. I told them it was my friend's Birthday and they brought her a very nice dessert. It was a great time. The casino has good atmosphere, card games, and a lot of slot machines.
We have stayed at this Casino many times. However we had made a reservation for one night, The day before the Casino called to verify that we would be keeping it. So the next morning we drove the 50 miles to the Casino and arrived about 9:30 am and looking forward to a day of playing slots and such as that. However we were advised that the Casino floor was closed for an update and would open at about 1 pm. It would have been nice if the lady who called to verify our reservation would have told us. So we canceled and drove to Spokane and stayed at a new Casino Hotel that turned out be a 5. lots of new games and more choices a places to dine. And the rooms were super.
Incredible venue with the spa, hotel, event center! The outdoor venue is my favorite place for a concert! Masselow's is always a memorable experience, and a treat for dinner, or even better, breakfast. Even more impressive than all the amenities, is the people who work at Northern Quest, and the leadership. The tribe is one of the most generous organizations in our community, and I especially love how Northern Quest has supported Dave, Ken and Molly. Also, their commercials are fantastic!
Rooms are great. The shower is amazing. 5 shower heads, makes the shower almost worth the price of the room.
Staff and people are friendly and helpful. Always have a fun time there. Even if I don't win big, I almost always have a great time.
Nice concert venues, nice rooms, every time I eat at their Qdoba they frequently charge for a bowl instead of a burrito so it's cheaper, I just wish the Casino was a little looser and that my favorite slot (Copper Dropper/Good Cents) wasn't preset to 5 times the minimum bet.
It’s gonna be hard to stay loyal here after watching this place grow, and not consider the other casino resort down the road after this stay. Edited review for another stay, October 20, we decided we liked the rooms enough and the comfort and style of them so we booked a room for my sons birthday, but this time the room was horrible compared to my stay two weeks ago… the showers were absolutely amazing from my last stay. This time I walked into the shower and basically slipped where ever I walked because it was so slimy and gross feeling. I dealt with it and rinsed the ground as best as possible.. they really need a pull down shower head or adjustable one to rinse the shower better. It moves but the water pressure sucks so it barely sprays where you need it unless you do the full body setting. There is mold growing in the corners of the shower, pink mold to be exact look it up it’s real and if you’re gonna have showers like this you gotta watch for that. My son was wiping it with his fingers. He’s 3. How disgusting. I stopped him. Then there were globs of hair just scattered throughout the shower. Did they even clean it???
Two of the towels were dirty and smelled bad. The beds were not fully made either. They were missing the cute bed liner that goes across the feet of the bed. My kids like to use those as blankets, not a huge deal. The pillows looked just thrown in the bed. Honestly it felt like the house keeper came in and cleaned up after the last guest reusing instead of cleaning… The shower drains are also different in the rooms. The first room you could sit down in the shower and it drained towards the wall, The second room you could not unless you wanted a drain where the sun don’t shine it was right in the middle of the shower. The sheet on one bed had brown stains like the house keeper had coffee dribbles or something when making the bed. Over wall was not satisfied with my second stay… no notepad and paper either. I needed to take a note and they were no where to be found so some rooms have leather pad and pen and some don’t… plus why are the other guest so rude to other guest… seems like this place has a weird vibe but I’ll give it more chances. As a local you can’t really beat the price for a decent room. It would be nice if they made sure their rooms were all kept up the same. Also would be cool if the TVs had an option to stream Netflix and YouTube like other hotel brands do.
My biggest concern is this place is going to go downhill fast… also I’ve spent a lot of money in the casino it’s self and I never win anything back or more than I played. But I do way better at Spokane Tribe and I’m more intrigued by their rooms and casino after this stay… it just didn’t feel good. Felt dirty. Bad vibes.
We stayed here two weeks ago for my birthday (Oct 8)and I felt like it was one of the nicest places in the Spokane area that I have stayed at in a long time. The room details were nice and it felt cozy and happy with zero complaints besides the fact we had called for shampoo and conditioner and the front desk said okay they would send someone up with. I sat here dirty ready for my shower for over an hour before I sent my boyfriend down at 11pm to get it for me.
Basically if you need something brought to your room don’t rely on them to bring it but you better expect even if you’re walking out the door that house keeping will knock 11 on the dot and stand there until you leave. It was awkward getting my kids ready to head out and having a house keeper standing out side of my door instead of finding something to do like pretend to look at your clip board or something. It was creepy.
It’s fun to go to Quest and I’ve lost a lot and won quite a bit at times too. The only thing I wish was different is that they should really treat the customers/gamblers the same whether there during the day or through the middle of the night when it comes to how points and money is counted towards their promotions, contests and games and such. Myself and many others there who go during the late evening early morning hours because of either work hours, free time or even just having anxiety about being there when it is packed how it is during the normal business hours so it is more relaxing and less stressful to come and spend money and converse or keep to one’s self in the alternate hours . But nothing is counted towards anything you can earn point wise or prize wise etc after midnight and before 8 am. Why?! I’ve spent hundreds if not thousands during those times each visit just like anyone else during the day does . So I don’t even use my card half the times because it doesn’t matter if it isn’t being counted for contests and promotions and fun stuff
Gambled and been in the industry for 20 years. Clean but smokey limited smoke free room. Tightest slot machines I've ever played for max bet. Played once 12 years ago here it was nice. Probably be 12 years before I return and play on the floor again.
