Best WLM Reviews

I went to NYC for a business trip and was booked at this hotel. I was very impressed with the staff from first entering the hotel. I came in very late at night (1 am) and was greeted by security who asked for my key card or confirmation number. I appreciated how they were making sure that guest were safe overnight. When I reached the lobby on the 8th floor, the reception staff was very helpful in getting me checked in quickly to get me to my room. The room was very clean, modern, and I had a great view of times square! The bed was very comfortable! I woke up the next morning very refreshed.
The restaurants were in an awesome place. Floor to ceiling windows let in so much light, and amazing views of NYC. This hotel was in a prime location for business and pleasure! I highly recommend!
The Marquis is a beautiful hotel, located in the heart of Times Square. The rooms are clean, modern and very spacious. Bathrooms evoke a spa vibe and there are no complaints about the bed. Despite the obvious size of the hotel - the murmur of activity in the central atrium is left behind when you enter your room. Bonus points for the on-site theater and quality shows. We were thoroughly entertained by The Wiz during our stay. Grab breakfast before checking out - their buffet will not disappoint. We appreciated the attentive, friendly staff at check-in and valet. We would definitely stay here again.
My best friend and I stayed at the Marriott Marquis on the night of my graduation. It was the perfect hotel for us in that it was close to Radio City Music Hall where I was graduating and close to Port Authority, where I traveled in and out of to head home. ||||Because my best friend is a Platinum member we got a room on a higher floor and the front desk gave us a room over looking Times Square and One Times Square where the ball drops on New Year’s Eve. It would have been the perfect New Year’s Eve room.||||The room was nice sized, clean as a whistle and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only complaint I had about the room was that the pillows were a little too firm and they did not have any of the softer pillows in the room. That was very minor. The rest of the time in the room was excellent.||||The next morning we were able to use Club M, the private room for higher point members where we had the buffet breakfast, which was excellent. The selection of breakfast dishes were wonderful. The bacon and sausage and the tiny egg quiches were delicious. The fresh fruit and the pastries were excellent as well.||||The staff here could not have been nicer and even the front desk staff when I dropped off the key were so accommodating. They were even describing a weekend package we could enjoy in the future. I thought that was very nice.||||Overall it was excellent stay.
We visited NYC last summer and stayed in Marriott Marquis. Such a lovely hotel with an amazing service. We enjoyed the view of the big screens of Times Square from our room windows. Large, comfortable rooms and a good-sized bathroom. The food was delicious. And the fact that you just walk out straight onto Times Square ???? pricey, but well worth it.
What an impressive hotel. Have been here for a large event and it was fantastic. Check-in took a bit long, but reception staff was amazing and very friendly. Our room was so stunning - overlooking Times Square.
Great fitness area.
I don’t recommend the hotel‘s restaurant Revel and Rye though - the rest is great and worth a trip to NYC.
You can’t beat the location of this hotel, right in the heart of Times Square in New York City. For such a large hotel in a large city it is actually surprisingly quiet on the inside. The rooms are very spacious and look to be recently renovated. Everything was very clean and had a modern look to it. no matter what side of the hotel you’re on, you get an amazing view of the city that never sleeps. There are plenty of elevators, so you shouldn’t have to wait long to get to your room. The hotel also has a ton of amenities, and it is very convenient that there is a full Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel. Unless you absolutely have to, I would not bring my car to this hotel since everything you need to see is within walking distance. There are so many amazing, amazing restaurants, and things to do by the hotel that you could probably spend a week here and still not see everything. The staff was very helpful and the maid service was out sent outstanding. Even though the price per night is pretty hefty, I found the value worth it because of the convenience of the location
Love this hotel. Have stayed many times while in town to see the Broadway shows. While it is a very large hotel, the elevators are designed to make things really quick and I never had to wait more than a minute. Several bars onsite with great service. When you step out of the lobby, you are right on Times Square. With so much walking in the city, it was so nice to be able to take a small break back in your room before continuing on with exploring. Fruit infused water in the lobby was a plus. Well organized, clean rooms and would definitely stay again. Want to try the VR dining experience on one of the top levels, just didn't work out with the show schedules for the theater.
Had a wonderful time. Everyone was nice and helpful. Very lively place. Great vibe. The room was lovely. The amenities were fabulous. We had a post-show cheese plate and drinks, and they were all delicious. We plan to stay there again soon!!
