Nice room setup for remote work. VERY nice, large walk-in shower with both top AND side jets. My undercarriage has seldom been more clean. Good soap, shampoo, etc. Friendly, efficient staff. Comfy beds, not too hard or too soft, and I'm picky as heck. Many pillow choices too, from large or small to firm or soft. Couldn't get the air conditioning or heater to stop, always had to choose to be either too cold or too hot. Restaurants were expensive. Slots were tight, not much winning going on.
Stayed there for a dance competition in downtown Spokane about a 15 minute drive. Good priced, for a very nice room. Plenty of space for the girls to get ready in. It's a casino resort and they even have a fun place for children to be supervised for $15.00 an hour. Plus an attached children's arcade. And the ice cream stand and Taco stand were very reasonable for a casino. Fat burgers is pricey but not for how much you get. And Epic2 has a great breakfast deal for early morning people which we were.
Was very excited to have a cottage stay, since we haven’t stayed in one yet.
This cottage was a cute concept.
We dropped our stuff off at check-in and had to immediately head out for our reservations.
We got back to the cottage around 11:30PM.
The entire cottage smelled of cat urine - so strong we locked ourselves in the bedroom area, when we were in the cottage.
The couch in the living space was the reason for the smell.
We couldn’t sit on it, we couldn’t enjoy the TV in the main room, the kitchen / amenities. It was difficult to use the wash room as that also smelled rancid.
We killed multiple bugs when we entered the cottage, a bee, a weird looking stinging bug, and a horse fly.
There was hair in the BED, in the drawers in the bedroom and in the sink of the wash room.
Holes in the floor.
Since we came back after the RV office was closed. We had absolutely no way of trying to switch to a different cottage or even possibly a hotel room.
My partner and I felt absolutely disgusting being in this cottage with the smell, bugs, dirty sheets and a not wiped down room.
The next morning we woke up and immediately checked out. Upon check out I told the woman at the front desk about the cottage, and my concerns and the fact we didn’t even get to enjoy our stay because of how gross it was.
The only thing she told me was “I’ll let housekeeping know”
Really disappointed in the lack of customer service for the customer experience.
This place is amazing. We have been coming here the last 5 years for our week long Symposium in the month of May and everything about the place has been phenomenal. Every year they treat us like kings. From the concierge, valet, hosts, front desk, waiter/waitresses, bartenders, security, casino personnel, Kalispel Tribal Police, and Northern Quest Resort and Casino management all who make having our symposium here very smooth, without issues,and so enjoyable and supportive that we keep coming back. We can't thank you enough. We are forever grateful.

Disappointed Long-Time Patron
As a patron of 10 years, I've recently had several negative experiences. These include being asked to leave for charging my phone at a designated station and having difficulty storing belongings. Security seemed more focused on minor issues than on addressing serious concerns.
I hope the casino will reconsider these policies and improve security measures to create a more welcoming environment for all guests. I've had my belonging store here only to have security make me wait 13 hours not even contacting police I had to myself who told me to not deal with security but to contact police because security here does not do anything for you. Very grateful for the police and how they help me cuz they actually tried to help me as the security literally did nothing.
DON'T STAY IN THE NEW TOWER|| ||If you go to this casino, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES stay in the new tower. Whoever built this tower did a terrible job on insulating the noise from room to room and from the hallway to each room. You will not have a peaceful night unless you have ear muffs on and tight. We have now stayed there several times and every time we can hear people in other rooms. We had to listen to a neighbor having sex for 3 hours on 1 occasion. ||||We went there in April of this year and we left that same night at 8:00 p.m. We first complained about the noise and they said they would send security up. Security never showed up so we packed up and dropped our key at the front desk. The person said they would have the manager call us the next day regarding a refund. We never heard one single word form management or anyone else.||||SHAME ON YOU!!!! THINK TWICE ABOUT STAYING. DO NOT STAY IN THE NEW TOWER!!
Rooms are comfortable and have the BEST showers! Everything you need is on the resort campus. So many food options and entertainment galore. Can't wait to attend a concert at the BECU stages in the future.
This casino has the tightest machines I’ve ever experienced. Other casinos let you have a little fun with your money, a bonus or a big win every once in awhile. Not this place. Even betting the lowest possible bet, the machines suck you dry in minutes. This is not my experience on just one occasion but on several. We finally learned our lesson. If we come here again for a show we will not be gambling in this cheap and petty establishment.
